Claims (29)
- Auftragorgan mit einer Wand (12; 22; 32; 42; 52; 62; 72; 82; 99; 100), die einen Hohlraum (13; 23; 33; 43; 69; 73; 83) begrenzt, in dem sich Flüssigkeit (P) sammeln kann, wobei dieser Hohlraum an einem Ende über eine einzige, zum Auftragen dienende Öffnung nach außen mündet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mindestens in der Nähe dieser Öffnung ein Element (16; 26; 36; 46; 56; 66; 76; 86; 96) zum Zurückhalten im Inneren des Hohlraums aufweist, das den Halt des Produkts (P) zwischen der Wand und dem Zurückhalteelement durch Kapillarität gestattet.
- Auftragorgan nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wand im oberen Teil von mindestens einem Lüftungsloch (14) durchquert wird.
- Auftragorgan nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zurückhalteelement (76) bezüglich der zum Auftragen dienenden Öffnung zurückversetzt angeordnet ist.
- Auftragorgan nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zurückhalteelement bezüglich der zum Auftragen dienenden Öffnung um einen Abstand zurückversetzt ist, der zwischen 0,5 und 3 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 1 und 2 mm, beträgt.
- Auftragorgan nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zum Auftragen des Produkts dienende Öffnung sich in einer Ebene (K) erstreckt, die zur Achse der den Hohlraum begrenzenden Wand schräg angeordnet ist.
- Auftragorgan nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wand (12) auf mindestens einem Teil ihrer Höhe zylindrisch ist.
- Auftragorgan nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wand (12) rotationszylindrisch ist.
- Auftragorgan nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wand (22) einen länglichen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Auftragorgan nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wand (32; 42) einen polygonalen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Auftragorgan nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zurückhalteelement (16) mit der Wand (12) einstückig ausgeführt ist.
- Auftragorgan nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zurückhalteelement (56) aus einem angebrachten Element besteht.
- Auftragorgan nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zurückhalteelement (56) mit Streben bildenden Rippen (57) einstückig ausgeführt ist.
- Auftragorgan nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rippen (57) den Halt des Zurückhalteelements im Inneren der Wand (52) durch Reibung gewährleisten.
- Auftragorgan nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der Teile der Wand oder des inneren Elementes mit einem beflockten Überzug (80) bedeckt ist.
- Auftragorgan nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wand mit einer mit einem Greiforgan (6) verbundenen Stange (5) fest verbunden ist.
- Auftragorgan nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange mit dem Greiforgan einstükkig ausgeführt ist.
- Auftragorgan nach einem der Ansprüche 15 und 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange (5) mit der Wand (12) einstückig ausgeführt ist.
- Auftragorgan nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, mit Ausnahme von Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zurückhalteelement mit der Stange einstückig ausgeführt ist.
- Auftragorgan nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange (5) mit einer Kappe (6) fest verbunden ist, die geeignet ist, einen das aufzutragende Produkt enthaltenden Behälter (2) dicht zu schließen.
- Auftragorgan nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange (5) von einer Steifheit ist, die kleiner als die des zum Auftragen dienenden Teils (4) oder gleich dieser ist.
- Auftragorgan nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange (5) einen Durchmesser aufweist, der kleiner als der Durchmesser des Teils (4) des zum Auftragen dienenden Auftragorgans oder gleich diesem ist.
- Auftragorgan nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zurückhalteelement mit der Stange einen Winkel von nicht null bildet.
- Auftragorgan nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zurückhalteelement an der Wand verstellbar befestigt ist.
- Auftragorgan nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zurückhalteelement und die Wand aus verschiedenen Werkstoffen hergestellt sind.
- Auftragorgan nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zurückhalteelement und die Wand einen Winkel bilden, der auf die zum Auftragen dienende Öffnung zu konvergiert.
- Auftragorgan nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wand sich auf Höhe der zum Auftragen dienenden Öffnung verbreitert.
- Behälter, der ein Auftragorgan gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
- Behälter nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein Abstreiforgan aufweist, um die einen Vorratsbehälter bildende Wand außen abzustreifen, wenn das Auftragorgan aus dem Behälter gezogen wird.
- Behälter nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Nagellack, ein Nagelpflegeprodukt, ein Hautpflegeprodukt oder flüssiges Lippenrot enthält.
