  4. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that the resilient action (15) is constituted by a coil spring disposed about the pivotal axis (12) of the flap (11).
  5. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that the upper surface of the intermediate element (1) is in the surface position located in prolongation of the upper surfaces of the lugs (4).
