Definitions
- the invention relates to a locking device for a means of a motor drive unit driven gate, in particular overhead gate such as tilting, swiveling or sectional door, which locking device of a coupling device for coupling the door leaf to a assigned by the motor drive unit reciprocating driver is to the door leaf in its closed state against movement in the opening direction to block the door leaf when the force is not applied by the driver, with a lever member disposed about a first pivot axis in a first and opposite second pivoting direction pivotable indirectly or directly on the driver is held and an engagement device for detecting a preferably a guide device for the driver associated, fixed abutment member, so as to lock the door leaf, wherein the engagement means upon pivoting of the Lever element in the first pivoting direction in engagement position and when pivoting the Lever element in the second pivoting direction from the engagement position out in the release position is movable, and with a rigid connecting element - preferably in shape a connecting rod -, on the one hand or at one end a connecting device for Connecting to
- Gate drives which are powered by an open position in an overhead gate a closed position and vice versa, have long been known.
- General ways such gate drives as e.g. from DE 27 41 539 A1 discloses a along a horizontally arranged above the Torblattverlauf guide means movable Driver, for example, a guide carriage on. This driver is mostly connected via a linkage to the driven door leaf. It's been around already long known, the driver for emergencies in case of failure of the automatic drive from Door leaf or of a traction means, the driver with a motor drive unit connects, disconnect.
- Door leaf can be manually pressed from the outside, with the driver without to be driven by the motor drive unit and possibly against its resistance moved in the opening direction.
- door drive is designed as a carriage Carrier on a guide rail between two stops movable.
- a pawl is fixedly mounted, by means of which the carriage in its closed position latched lockable.
- the pawl is biased in locking position.
- To open the latch is the carriage via the detour of a double - armed lever to the Traction device that connects the carriage with a motor drive unit, connected.
- the two arms of the lever serve as stops for a limited pivoting movement thereof.
- the free end of one of the two arms engages in the closed position the latch.
- the lever When pulling the traction means, the lever is first pivoted before the Driver sets in motion.
- the latch is lifted from its detection, so that the driver is released.
- a coupling device for coupling the door leaf on the carriage designed as a driver is indeed on the same axis as the double lever hinged, but independently of this pivotable about this axis.
- a locking device in which a to the door leaf connected linkage with force on the door leaf from the outside of the driver raises and thus arranged in detection with an above the driver Rack or chain brings.
- This locking device does not always work reliably; Moreover, it is undesirable, the driver transverse to its actual direction of movement to keep moving, as this leads to unpleasant rattling noises and to an inaccurate Leadership can lead.
- the driver could, for example, also tilt and at normal operation come into detection with the rack or chain.
- a locking device is known in which the connecting rod the coupling device is guided on the driver in a slot. Swiveling around an inserted into the slot pin is arranged on the connecting rod a pawl, which can engage with an abutment element on the guide device.
- the connecting rod along the Langloches pulled, with a tilt-level engagement, the pawl from the detection is pulled.
- the locking device known from US-A-3 909 980 is used a possibility of displacement of a latch in conjunction with a slot and an inclined plane to the latch from its detection on an abutment element to pry. In general, such a relative displacement of the linkage and the driver exploiting devices problematic in terms of wear and relative consuming in manufacture, installation and adjustment to a specific gate at the installation.
- the locking device known from the above-mentioned EP 0 743 416 A1 proven in the beginning.
- the connecting rod which is the driver with the door leaf connects, not directly connected to the driver, but on a lever element, which in turn pivots on a first pivot axis on the driver is stored.
- the present from the present in the form of a connecting rod rigid connecting element and the lever element formed coupling device for Coupling of the driver to the door leaf designed as a toggle lever.
- the one-armed lever element forming the toggle lever has a hook nose formed latching element, which is arranged in the region of the second pivot axis is and with a arranged in the region of the guide device locking device is connectable. Because of the small number of moving parts, which also only with each other pivoted and not moved relative to each other, is the well-known Locking device very simple, works very reliable - except for the locking lug is not subject to a wear-related relative displacement movement, and is also very easy to install and adjust.
- a locking device of the type mentioned characterized that the lever element two - preferably together - around the first pivot axis pivotable lever arms, that on the first lever arm, the connecting element is hinged and that on the second lever arm, the engagement means for detecting the Abutment element during or after pivoting of the lever member and thus the second lever arm in the first pivoting direction, which is a sliding on the at Door leaf connected connecting element corresponds, and for releasing the abutment element during or after pivoting of the lever element and thus the second Lever arm in the second pivoting direction, the pulling on the connected to the door leaf Connecting element corresponds, is provided.
