Claims (7)
- Stütz- oder Zwischenwalze in Walzwerken zum Walzen von flachem Walzgut, insbesondere Band, bestehend aus einem zylindrischen Walzenkem (2) und einem mit diesem drehfest verbundenen und diesen koaxial umgreifenden rohrförmigen Walzenmantel (5), zwischen dem und dem Walzenkern hydraulisch axial verschiebbare Stützkörper angeordnet sind, die den Walzenmantel (5) gegen den Walzenkern (2) abstützen, wobei die Stützkörper mit mindestens zwei symmetrisch zur Walzenmitte angeordneten, gegenüber dem Walzenkern (2) und der Innenseite des Walzenmantels (5) abgedichteten Ringkolben (9) ausgebildet sind und aus mehreren an deren Außenumfang angeordneten, in Längsrichtung der Walze (1) voneinander beabstandeten ringförmigen Stützlagem (A bis K) bestehen, gegen die die Innenoberfläche des Walzenmantels (5) anlegbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ringkolben (9) in der Art von Teleskopkolben ausgebildet sind und ihrerseits unabhängig steuerbare Ringkolben (10) tragen, an denen weitere voneinander beabstandete ringförmige Stützlager (A bis K) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Abstände der Stützlager (A bis K) zu den auf anderen Ringkolben (9,10) angeordneten Stützlagem (A bis K) sowie deren Position bezogen auf die Längserstreckung der Walze (1) durch Verschieben der Ringkolben (9,10) veränderbar sind. - Stütz- oder Zwischenwalze nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens vier, vorzugsweise 10 bis 12 Stützlager (A bis K) an mindestens zwei bis vier Ringkolben (9,10) über die Länge der Walze (1) symmetrisch verteilt angeordnet sind, wobei die Abstände benachbarter Stützlager (A bis K) im mittleren Bereich der Walze (1) kleiner als die zum Rand hin größer werdenden Abstände gewählt sind. - Stütz- oder Zwischenwalze nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die symmetrisch unmittelbar beidseitig der Walzenmitte angeordneten Ringkolben (9) in ihren ausgefahrenen Endstellungen stimseitig gegeneinanderfahrbar sind. - Stütz- oder Zwischenwalze nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Walzenmitte auf dem Walzenkern (2) und/oder der Innenseite des Walzenmantels (5) eine doppelkonische Stützringfläche (15) mit im Querschnitt dachförmigem Steilkonus angeordnet ist, die mit entsprechend konisch abgeflachten Endteilen der Ringkolben (9) in deren mittlerer Endstellung korrespondiert. - Stütz- oder Zwischenwalze nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Walzenmantel (5) aus einem mit den Ringkolben (9,10) korrespondierenden Basisteil (5a) und einem austauschbaren Verschleißteil (5b) zusammengesetzt ist - Stütz- oder Zwischenwalze nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitflächen der Bohrungen (9,10) nitriert und die Ringkolben außen mit Bronzeoberflächen versehen sind. - Stütz- oder Zwischenwalze nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Hydraulikflüssigkeit Schmieröl verwendet wird.
