Definitions
- the present invention relates to a handle for handling devices, in particular cleaning devices, such as mopping devices, mops, brooms or the like, the handle being at least two tubular Has stem elements that can be connected to each other, the tubular stem elements form a cavity, being used for connection a connecting link from a first and a second one of the stem elements is provided, which is at least partially in that of the stem elements formed cavity extends, the connecting member a first Has a connecting section and a second connecting section, wherein the first connection section for connection to the first of the Handle elements and the second connecting section for connection to the second of the stem elements is formed and wherein the first and / or second connecting section have a screw thread, which with connecting means arranged on the first and / or second stem element can be brought into engagement.
- Handling handles of this type are known. But they are trained that for connecting two tubular stem elements each two connecting links are provided, one of which is connected to one the first and the other is fixed to a second of the stem elements.
- One of the connecting links has a screw thread supporting connecting pin and the other one adapted to it Thread on.
- a disadvantage of this known construction is that the Manufacturing is complex and consequently expensive, especially for the connection two connecting elements are required for two stem elements are.
- the known handling handles have not yet optimal stability in the area of the connection points of the individual Stem elements.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a handling handle of the type mentioned above, the particularly simple and is inexpensive to manufacture and has a high stability.
- this object is achieved in that the first and / or second connecting section a support surface for contact has on the inner surface of the stem element and that the Screw thread is arranged in the area of the support surface.
- a support surface for contact has on the inner surface of the stem element and that the Screw thread is arranged in the area of the support surface.
- the connecting means are advantageously in the form of at least one projection formed, which protrudes into the cavity formed by the stem elements. This projection can then engage in the thread on the Connector is arranged in the region of the support surface.
- the connecting means are designed as at least two projections which are on an imaginary, helical connecting line are arranged.
- the slope corresponds to the imaginary helical connecting line of the thread pitch of the Screw-in thread.
- the tubular stem element is advantageously made of metal, in particular Steel made.
- the Projections particularly cost-effective due to selective deformations of the Style elements are created.
- so-called Grain points are attached to the outside of the stem element, which deform the stem material to form protrusions, which protrude into the cavity formed by the stem elements, enable.
- a further improvement is achieved in that the connecting link in the area between the first and second connecting section Support surface of the first and / or second connection section superior covenant is provided.
- This covenant acts in particular as Stop for the screw thread and allows it in the area of Connection between the stem element and connecting link provides stability build up increasing tensile or compressive stress.
- the connecting sections are substantially cylindrical. This results in an adaptation to the likewise preferably cylindrical trained cavity inside the tubular stem elements. In this way, a large area between the support surfaces of the connecting portion and the tubular stem elements become.
- connecting link made of plastic, in particular polyamide.
- a particularly cost-effective production is also achieved in that the connector only in the area of the first connection section Has thread and the support surface in the area of the second Connection section is designed as a cylinder.
- a Connection between the second connection section and the second Handle element take place in that the cylindrical connecting portion in the stem end is inserted and the tube material is then deformed. This results in a non-positive and / or positive Connection between the stem element and the second connecting section.
- the deformation is only selective takes place, for example by attaching grain points.
- Figure 1 shows a handle 1 for devices. He can in particular for Cleaning devices, such as mopping devices, mops, brooms or the like be used.
- the handle 1 has several tubular Handle elements 2, 2 ', which can be connected to each other. On at its upper end the handle 1 has a handle 3, which is attached to one end of the stem element 2 and this upwards completes. At the lower end of the stem element 2 'shown further identically designed stem elements are added. To this It is possible, with relatively short stem elements 2, 2 ' to achieve a comparatively large overall length of the handle 1. This is particularly advantageous if the handle 1 in relatively small packaging should be accommodated.
- a connecting member 4 For connecting a first stem element 2 and a second Handle element 2 ', a connecting member 4 is provided.
- a comparable one and identical link 4 ' is located at the bottom End of the stem element 2 '.
- the handling part 1 can on connecting means, not shown lower end with cleaning devices, for example a wiper, Mops, brooms or the like can be connected.
- cleaning devices for example a wiper, Mops, brooms or the like can be connected.
- the connecting member 4 is designed such that it is at least partly in the cavity 5 formed by the stem elements 2, 2 ' can extend.
- the connecting member 4 has a first Connection section 6 and a second connection section 7.
- the first connection section 6 is for connection to the first Handle element 2 and the second connecting section 7 for connection to the second stem element 2 '.
- the first and the second Connection section 6, 7 each have a screw thread, which with connecting means arranged on the first and / or second stem element can be brought into engagement.
- the first and the second point Connection section 6, 7 support surfaces 9, 9 ', which are arranged in this way and are designed so that they are on the inner surfaces of the stem element 2 or of the stem element 2 'can rest.
- the outer shape is the Support surfaces 9, 9 'in size and shape to the system indicated by dashed lines adapted to the inner surface 10 of the stem element 2, 2 '. Furthermore, in Area of the support surfaces 9, 9 'a screw thread 11 or 11' intended.
- the screw thread 11, 11 ' only takes a relatively small part of the support surface 9, 9 '.
- the screw thread 11, 11 ' is in that shown in Figure 4 Embodiment provided with a radius on the thread base and such adapted to the connecting means 8 of the stem elements 2, 2 'that the Handle element or 2 'and the connecting links 4 or 4' by hand can be screwed together.
- the connecting means 8 are designed as at least one projection, which in the cavity 5 of the stem element 2 protrudes. In the case of FIGS. 2 and 3 illustrated embodiment, four projections are provided, however can establish a very good connection between two projections Handle element 2 and link 4 can be reached.
- the projections 8 are on an imaginary helical connecting line arranged, the thread pitch of the thread pitch of the Screw thread 11, 11 'corresponds.
- the tubular stem element 2, 2 ' according to the present Embodiment made of metal, especially steel.
- the projections 8 are generated by selective deformations of the stem element 2, 2 '. This can be particularly inexpensive on the outside of the stem elements 2, 2 'applied grain points or embossing points happen.
- the support surfaces 9, 9 'of the first and second Connection section 6, 7 projecting, circumferential collar provided on the connecting member 4 is in the area between the first and second Connection section 6, 7 a the support surfaces 9, 9 'of the first and second Connection section 6, 7 projecting, circumferential collar provided.
- the amount of the federal government is designed so that it is at least the Material thickness of the tubular stem element 2, 2 'corresponds, so that in the composite handle 1 a continuous results in outer surface.
- the connecting sections 6, 7 are essentially on their outside cylindrical and hollow inside.
- the connecting links 4 are made of plastic, especially polyamide.
- the Connecting member 4 only in the area of the first connecting section 6 Has thread, and the support surface 9 'in the region of the second Connecting section 7 as a continuous, in particular cylindrical Surface is formed.
- a reliable and durable connection between second connecting section 7 and stem element 2 'then takes place by that first the second connecting section 7 into the interior of the Stem element 2, 2 "is introduced and then deformations on the Pipe material can be attached through the connecting link 4 and Handle element 2 can be reliably connected.
- These deformations can be designed similarly to the connecting means 8 and likewise through Grain points or comparable deformations of the stem material generated become.