- the connecting element i. especially the connecting rod, is thus connectable to the door leaf in a larger angular range, as long as only when pressurized in the opening direction, the lever element is rotated in the first pivoting direction becomes.
- a provided with such a locking device door drive device is thus also in larger heights above the door leaf opening or with shorter connecting rods can be installed.
- the engaging means may be formed in various ways. It could e.g. one Pin for detecting the barb element in a recess on the same is introduced.
- the second Lever arm at its pointing in the first direction of pivoting side one or the a Engagement device forming hook or nose for hooking or engaging behind the abutment member during or after pivoting of the lever element in the first Swivel direction and to release the abutment element during or after pivoting of the lever element in the second pivoting direction.
- the lever element is therefore only to a limited extent just as pivotable as to achieve the engagement position or the release position is necessary.
- Embodiment of the invention provides an emergency unlocking device, by means of which the lever element for manually opening the door from the engagement position can be brought.
- the locking device for example, in case of failure of the door drive - Power failure - be unlocked so that the locking device of a manual opening of the gate does not oppose.
- many door drives are now self-locking, so that not only the locking device, but also the motor drive unit a prevents manual opening of the door.
- the Emergency unlocking device both for unlocking the locking device as well as for Decoupling of the door leaf is formed by the motor drive unit.
- the emergency unlocking device for this purpose a release device for releasing the Driver of the motor drive unit on.
- the release device an unlocking lever element which is manually moved from a normal position, in the the driver is coupled to the motor drive unit, in a release position, in the the driver of the motor drive unit, in particular of a motor associated Pulling means is solved.
- the release device can, for example, via a manual actuatable pulling device can be actuated.
- This traction device can, for example, a from the inner of the space to be closed by the door operable traction cable and / or a for example via a Bowden cable also from the outside to be operated traction device include.
- a manual actuation of the emergency unlocking device is preferred but also an automatic operation via an emergency system possible.
- the emergency unlocking a biasing device, in particular a spring, which comprises the lever element in his release position biases.
- the Engagement device biased at most in the engaged position. This then has the Effect that a locking of the engagement device always occurs when the door leaf is closed and is maintained. But this is not absolutely necessary, because an intervention of the Engaging means must be done only when actually applied to the door leaf from the outside becomes.
- the lever element biased in its release position this has the advantage that also a manual opening of the door leaf when decoupled from the traction means driver can be done easily without the engagement means first from the engaged position must be brought. In such an embodiment, it would therefore be sufficient if for Emergency release of the driver is decoupled from the motor drive unit.
- the emergency unlocking device comprises an unlocking device by means of the actuation of the lever element for a manual opening of the door in emergency situations brought out of its engagement or blocking position, in particular pressed can, whereupon the door leaf is manually pushed or pulled up.
- the unlocking device is further preferably designed such that it upon actuation of the Emergency unlocking device - for example, by pulling on the drawbar - only after loosening of the driver by the release device, the second lever arm from the Engagement engages in the release position pivots.
- the emergency unlocking device acts thus, so to speak, in two phases. First, the decoupling of the driver of the motor drive unit. If the emergency release device continues to operate, for Example with a further tightening on the traction device - is then in a second Phase the unlocking of the locking device.
- a concrete advantageous embodiment is the intended to unlock the locking device unlocking so on the release lever element provided for releasing the carrier from the motor drive unit arranged, trained or associated with this, that they in the course of the pivoting movement the Entsperrhebelelements from its normal position on the release position in addition to passing the release position by the release lever element a pivotable together with the second lever arm portion of the lever member detected such that the second lever arm pivoted in the second pivoting direction becomes.
- This release lever element is in a preferred embodiment of the drawbar of inside and / or outside manually pivotable and with a the driver to the traction means of the motor drive unit, especially in the engaged position Coupling pin for releasing the same when pivoting the Entshebelhebelelements connected to the release position. Further, the release lever element preferably an attack area for attacking a corresponding attack surface of the lever member to the second lever arm from its engagement position in the release position to pan.
- a third lever arm with the second Lever for joint pivoting about the first pivot axis is connected.
- This third lever arm extends into the pivoting range of the unlocking lever element so that it is in the engaged position of the lever member and in the normal position located Entsperrhebelelement with such a distance from a lever arm of the Unlock lever element is arranged that a running in two phases emergency release is feasible.
