Description
Claims (7)
- Fermoir déployant pour bracelet, notamment bracelet de montre ou gourmette, comportant une partie centrale (1) articulée à l'une des ses extrémités au moins sur au moins un bras (2,3), le ou les bras (2,3) sont situés à côté de la partie centrale (1) de telle sorte qu'en position fermée du fermoir ils se situent parallèlement à cette partie centrale (1) jouxtant celle-ci par l'une de leur tranche latérale; caractérisé par le fait que le ou les bras (2,3) comportent chacun au moins un verrou (21,22,23) dont l'organe de verrouillage (23) émerge en position de repos soumise à l'action de son ressort (22) hors de ladite tranche latérale du bras (2,3); et par le fait que la partie centrale (1) comporte un dispositif de verrouillage comprenant un poussoir (8) déplaçable transversalement à cette partie centrale, au moins un évidement (15) pratiqué dans la tranche de la partie centrale (1) destiné à recevoir un organe de verrouillage (23), cette tranche latérale de la partie centrale (1) comportant une creusure (24), en forme de plan incliné coopérant avec un organe de verrouillage (23) lors de la fermeture du fermoir provoquant la rétraction de cet organe de verrouillage (23) qui lorsque le fermoir arrive en position de fermeture complète s'étend, sous l'action de son ressort (22) à l'intérieur de l'évidement (15) de la partie centrale (1); et par le fait que le poussoir est solidaire d'au moins un organe d'actionnement (14) déplaçable à l'intérieur du logement (15) sous l'action soit du ressort (22) et de l'organe de verrouillage (23) soit du poussoir (8).
- Fermoir selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le poussoir (8) présente une forme trapézoïdale et est disposé dans un logement (9) en forme de queue d'aronde de la partie centrale (1) de telle sorte que ce poussoir ne puisse s'extraire latéralement hors de ce logement (9).
- Fermoir selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que les organes d'actionnement (14) solidaires du poussoir traversent la partie centrale (1) pour déboucher dans les logements (15) de celle-ci.
- Fermoir selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un dispositif de guidage et de maintien des bras (2,3) en position fermée.
- Fermoir selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que la partie centrale (1) du fermoir comporte une tige (10) s'étendant transversalement hors de cette partie centrale (1) et munie à son extrémité de formations de maintien (12) des bras (2,3) dans leurs positions de fermeture coopérant en position fermée du fermoir avec des formations correspondantes (16) prévues à l'extrémité de ces bras (2,3).
- Fermoir selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte deux bras (2,3) articulés à chaque extrémité de la partie centrale (1)
- Fermoir selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les bras (2,3) sont situés dans l'axe de symétrie du bracelet équipé du fermoir.
