Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein mehrteiliges Polstermöbel, mit einem Untergestell, mindestens zwei benachbarten Sitzpolsterteilen, von welchen mindestens eines bewegbar ist, und mit den jeweiligen Sitzpolsterteilen zugeordneten Rücklehnenteilen.
Der Benützer eines solchen Polstermöbels, auch Sofa genannt, sitzt derart auf dem Sitzpolsterteil, dass seine Unterschenkel mehr oder weniger senkrecht verlaufen und sich die Füsse auf dem Boden, gegebenenfalls auf einer Fussstütze abstützen. Die Sitzstellung wird jedoch oft auf die Dauer als unbequem empfunden.
Eine bequemere und erholsamere Stellung ist eine Liegestellung, wobei die Beine hochgelagert sind, wozu die Füsse oft auf einem vor dem Sofa stehenden Beistelltisch oder Hocker ruhen. Dieses bedingt, dass zusätzlich zu einem Sofa mindestens ein weiteres Möbelstück vorhanden sein muss.
Verstellbare Polstersessel sind wohl bekannt, eignen sich jedoch nicht als Sofa das mehrere Sitzplätze aufweist.
In der DE 299 10 083 U ist ein Polstermöbel mit einer Schwenkvorrichtung für die Sitzpolsterteile offenbart, die zwei um etwa 90° in einer horizontalen Ebene angeordnete Führungsschienen mit daran verschieblich geführten Gleitern sowie an einem Rahmen des verschwenkbaren Sitzpolsterteiles befestigte Laschen hat, die schwenkbar an Gleitern gelagert sind, aufweisen.
Diese Schwenkvorrichtung ist jedoch mit Reibung und möglichen Verkantungen beschaffen, so dass eine beträchtliche Kraftfür eine Schwenkbewegung aufgebracht werden muss.
Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. Die Erfindung, wie sie in den Ansprüchen gekennzeichnet ist, löst die Aufgabe, ein mehrteiliges Polstermöbel zu schaffen, welches mit kleinstem Aufwand an Arbeit und Beanspruchung von Raum von einer Sitzkonfiguration in eine Liegekonfiguration gebracht werden kann.
Das erfindungsgemässe mehrteilige Polstermöbel ist durch den Patentanspruch 1 gekennzeichnet. Vorteilhafte Ausführungen ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Ansprüchen.
Nachfolgend wird der Erfindungsgegenstand anhand der Zeichnungen beispielsweise näher erläutert. Es zeigt:
  • Figur 1 ein zweiteiliges Polstermöbel, mit einem ersten Teil in der Sitzkonfiguration und einem zweiten Teil in der Liegekonfiguration,
  • Figur 2 eine Führungsvorrichtung in einer auseinandergezogenen Darstellung, und
  • Figuren 3 A-G in einer vereinfachten Darstellung die Arbeitsweise der mit einem Sitzpolster verbundenen Führungsvorrichtung.
    • Figur 1 zeigt ein mehrteiliges Polstermöbel, das als Doppelsofa ausgebildet ist. Auf einem Untergestell 1, von welchem lediglich Füsse dargestellt sind, sind ein erster Sitzpolsterteil 2 und daneben ein zweiter Sitzpolsterteil 3 angeordnet. Dem ersten Sitzpolsterteil 2 ist ein erster Rückenlehnenteil 4 zugeordnet. Dem zweiten Sitzpolsterteil 3 ist ein zweiter Rückenlehnenteil 5 zugeordnet. Die zwei Rückenlehnenteile 4, 5 sind relativ zum Untergestell 1 ortsfest angeordnet.
    In der Figur 1 ist der erste Sitzpolsterteil 2 in der Sitzkonfiguration, einer ersten Endstellung gezeichnet, wobei an diesem Sitzpolsterteil 2 eine schwenkbare Armlehne 6 angelenkt ist, die in der Sitzkonfiguration hochgeklappt ist.
    Dieses erste Sitzpolsterteil 2 lässt sich nun in einer horizontalen Ebene um 90° zu einer Liegekonfiguration drehen, in welcher er sich in einer zweiten Endstellung befindet. Bezogen auf die Darstellung der Figur 1 erfolgt die Drehbewegung des ersten Sitzpolsterteiles 2 im Uhrzeigersinn.