- the distance is preferably such that the unlocking lever element and the third lever arm only after crizverschwenken the Entshebelhebelelements seen from the normal position beyond the release position, so that the second lever arm of the lever member of the locking device in still yellow obtainedem Pivoting the unlocking lever element is released.
- a bearing element for supporting the lever element of the at the horizontal above the Torblattschulsverlaufs extending in the opening direction to be arranged guide device guided driver projects in the intended use down to which bearing element, the first pivot axis in the intended direction seen spaced down from the horizontal track of the driver is provided and on which bearing element preferably the first and / or the second Stop device are formed.
- the bearing element substantially in the form of a socket or with a sleeve or bushing or tubular housing is formed so that the lever member front and / or rear - above and / or below the pivot axis - when pivoting around the first Swivel axis abuts the inner wall of the bearing element.
- the bearing element which is for a position of the first pivot axis below the Guideway of the driver ensures that the first pivot axis can also within the Driver himself arranged.
- the lever element is inside the driver stored. In this case, then preferably serve to the first lever arm directed inner walls in Mitauergeophuse as first and / or second stop means.
- the second Pivot axis is then preferred but in normal use below the guideway of the carrier slide.
- the first lever arm Seen from the first pivot axis in the intended orientation substantially is directed downward, so that its free end when pivoting in the first Pivoting direction moves in the opening movement direction of the driver.
- the lever arm it does not have to show exactly downwards, it is sufficient if he uses a directional component pointing down. It is preferred, however, if he is essentially down has, so that it is approximately transversely to the direction of movement of door leaf and / or driver extends and thus the largest torque is transmitted.
- the second lever arm is, for example, from the first pivot axis in the intended Orientation upwards, preferably substantially upwards, directed, so that its free end with the engaging means when pivoting in the first Pivoting direction is moved counter to the opening movement direction of the driver until he gets into his engaged position.
- the first and the second lever arm can thereby in one embodiment of the invention, at least in the vicinity of the first pivot axis substantially straight to each other, i. extend at about 180 ° to each other. To this Way, the lever element is easy to produce and acts like a motion reversing lever.
- lever arms are simply designed in one piece with each other in an advantageous embodiment or otherwise for common pivoting in both pivot directions rigid connected with each other. That is, the entire lever element results in a unit that always pivoted together about the first pivot axis.
- first and the second lever arm but also as two be executed separate parts which are coupled together.
- the coupling is preferred via a driver device such that the second lever arm with the first lever arm moved only when pivoting in one of the two pivoting directions. He is preferred biased so that the two lever arms on the Capture driver device. In case of force on the second lever arm contrary
- the detection of the driving device can decoupled from the first lever arm swing away from it. It is preferred if the first and the second lever arm pivot together when moving the driver in the opening direction and at Movement of the driver in the closing direction decoupled from each other, in particular relatively are mutually pivotable.
- the second lever arm at its free end region for forming the engagement device, in particular the hook, angled in the first pivoting direction or curved, wherein in the first pivot direction facing end face of the angled or curved running End rioses a hook nose with an engagement surface for locking detection of the abutment member having.
- this allows the lever element as a straighter curved or as required in angled form - z. B. with substantially right Angle between the lever arms - formed sheet metal strip to be formed on a End to a hook runs. A straight end acts z. B.
- first lever arm in the straight end may be an engagement point for the first pivot axis - for example a bore - are located, for example, a curved other end acts as a hook, which in pivoting of the lever member in the first Hinge pivoting direction on the abutment element.
- first and the second lever arm to each other run at an angle, with a bore or the like in the region of curvature Storage for the first pivot axis is located.
- the second lever arm is then z. B. complete designed as a hook with a hooked nose at the end.
- a straight extension of the second lever arm can be used as a third lever arm to provide a point of attack for the Unlocking be provided.

- the carriage 6 is then possibly further moved so far until it in the in Fig. 1 shown position abuts the limit stop 9, which is the closed state of Door leaf 1 corresponds.
- the door drive 3 then turns off, the lever 13 is accordingly its spring bias in the position shown in Fig. 3, i. in release position transferred.
