Definitions

  • the invention relates to the use of a microfilament nonwoven fabric with basis weights of 40 to 180 g / m 2 and a water vapor transmission index i mt > 0.3.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a use of a microfilament nonwoven fabric which has a water vapor transmission index i mt > 0.3.
  • the object is a microfilament nonwoven with basis weights of 40 to 180 g / m 2 and a water vapor passage index i mt > 0.3, which consists of melt-spun, drawn and immediately deposited into a nonwoven multicomponent continuous filament with a titer of 1.5 up to 5 dtex and contains up to 10% by weight of titanium dioxide, the multicomponent continuous filaments optionally being split and consolidated at least 80% into micro continuous filaments with a titer of 0.1 to 0.8 dtex after sportswear, as sportswear with UV light protection properties is used.
  • the sportswear according to the invention has a UV protection of 50+ determined according to the Australian / New Zealand standard AS / NZS 4399: 1996. Furthermore, due to the endless filaments, no hemming is required and no chamfering occurs. The isotropic filament distribution makes it unnecessary to consider the machine direction when cutting.
  • a nonwoven fabric is preferably used, which consists of melt-spun, aerodynamically stretched and immediately deposited into a fleece Multicomponent continuous filaments with a titer of 1.5 to 3 dtex and the multi-component continuous filaments at least 80% to micro continuous filaments split and solidified with a titer of 0.1 to 0.3 dtex are.
  • a nonwoven is used in which the multi-component continuous filament a bicomponent continuous filament made of two incompatible Polymers, especially a polyester and a polyamide.
  • the multi-component continuous filament a bicomponent continuous filament made of two incompatible Polymers, especially a polyester and a polyamide.
  • bicomponent filament has good cleavage in micro filaments and creates a favorable ratio of strength to Basis weight.
  • the invention Sportswear also offers very good protection against both ultraviolet A (UVA) as well as ultraviolet B radiation (UVB).
  • UVA ultraviolet A
  • UVB ultraviolet B radiation
  • a non-woven fabric is preferably used in which the multi-component continuous filaments a cross section with orange or "pie" have said multi-segment structure, the segments alternating each contain one of the two incompatible polymers.
  • this orange-like multi-segment structure of the multi-component continuous filaments is also a "side-by-side” (s / s) segment arrangement of the incompatible Polymers in the multi-component continuous filament possible, preferably for Generation of crimped filaments is used.
  • Such segment arrangements of the incompatible polymers in the multi-component continuous filament proven to be very easy to split.
  • Microfilament nonwovens exhibit even with small thicknesses and small Basis weights have good thermal insulation properties, good ones Breathability, good moisture wicking and pleasant skin sensory properties and thus a high level of comfort.
  • a nonwoven is preferably used in which at least one of the Multicomponent continuous filament-forming incompatible polymers continue an additive, such as permanent antistatic agents and / or the hydrophilic or Additives influencing hydrophobic properties in quantities of up to 10 Percent by weight.
  • an additive such as permanent antistatic agents and / or the hydrophilic or Additives influencing hydrophobic properties in quantities of up to 10 Percent by weight.
  • a microfilament nonwoven is used in which the Solidification and splitting of the multi-component continuous filaments by a Treat at least once on each side with high pressure water jets is done.
  • the sportswear has a good result Surface and a degree of splitting of the multi-component continuous filaments> 80% on. It is very uniform in thickness, has an isotropic Filament distribution, has no tendency to delaminate and is through excellent high module values.
  • a nonwoven is particularly preferably used in which the Multi-component filaments are spin-dyed.
  • the integration of the Dyes in the polymer filaments lead to excellent wash fastness.
  • the use according to the invention leads to sportswear due to their care properties such as good washability and low drying time as well as their good moisture absorption, printability and haptic design by roughening, sanding or applying one Finishing especially for shirts, T-shirts, sweaters, tank tops and short ones and long pants and jackets can be processed.
  • a filament pile with a basis weight of 80 g / m 2 is made from a continuous filament of polyethylene terephthalate polyamide (PET-PA) with a weight ratio of PET / PA66 in the elementary filament of 70/30 and an addition of 1.7% by weight of titanium dioxide generated and subjected to water jet needling with pressures up to 230 bar on both sides.
  • PET-PA polyethylene terephthalate polyamide
  • the bicomponent continuous filaments have a titer of 0.1 to 0.8 dtex after water jet needling, which leads to simultaneous splitting of the starting filaments.
  • the obtained nonwoven fabric made of micro-continuous filaments has a water vapor transmission index i mt of 0.36 and a water vapor transmission resistance R et of 3.00 m 2 Pa / W.
  • the thermal insulation capacity expressed by the thermal resistance R ct is 17.8 10 -3 m 2 K / W.
  • the sportswear has a UV protection of 50+ determined according to the Australian / New Zealand standard AS / NZS 4399: 1996.
  • the transmission is measured in percent in the range from 250 to 450 nm.