    Der zweite Sitzpolsterteil 3 ist in einer in die Liegekonfiguration gedrehten Stellung, der zweiten Endstellung gezeichnet. Dazu ist er von der Sitzkonfiguration um 90° im Uhrzeigersinn in die gezeichnete Stellung gedreht worden, wobei seine bisherige Armlehne 7 heruntergeklappt worden ist, so dass sie nun als Fussauflage dient. Der zweite Sitzpolsterteil 3 kann also aus der gezeichneten Stellung zurückgedreht und dessen Armlehne 7 aufgeklappt werden, so dass ein zweiplätziges Sofa zum Sitzen vorliegt.
    Aus der Figur 1 ist es offensichtlich, dass die zwei Sitzpolsterteile 2, 3 nicht einfach um eine feststehende Drehachse gedreht werden können, da sie eng aneinander anliegen. Um die Drehbewegung durchführen zu können, sind die bewegbaren Sitzpolsterteile 2, 3 über jeweils eine Führungsvorrichtung 8 mit dem Untergestell 1 gekoppelt, mittels welcher die in einer horizontalen Ebene erfolgende Drehbewegung zwangsweise in eine gleichzeitige, der Drehbewegung überlagerte, geradlinige Verschiebebewegung umgesetzt wird.
    Zur erstweiligen Erklärung dieser Bewegungen wird auf die Figuren 3A-3G hingewiesen.
    Die Figur 3A zeigt beide Sitzpolsterteile 2, 3 in der Sitzkonfiguration gemäss der Darstellung des ersten Sitzpolsterteils 2 in der Figur 1. Sie befinden sich also beide in ihrer ersten Endstellung. Die Armlehnen 6, 7 sind bereits heruntergeklappt worden.
    Der erste Sitzpolsterteil 2 befindet sich in der ersten Endstellung, siehe auch Fig. 1, und der zweite Sitzpolsterteil 3 soll nun von der in der Figur 3A gezeichneten ersten Endstellung gemäss Fig. 3G gedreht werden. Der erste Sitzpolsterteil 2 weist einen Seitenrandabschnitt 9 auf, der unmittelbar am Seitenrandabschnitt 10 des benachbarten zweiten Sitzpolsterteiles 3 anliegt.
    Am Seitenrandabschnitt 9 des ersten Sitzpolsterteils 2 schliesst in der gezeichneten Sitzkonfiguration ein Vorderrandabschnitt 11 an, und die dazwischen vorhandene Eckstelle ist mit der Bezugsziffer 12 bezeichnet.
    Gleicherweise schliesst am Seitenrandabschnitt 10 des zweiten Sitzpolsterteiles 3 ein Vorderrandabschnitt 13 an, wobei die dazwischen liegende Eckstelle mit der Bezugsziffer 14 bezeichnet ist.
    Beim Drehen des zweiten Sitzpolsterteiles 3 z.B. von der Stellung nach der Fig. 3A in die Stellung nach Fig. 3B, ist der zweite Sitzpolsterteil 3 durch die noch zu beschreibende Führungsvorrichtung 8 derart geführt, dass sich die Eckstelle 14 entlang einer Geraden 15 bewegt, die allgemein mit dem Seitenrandabschnitt 9 des stillstehenden ersten Sitzpolsterteiles 2 zusammenfällt, so dass die Eckstelle 14 während der Drehbewegung des zweiten Sitzpolsterteiles 3 am Seitenrandabschnitt 9 des ersten Sitzpolsterteiles 2 vorbeistreicht.
    Erreicht der zweite Sitzpolsterteil 3 die in der Fig. 3G gezeichnete, zweite Endstellung, befindet er sich nun in der Liegekonfiguration. Dabei liegt nun sein (ursprünglicher) Vorderrandabschnitt 13 am Seitenrandabschnitt 9 des nicht gedrehten ersten Sitzpolsterteiles 2 an, der sich immer noch in der ersten Endstellung gemäss Fig. 3A befindet.
    Nun kann, bei Bedarf, auch der erste Sitzpolsterteil 2 gedreht werden, wobei seine besagte Eckstelle 12 ebenfalls entlang der Geraden 15 bewegt wird. Befindet sich auch der erste Sitzpolsterteil 2 in seiner zweiten Endstellung, liegen die zwei (ursprünglichen) Vorderrandabschnitte 11, 13 der zwei Sitzpolsterteile 2, 3 aneinander.
    Es soll noch bemerkt werden, dass die Rückenlehnenteile 4, 5 an den Drehbewegungen nicht teilnehmen. Sie sind mit dem Untergestell starr verbunden.