- Fig. 1 illustrates what happens when in this situation an external force application the door leaf 1 is done. If you try to press the door leaf 1 from the outside, is the connecting rod 12 is subjected to pressure or thrust in its longitudinal direction, as by the arrow 37 is shown. As a result, the lever 13 by the articulation of the sliding rod 12 on the first lever arm 20 in the first pivoting direction 30 about the first Pivot axis 19 pivots until the engagement formation 29 enters the engaged position. Only then does the second lever arm 21 strike the stop device formed by the wall 32 on, the carriage 6 is acted upon in the opening movement direction. However, this happens at most until the detection surface 27 against the boundary edge 28 strikes. Even with greater force application 37 can then the door leaf 1 not be moved in its opening direction.
- the arrangement is such that during the closing process the carriage 6 against the bias of the spring 41 of the lever 13 through the Door drive 3 is moved in the closed position, whereby the lever 13 is preferably in the engaged position arrives.
- the acting as an unlocking spring 41 of the lever 13 is here biased so that when unlocking the carriage 6, the door leaf 1 immediately after the Release can be manually detected and pushed. This is especially important when using an emergency release without a second access to the garage.
- the locking device 111 is a coupling device 110 for coupling the Door leaf 1 assigned to a carriage 106 acting as a driver.
- a coupling device 110 for coupling the Door leaf 1 assigned to a carriage 106 acting as a driver.

- one of the exterior of the door engages Closing room operable component of the pulling device 135, namely a Bowden cable 142 on. Either by train on the Bowden cable 142 or on the rope bell 147, the Entsperrhebelelement 143 can pivot about the pivot axis 145.
- a guided in an arcuate slot pin 149 pulls when pivoting the Unlock lever element 143 the engagement pin from its detection with the toothed belt coupling, whereby upon reaching a release position, a decoupling of the carriage 106 of the timing belt 5 takes place.
- the carriage 106 When re-closing, the carriage 106 is opposite to the opening movement direction 170 moves.
- the first lever arm 120 pivots back into the first Pivoting direction 30 in the position shown in Figure 4 and in the stop on the inner wall 132. Now the door leaf 1 can be closed via the carriage 106.
- the second lever arm 121 is due to the spring load of the spring device 144 in its in FIG. 4 pivoted engagement position shown pivoted. As soon as the start shoulder 125 the boundary edge 28 reaches, the lever 121, without moving the connecting rod 112 with must, against the spring load of the compression spring means 144 in the second Pivoting direction 31 pivots until the detection surface 127, the boundary edge 28th happened. There then takes place a further movement of the carriage 106 until the end stop 9 is reached.
- the pulling device 135 by train to the cable bell 147 of inside or on the Bowden cable 142 manually operated from the outside.
- the Bowden cable 142 ends in this case, for example, within an area that is not easily accessible by unauthorized persons outside the room to be closed. He is especially important when the space to be closed is accessible only through the door opening to be closed.
- the unlocking lever element 143 pivots, wherein it is the Carriage 106 of the toothed belt coupling 36 releases, with its attack area 156, the attack surface 154 of the angled end portion 153 of the third lever arm 152 detected and thereby pushing the second lever arm 121 out of its engaged position. Because in this case due to the separate formation of first and second lever arm 120, 121 this two lever arms 120, 121 are decoupled, the engaging device 129 from their Engagement position can be brought without the first lever arm 120 must be moved. Then the door leaf 1 can be pushed or pulled manually.
- the second embodiment of the locking device 111 is characterized in particular by the fact that the second and the third Lever arm 121, 152 forming lever z. B. by a compression spring in his intervention or Locking position is biased.
- This lever also referred to as a pawl can be pivoted on the first pivot axis 119.
- To the first Swivel axis 119 is also a connection device for the door leaf, here in shape the cheeks 162, 163 for connecting the locking rod or connecting rod 112 pivotally mounted to a limited extent.
- the pawl lever 121/152 and the Cheeks 162, 163 or the like pivotable connection device for the connecting rod 112 are relative to the first pivot axis 119 to some extent relative pivoted to each other. This pivoting movement is limited by the driving device 155 - Mit Meetingux -, which in a relative pulling between the connecting rod 112 and the carriage 106, the pawl lever 121, 152 together with the pivoting of the cheeks 162, 163 from the locking or engagement position urges.

- the first pivot axis 119 is in the carriage 106 stored and secured against axial displacement with the pin 151.
- Fig. 4 shows while the position "gate closed".
- the cheeks 162, 163 When driving in the direction of "gate to", the cheeks 162, 163 are supported with their in opening or closing movement direction of the carriage 106 directed cheek surfaces on corresponding Guide slide surfaces - the inner walls 133 or 133 - from.
