Stimmen diese Signale nicht überein, erfolgt die Generierung eines Stellsignals, durch welches ein Stellelement angesteuert und damit das Greifersystem der Schwinganlage oder eines Zuführzylinders in axialer Richtung verschoben wird. In den Figuren 1 und 2 ist ein Anlegtisch 1 mit Vordermarken 5 dargestellt. Auf dem Anlegtisch 1 liegt ein Bogen 2, der mit seiner Vorderkante durch einen nicht dargestellten Bändertisch in Bogenförderrichtung 4 auf dem Anlegtisch 1 sowie gegen die Vordermarken transportiert und so bezüglich der Vorderkante ausgerichtet wurde. Der Anlegtisch 1 ist spiegelbildlich zu einer Maschinenmitte 3 ausgebildet, wobei die in Bogenförderrichtung 4 links liegende Seite als Seite I und die rechts liegende Seite als Seite II bezeichnet wird.. Die zur Verarbeitung gelangenden Bogen 2 werden in der Regel ebenfalls spiegelbildlich zur Maschinenmitte 4 zugeführt. Quer zur Bogenförderrichtung 4 ist im den Vordermarken 5 vorgeordneten Bereich über die Breite des Anlegtisches 1 gestellfest eine Traverse 6 vorgesehen. An der Traverse 6 ist eine Messeinrichtung 7, die als Videokamera 8 ausgebildet ist, mittels eines Halters 9 angeordnet. Der Halter 9 ist spielfrei und durch nicht gezeigte Stellmittel entlang der Traverse 6 verschiebbar gelagert. Dem Halter 9 ist eine Wegmesseinrichtung 10 zugeordnet. Die Wegmesseinrichtung 10 weist einen Messwertaufnehmer 11 auf, der dem Halter 9 zugeordnet ist. Mit der Traverse 6 ist ein Messwertgeber 12 verbunden. Der Messwertgeber 12 kann z.B. als gespurtes Magnetband, als Lineal oder als Potentiometer und entsprechend der Messwertaufnehmer 11 als Lesekopf oder als Schleifer ausgebildet sein. Der Messwertgeber 12 weist einen Nullpunkt auf und ist so der Traverse 6 zugeordnet, dass der Nullpunkt mit der Maschinenmitte 3 übereinstimmt.
Aus dieser Nullposition heraus kann der Halter 9 und damit die Messeinrichtung 7 bzw. die Videokamera 8 durch die nicht dargestellten Stellmittel nach der linken Seite I, wie in Figur 1 dargestellt, oder nach der rechten Seite II verfahren werden, wobei die durch die Wegmesseinrichtung 10 generierten Messwerte einer Rechnereinheit zugeführt werden, so dass ständig über eine Auswerteinheit die Position des Halters 9 und damit der Videokamera 8 ermittelbar ist. Bei einem Auflagewechsel wird in eine Eingabeeinheit das neue Format und Seite I oder Seite II eingegeben in Abhängigkeit davon, ob die linke Seitenkante 2.1 oder die rechte Seitenkante 2.2 des Bogens 2 erfasst werden soll.In Figures 1 and 2, a feed table 1 is shown with

Dabei wird das Istsignal mit einem Sollsignal verglichen und bei Abweichungen vom Sollsignal ein Stellsignal generiert, das einem vor- oder nachgeordnetem System zugeführt wird zur Realisierung einer Stellhandlung.
Ist es erforderlich, nach einem Maschinendurchlauf die Bogen 2 nochmals, um z.B. nach einem Schöndruck einen Widerdruck zu realisieren, durchlaufen zu lassen, müssen diese gewendet werden, so dass die Seitenkante 2.1 auf der Seite II detektiert werden muss. Die Videokamera 8 kann, da der Abstand zwischen der Maschinenmitte 3 und der Position zum Erfassen der Lage der Seitenkante 2.1 auf der Seite I im Rechner erfasst ist, im gleichen Abstand zur Maschinenmitte 3 auf der Seite II positioniert werden, so dass problemlos eine Weiterverarbeitung der "gestülpten" Bogen 2 möglich ist. Claims (10)