    Zur Durchführung der beschriebenen Drehbewegungen, während welcher sich die betreffenden Eckstellen 12, 14 entlang einer Geraden bewegen, werden die Sitzpolsterteile 2, 3 je durch eine Führungsvorrichtung 8 geführt, die nun unter Bezugnahme auf die Fig. 2 beschrieben wird.
    Diese Führungsvorrichtung 8 weist eine obere Platte 16 auf, die mit dem jeweiligen Sitzpolsterteil 2 bzw. 3 verbunden ist. Weiter weist die Führungsvorrichtung 8 eine untere Platte 17 auf, die mit dem Untergestell 1 verbunden ist.
    Die obere Platte 16 weist eine grob quadratische Grundrissform auf und ist mittels vier Gleitelementen, von welchen in der Fig. 2 drei Gleitelemente 18, 19, 20 sichtbar sind, auf der unteren Platte 17 abgestützt. In der Mitte der oberen Platte 16 befindet sich ein Durchgangsloch 21. Weiter sind in einer Seite 22 der oberen Platte 17 zwei Ausnehmungen 23, 24 vorhanden.
    Die untere Platte 17 weist ein Langloch 25 auf. In diesem Langloch 25 ist ein Gleitstück eingesetzt. Dieses weist unten eine Scheibe 26 auf, auf welcher ein Distanzblock 27 angeordnet ist, welcher ein Laufelement 28 trägt, das im Langloch 25 läuft. Weiter sitzen im Distanzblock 27 zwei Schwerspannstifte 29, 30.
    Zum Montieren wird ein Schraubbolzen 31 durch das Durchgangsloch 21 der oberen Platte 16 gesteckt, welcher durch den Distanzblock 27 und die Scheibe 26 verläuft und schlussendlich mit der Stopmutter 32 verschraubt wird.
    Die obere Platte 16 kann sich somit entlang des Langloches 25 geradlinig verschieden und gleichzeitig relativ zur unteren Platte 17 drehen.
    Von der unteren Platte 17 steht ein Anschlagzapfen 33 ab, der mit den Ausnehmungen 23 und 24 in der Seite 22 der oberen Platte 16 zusammenwirkt, um die Endstellungen der Drehbewegung der oberen Platte 16 festzulegen. Es ist ersichtlich, dass bei der gezeichneten Stellung der oberen Platte 16 der Anschlagzapfen 33 in der Ausnehmung 24 aufgenommen ist. Bei der anderen Endstellung befindet sich der Anschlagzapfen 33 in der Ausnehmung 23.
    Ein Steuerarm 34 ist bei einem Ende über einen Zapfen 35 an der unteren Platte 17 an einer Stelle angelenkt, der mit der Längsmittellinie des Langloches 25 ausgerichtet ist. Diese Stelle, ein Loch 43, befindet sich neben einem Seitenrand der unteren Platte 17, wobei noch die Lagerbuchse 36 und die Stopmutter 37 dargestellt sind.
    Beim entgegengesetzten Ende ist dieser Steuerarm 34 über das Gleitelement 19 an der oberen Platte 16 angelenkt, also an einer Stelle seitlich der Längsmittellinie des Langloches 25.
    Vom Steuerarm 34 steht nach unten ein Kugelzapfen 38 ab, der durch eine bogenförmige Öffnung 39 hindurch verläuft und mit dem einen Ende einer Gasdruckfeder 40 verbunden ist. Diese Gasdruckfeder 40 ist bei ihrem entgegengesetzten Ende über einen Stift 41, der in ein Loch 42 der unteren Platte 17 eingesteckt ist an derselben angelenkt. Es ist ersichtlich, dass dieses Loch 42 mit der verlängerten Längsmittellinie des Langloches 25 ausgerichtet ist, mit welcher Längsmittellinie auch das Loch 43 zur Aufnahme des Zapfens 35 des Steuerarmes 34 ausgerichtet ist.
    Die Funktionsweise dieser Steuervorrichtung ist wie folgt.