- the Pawl lever 121, 152 is in the locked position or engagement position. Short in front of the "gate closed” position the locking nose or hook nose 125 of the pawl lever moves 121, 152 on the upstanding edge 28 of the fixed end stop 9 and thereby lifted. When the hook nose 125 has passed the edge 28, it decreases again due to the urging force of the compression spring 144, the locking position or engagement position.
- An emergency release - for example in case of failure of the door drive 3 - can by the Bowden cable 142 from the outside or through the cable bell 147 or the like pull rope of done inside. Both traction means 147, 142 engage on the substantially vertical Axis 145 pivotable unlocking lever element 143 on. At train to one of Traction means 147, 142, the Entsperrhebelelement 143 is rotated about the axis 154. At the Actuating the release lever - release lever element 143 - presses this with his attack area 156 on the oppositely directed attack surface 145 of the pawl lever 121, 152 in the way that the pawl lever 121, 152 from its locked position or intervention is brought. - the unlocking lever element 243 is in turn via a Bowden cable 242 and a Cable bell 247 comprehensive drawbar 235 about a third pivot axis 245th pivotable.
- the difference between the emergency release device 240 or more precisely the unblocking device 241 and the emergency release device 140 of the second embodiment or the unlocking device 141 of the second embodiment can be seen at a direct accurate comparison of Figures 5 and 7. It follows that the arcuate Slot in which the pin 249 and 149 for uncoupling the carriage 106th or 206 is guided by the toothed belt coupling 36, is made longer and that the distance between the engagement region 256 on the unlock lever element 243 and a Attack surface 254 is formed larger than the distance between the third lever arm the engagement region 156 and the engagement surface 154 in the second embodiment.
- the release device 234 will be explained in more detail below with reference to FIG. There is already explained above in the first two embodiments coupling or Engagement pin 275 for coupling the carriage 206 to the toothed belt coupling 36 shown.
- the engagement pin 275 is penetrated by the pin 249 of the release lever element 243.
- a force applied to the gate from the outside acts as Thrust - arrow 37 - on the connecting rod 12.
- the driver 206 is characterized if so far shifted in the opening movement direction 170 until the detection surface 227 reaches the edge 28.
- the detection surface 227 is formed blunt, but there the pushing force 37 urges the lever 213 into its engaged position can not overcome the boundary edge 28 done.
- the blunt bend towards the boundary edge 28 has the advantage that an entanglement of the nose 225 with the boundary edge 28 is excluded even with large closing forces. In addition, the dull bend works minimizes wear.
- first and second lever arms 220, 221 in the third embodiment in Contrary to the second embodiment are integrally formed with each other, can An emergency unlocking done easily and safely. This is in the third embodiment thereby ensuring that first a decoupling of the carriage 206 of the Zahngurt 5 takes place, and - due to the greater distance between the attack area 256 and the attack surface 254 guaranteed - only after complete decoupling of the Slides 206 from the toothed belt pushing out of the lever member 213 from its engagement position he follows.
- the locking device 211 is thus very easy on the emergency release 240th unlockable, the door 2 can be opened manually.
- the locking device 211 has one through the lever 213 formed pawl, which is pivotable about the first pivot axis 219.
- the first pivot axis 219 is mounted in the guide carriage 206 for the door leaf 1 and secured against axial displacement with a cam, not shown. It corresponds Fig. 6 of the "gate-to" position.
- the emergency release takes place through the Bowden cable 242 from the outside or through the rope bell 247 from the inside.
- the unlock lever element 243 is rotatable about the axis 245.
- Slider or engagement pin 275 moves in the direction of arrow 280, and the Carriage 206 is separated from the toothed belt coupling 36 of the toothed belt 5.
- the release lever 243 presses with its attack area 256 on the Surface 254 of the lever 213.
- the lever 213 forming the pawl pivots about the first pivot axis 219 in the second pivoting direction, the nose 225 is raised. The system is unlocked and the door 2 can be opened manually.
- the third embodiment described here is characterized in particular by that the unlocking - d. H. the separation of the carriage from the motor drive unit - and the unlocking - d. H. the separation of the carriage 206 from the fixed end stop 9 - happens in two phases in succession.
- the nose 225 of the pawl forming lever 213 has an obtuse locking angle. This prevents entanglement of the carriage 206 when driving "gate-on" at gates with great closing forces.
