Im Alarmfall wird die Schutzscheibe 12 mit einer definierten Betätigungskraft aus der Ruheposition herausgelöst und dadurch nachfolgend der Nottaster 8 betätigt. Das Gehäuse 2 des Türterminal 1 ist aus Druckgußmaterial hergestellt und z B. grün lackiert, während die einteilige Montageplatte 3 aus Metall gestanzt sein kann, das zur Vermeidung von Korrosion anschließend verzinkt wird. Die Montageplatte 3 ist bauseitig z. B. an einer Wand verschraubt, wobei Montageöffnungen 14 in der Montageplatte 3 leicht ausgewölbt sind, um auch an einem unebenen Untergrund eine sichere Auflage zu gewährleisten. An der Montageplatte 3 ist unterseitig ein Drehlager 15 mit einer abstehenden C-förmigen Lagerschale 16 und oberseitig ein abgewinkelter L-förmiger Anschlag 17 mit einem Hinterschnitt 18 ausgebildet. Bei der Aufputzmontage des Türterminals 1 wird das Gehäuse 2 unterseitig auf die Lagerschale 16 des Drehlagers 17 abgesenkt und verschwenkt, wobei das freie Ende der Lagerschale 16 in einen Schlitz 19 des Gehäuses 2 eingreift Nach Abschluß der notwendigen Verbindungsmaßnahmen zwischen den Baugruppen des Gehäuses 2 und der Montageplatte 3 wird das Gehäuse 2 auf die Montageplatte 3 zugeschwenkt Der Anschlag 17 der Montageplatte 3 und die Lagerschale 16 dienen dabei als Positionierungshilfen. Der formschlüssige Eingriff der Lagerschale 6 in den Schlitz 19 in Verbindung mit der Auflage des Gehäuses 2 an dem Anschlag 17 gewährleistet eine exakte Positionierung und somit die zuverlässige Funktion des Schlosses 4 und eines auf der Schaltungsplatine 6 befindlichen optionalen Sabotagekontaktes 20 Der Sabotagekontakt 20 wird durch den Anschlag 17 aktiviert und ist z. B. als Mikroschalter oder als Reedkontakt ausführbar. Der Sabotagekontakt 20 lost einen Alarm in einer Schaltzentrale oder an dem Turterminal 1 selber aus, so daß unverzüglich entsprechende Maßnahmen eingeleitet werden können.The
Durch das frontseitig bedienbare Schloß 4 dessen Schließnase 21 bei Betätigung eines nicht dafgestellten Schlüssels in einen Hinterschnitt 18 des Anschlages 17 greift, wird das Gehause 2 demontagesicher auf der Montageplatte 2 fixiert. In Verbindung mit der in das Gehäuse 2 eingreifenden Lagerschale 16 ist weder eine horizontale noch einer vertikale Bewegung des Gehäuses 2 gegenuber der Montageplatte 3 möglich. Das Gehäuse 2 kann nur von befugtem Personal von der Montageplatte 3 gelöst werden, um z. B Reparatur-, Wartungs- oder Anpassungsmaßnahmen vorzunehmen. Dabei bewegt sich ein durch den Schlitz 19 frei geschnittener Steg 22 des Gehäuses 2 in der Lagerschale 16 so, daß eine gelenkige Verbindung zur Montageplatte 3 gebildet wird. Das Gehause 2 wird durch diese gelenkige Verbindung formschlüssig an der Montageplatte 3 gehalten und stützt sich mit der Unterseite an der Wand ab. Der Monteur kann beidhändig und in einer vorteilhaften Montagehaltung arbeiten Arbeiten können bequem von oben ausgeführt werden. Claims (8)
- A door terminal having a housing (2) in which are arranged a profile cylinder (5) having an associated electric circuit board (6),
an audible alarm transmitter (7) and/or visual display means (13),
an emergency pushbutton (8) in connection with a switch block for the release of a locking device,
a protection screen (12) covering the emergency pushbutton (8), and
a stationary fixed mounting plate (3) at which the housing (2) is detachably attached and securable by means of an anti-sabotage contact (20),
characterized in that
the mounting plate (3) comprises a pivot bearing (15) including a bearing shell (16) and a stopper (17),
the housing (2) comprises a web (22) cut out by a slot (19) and a lock (4) operable from the front side,
the cut-out web (22) is movable in the bearing shell (16) to form a hinged connection to the mounting plate (3),
the pivot bearing (15) is arranged on the underside of and the stopper (17) is arranged on the upper side of the mounting plate (3), and the cut-out web (22) is arranged on the underside of and the front-side operable lock (4) is arranged on the upper side of the housing (2), and
the housing (2) completely encases the mounting plate (3) except for the pivot bearing (15). - The door terminal according to claim 1, characterized in that an anti-sabotage contact (20) is directly arranged on the circuit board (6) mounted within the housing (2) and can be activated by means of the stopper (17).
- The door terminal according to claim 1, characterized in that the pivot bearing (15) presents a C-shaped bearing shell (16).
- The door terminal according to any of the claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the stopper (17) protrudes in L-shape from the mounting plate (3).
- The door terminal according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the stopper (17) presents an undercut (18).
- The door terminal according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the mounting plate (3) is executed as a single piece and stamped.
- The door terminal according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the lock (4) is an insert lock.
- The door terminal according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that an exchangeable module (9) arranged on the front side is executed with a lockable covering frame (11) presenting a protection screen (12) and with a mounting frame (10) and is optionally equipped with all visual display means (13).