    Wird die obere Platte 16 (die mit einem Sitzpolsterteil verbunden ist) basiert auf der Darstellung gemäss Figur 2 im Gegenuhrzeigersinn gedreht, bewirkt dies eine Schwenkbewegung des Steuerarmes 34, der folglich die Platte 16 entlang des Langloches 25 wegstösst. Somit bewirkt die Drehbewegung der oberen Platte 16 über den Steuerarm 34 eine zwangsweise, der Drehbewegung überlagerte geradlinige Verschiebebewegung der Platte 16. Das heisst, bezogen auf die Figuren 3A-3D, der Sitzpolsterteil wird von der beschriebenen Gerade 15 wegverschoben, und durch eine entsprechende Wahl der Dimensionen der einzelnen Teile der Steuervorrichtung 8 genau um eine solche Strecke, dass in jeglicher Drehstellung des Sitzpolsterteils 3 dessen Eckstelle 14 auf der Geraden 15 verbleibt.
    Während der ersten Phase der Drehbewegung der oberen Platte 16 wird die Gasdruckfeder 40 entgegen ihrer elastischen Rückstellkraft gespannt.
    Die Gasdruckfeder 40 ist in der maximal gespannten, d.h. zusammengedrückten Stellung, wenn die obere Platte 16 um 45° gedreht worden ist. Diese Stellung entspricht einer Totpunktstellung der Drehbewegung. Nach einem weiteren Drehen über die 45°-Stellung hinaus wird die obere Platte 16 mit dem betreffenden Sitzpolsterteil durch die Gasdruckfeder 40 in die andere Endlage gedrückt und dort gehalten. Für den Benützer ist dieses sehr bequem, weil er den Sitzpolsterteil nur ein wenig mehr als 45° drehen muss, weil danach die weitere Drehbewegung von selbst erfolgt.
    Die Wirkungsweise der Führungsvorrichtung ist insbesondere in den Figuren 3A-3G verdeutlicht.
    Figur 3A zeigt eine Endstellung, d.h. Grundstellung des zweiten Sitzpolsterteiles 3, in der Sitzkonfiguration. Wird nun der Sitzpolsterteil 3 von der Stellung 3A in die Stellung 3B gedreht, wird er bzw. die obere Platte 16 aufgrund des Steuerarmes 34 im Langloch vorgeschoben, so dass die Eckstelle 14 trotz der Drehung auf der Geraden 15 verbleibt. Die Gasdruckfeder 40 wird gegen ihre elastische Rückstellkraft gespannt, d.h. zusammengedrück. Währen der fortgeführten Drehbewegung von der Stellung nach Fig. 3B zur Stellung nach Fig. 3C wird die obere Platte 16 noch weiter im Langloch 25 vorgeschoben, die Gasdruckfeder 40 noch weiter zusammengedrückt.
    Danach wird die Stellung nach Fig. 3D erreicht, welche eine 45°-Stellung ist. In dieser Stellung sind das Langloch 25, der Steuerarm 34 und die Gasdruckfeder 40 miteinander ausgerichtet. Die Gasdruckfeder 40 befindet sich in ihrer maximal gespannten Stellung.
    Beim weiteren Drehen des Sitzpolsterteiles 3 in der Richtung gemäss Fig. 3E, wird nun die obere Platte 16 durch den Steuerarm 34 entlang dem Langloch 25 zurückgezogen, so dass sich die Eckstelle 14 immer noch entlang der Geraden 15 bewegt. Jedoch ist für diese weitergeführte Bewegung keine weitere manuelle Kraftaufwendung notwendig, weil nun die elastische Rückstellkraft der Gasdruckfeder 40 auf den Steuerarm 34 einwirkt. Somit bewegt sich der Sitzpolsterteil 3 über die Stellung nach Fig. 3F in die Endstellung nach Fig. 3G und damit befindet sich der Sitzpolsterteil 3 in der Liegekonfiguration. Dabei wird die Ausnehmung 23 in der oberen Platte 16 durch die Gasdruckfeder 40 gegen den Anschlagzapfen 33 gepresst gehalten, d.h. der Sitzpolsterteil 3 ist nun in dieser Stellung arretiert.
    Beim Zurückdrehen des Sitzpolsterteiles 3 von der Liegekonfiguration nach Fig. 3G in die Sitzkonfiguration nach Fig. 3A, erfolgen dieselben Wirkungen der einzelnen Bauteile der Führungsvorrichtung 8 wie dieses beim vorgängigen Drehen der Fall war.

    Claims (8)

    1. Mehrteiliges Polstermöbel, mit einem Untergestell (1), mindestens zwei benachbarten Sitzpolsterteilen (2; 3) und mit den jeweiligen Sitzpolsterteilen (2; 3) zugeordneten Rückenlehnenteilen (4; 5), wobei ein jeweiliger Sitzpolsterteil (2; 3) beim unbeweglich gehaltenen benachbarten Sitzpolsterteil (3; 2) und unbeweglich gehaltenen Rückenlehnenteilen (4; 5) auf dem Untergestell (1) in einer horizontalen Ebene drehbar und gleichzeitig geradlinig verschiebbar abgestützt ist, gekennzeichnet durch eine Führungsvorrichtung (8), die eine obere (16), mit dem bewegbaren Sitzpolsterteil (2; 3) starr verbundene und eine untere, mit dem Untergestell (1) starr verbundene Platte (17) aufweist, welche untere Platte (17) ein Langloch (25) aufweist, in welchem die obere Platte (16) mittels einem Gleitstück (27; 28) längsverschiebbar geführt und zur unteren Platte (17) drehbar gehalten ist, welche Führungsvorrichtung (8) einen Steuerarm (34) aufweist, der bei einem ersten Ende bei einem vom Gleitstück (27; 28) entfernten Ort bei einer ersten Anlenkstelle an der oberen Platte (16) und bei seinem zweiten Ende bei einer zweiten Anlenkstelle an der unteren Platte (17) angelenkt ist.
    2. Mehrteiliges Polstermöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bewegbar abgestützten Sitzpolsterteile (2; 3) über jeweils eine Führungsvorrichtung (8) mit dem Untergestell (1) gekoppelt sind, die dazu dient, eine in der horizontalen Ebene erfolgende Drehbewegung der Sitzpolsterteile (2; 3) zwangsweise in eine gleichzeitige, der Drehbewegung überlagerte, geradlinige Verschiebebewegung umzusetzen.
    3. Mehrteiliges Polstermöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die bewegbaren Sitzpolsterteile (2; 3) zwischen zwei Endstellungen um 90° drehbar sind und bezogen auf einer ersten Endstellung einen Seitenrandabschnitt (9; 10) aufweisen, an welchem unter Bildung einer Eckstelle (12; 14) ein quer dazu verlaufender Vorderrandabschnitt (11; 13) anschliesst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsvorrichtung (8) derart ausgebildet ist, dass sich die Eckstelle (11; 13) während der Bewegung des Sitzpolsterteiles (2; 3) entlang einer Geraden (15) bewegt.
    4. Mehrteiliges Polstermöbel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche mit zwei nebeneinander angeordneten Sitzpolsterteilen (2; 3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sitzpolsterteile (2; 3) in ihrer ersten Endstellung mit ihren Seitenrandabschnitten (9; 10) aneinander anliegen, und ein sich in der zweiten Endstellung befindlicher Sitzpolsterteil (3) mit seinem Vorderrandabschnitt (13) am Seitenrandabschnitt (9) des sich in der ersten Endstellung befindlichen Sitzpolsterteiles (2) anliegt.
    5. Mehrteiliges Polstermöbel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Sitzpolsterteile (2; 3) in ihrer zweiten Endstellung mit ihren Vorderrandabschnitten (11; 13) aneinander anliegen.
    6. Mehrteiliges Polstermöbel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Druckfedereinheit (40), die bei einem Ende am Steuerarm (34) und beim entgegengesetzten Ende an der unteren Platte (17) angelenkt ist und dazu dient, die obere Platte (16) mit dem Sitzpolsterteil (2; 3) gegen eine jeweilige Endstellung vorzuspannen und in der Endstellung federvorgespannt arretiert zu halten.
    7. Mehrteiliges Polstermöbel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Anlenkstelle bei einem mit der Mittellinie des Langloches (25) ausgerichteten Ort eines Randbereiches der unteren Platte (17) angeordnet ist, und dass die Druckfedereinheit (40) einerends am Steuerarm (34) und andererends an einem mit der Mittellinie des Langloches (25) ausgerichteten weiteren Ort an der unteren Platte (17) angelenkt ist.
    8. Mehrteiliges Polstermöbel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Platte (16) eine annähernd quadratische Grundrissform aufweist und bei ihren vier Eckbereichen über Gleitelemente (18; 19; 20) auf der unteren Platte (17) abgestützt ist, dass in einer Seite (22) der oberen Platte (16) zwei Ausnehmungen (23; 24) ausgebildet sind, welche Ausnehmungen (23; 24) zur Festlegung einer jeweiligen Endstellung der Bewegung des Sitzpolsterteiles (2; 3) zum Zusammenwirken mit einem von der unteren Platte (17) abstehenden Anschlagzapfen (33) bestimmt ist.
