- a fluid dispenser according to the invention comprises three elements essential components, namely a flexible bag 3 (fig. 4) containing fluid, a pump without air intake 5 capped with a push button 51, a shell 1 surrounding the flexible pocket 3, and a fixing ring 4 used to fix the pump on the pocket.
- the particular design of the pump 5 is not essential for the present invention: it is however preferable and even practically necessary that it be of type without air intake (airless) to be able to benefit from the elastic properties of the flexible pocket 3 which allows a reduction in its capacity as the product is distributed, thus preventing the product contained inside from coming into contact with air ambient.
- the internal structure of the pump will therefore not be described.
- the flexible pocket 3 is preferably made from two laminated sheets welded together tightly except at an opening 31 intended for advantageously be fixed by heat sealing either directly on the pump body 5 or on a pocket support 2 as shown in the figures.

- the shell 1 is according to the invention produced in two parts 11 and 12 which once assemblies share a connecting line that extends in a vertical plane when holding the dispenser upright.
- the shell 1 which can be substantially rigid has at its upper end an opening 13 through which the pump 5 is in connection with the flexible bag 3 installed inside the shell 1.
- the connection line of the two parts 11 and 12 of the shell 1 extends through said opening 13 so that each part of shell defines part of the opening 13 as can be seen in Figure 1.
- Au level of the opening 13, each shell part 11, 12 defines a flange part 111, 121 which once assembled constitutes a complete cylindrical collar.
- flange parts 111, 121 protrude upwards from flanges 113, 123 which will be used in combination with complementary flanges 114, 124 to house fixing for support 2 as will be seen below.
- the two shell parts 11, 12 can be made separately for example by plastic molding, and then assemblies.
- the two shell parts 11 and 12 can also be connected by a articulation 10 for example at their edge opposite the opening 13 as we can see it in Figure 1.
- the two shell parts 11 and 12 are molded together in one piece and simply connected by bridges of finer thickness material 10, which act as a hinge. So all of the shell 1 can be molded in a single operation.
- connection line common 14 alignment and centering means 112, 122 in the form of pins 112 which are inserted inside holes 122 made in the other shell part. This ensures a perfectly aligned connection of the two shell parts 11 and 12. Simultaneously, it is ensured that the opening 13 is perfectly formed by the two flanges 111 and 121 of the two shells 11 and 12.
- the flexible pocket 3 can be directly welded to the body of the pump 5.
- a pump body defining a connection sleeve on which the opening 31 of the flexible bag is welded.

- the pocket support 2 which makes it possible to make the connection between the pocket 3 and the pump 5.
- the pocket support 2 is stuck in the opening 13 of the two parts of shells 11 and 12 as can be seen in Figures 1 and 2.
- the support pocket 2 comprises a connection sleeve 21 on which the opening of the pocket 31 is fixed, for example by heat sealing, a socket 22 which projects towards the high and on which the pump 5 rests, and a plate 23 extending horizontally around the sleeve 22 and the sleeve 21 at their junction.
- a passage opening is defined through the sleeve 21, the plate 23 and the sleeve 22 to communicate the opening 31 of the flexible bag 3 and the inlet of the pump 5 as can be seen in Figure 4.
- the plate 23 is used, the long lateral edges of which are housed in the space defined between the two flanges 113 and 114 on the one hand and 123, 124 on the other hand, as can be seen in FIG. 4. Once closed, the two half-shells 11 and 12, which are substantially identical, perfectly maintain the pocket support 2 between they.
- the fixing ring 4 comprises a fixing ring 42 which defines a latching housing between a surface 422 and a snap-on cord 421 which cooperates with the socket 22 advantageously by the interposition of a seal 6.
- the sleeve 22 is provided at its upper end of a bead 221 which projects outwards.
- Cord snap 422 is adapted to be housed below the protruding bead 221 of the socket 22 by crushing the seal 6 between the end of the socket 22 and the bearing surface 422 formed by the fixing ring 42.
- the fixing ring When the fixing ring is separated from the pump 5, the pump body 5 defines a collar which is wedged between the surface 422 and the seal 6. In this way, the pump 5 is securely fixed to the socket 22 of the pocket support 2.
- the fixing ring 4 incorporates a retaining ring 41 which allows the two shell parts 11 and 12 to be locked together without the need to make weld points at their connection line 14.
- This retaining ring 41 engages on the outside of the collar 111, 121 of the two shell parts 11 and 12 which form the opening 13. By thus maintaining these two flange parts 111 and 121, the two half-shells 11 and 12 are perfectly locked.
- the two shell parts once closed, enclose the flexible pocket which is then no longer visible if the shell is made of an opaque material.
- the two parts hull each form a frame or yoke defining inside a large window 115, 125 through which the flexible pocket 3 is visible.
- One or advantageously two shell parts can be formed with such a window.
- the term hull must therefore be here interpreted in a broad sense.
- the shell then only surrounds or frames the flexible pocket.
- the pocket can be taken on its periphery between the two frame parts of the hull.
- the pocket can be maintained at its bottom 33 between the two frame parts.
- the bottom of the pocket is pierced with two holes 34, and the frame parts are formed with a system of nipples 104, 105 intended to pass through the holes 34 so as to hold the poached.
- the latter is only maintained at its bottom 33, the lateral edges 32, although arranged between the frame parts, being free of movement for allow the bag to vary in volume.
- Another feature of this embodiment comes from the technique assembly of the two hull parts. Indeed, while in the other mode of realization, the two shell parts are articulated, they are assembled here by means of male-female snap-in systems 101, 102. Each part of the shell can by example form, at its bottom, opposite the opening 13, an eye 101 and a nipple 102; the nipple of a shell part being adapted to be housed by snap-fastening in the eye of the other hull part, and vice versa.
- the two hull parts can then be perfectly identical, hence an economy in mold tooling.
- Such a system assembly or the like can of course be implemented in the mode of previous realization in place of the joint.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fluid dispenser comprising a flexible bag containing said fluid, a dispensing member such as a pump to take fluid product in the flexible pocket and a shell advantageously rigid in which the flexible pocket is installed. This kind of distributor finds a privileged application in the field of cosmetics for the distribution of creams sensitive, in particular by exposure to the atmosphere. Indeed, the use of a pocket flexible accompanied by a pump without air intake keeps the product fluid out of contact with ambient air and thus avoid any oxidation or deterioration.
There are already in the prior art many distributors of this type using a flexible pocket and a relatively rigid shell. In all these distributors, the pocket flexible is fixed either on the rigid shell, or on the pump directly, or even on a sleeve making the transition between the bag and the pump, the sleeve often being fixed on the rigid shell. In the latter case, where a transition sleeve is used, the sleeve is fixed on the rigid shell by snap-fastening. For this, the rigid shell defines an opening through which the flexible bag connected to the sleeve must be inserted. However, for this operation, it is necessary to fold the flexible pouch still empty in order to to be able to pass it through the opening of the rigid shell. The sleeve can then be snapped onto the opening of the rigid shell. Then just fill the flexible pouch with fluid and mount the pump without return air on the transition sleeve. This constitutes the most classic technique of the prior art.
Un tel distributeur est par exemple décrit dans le document FR-2 081 244.Distributors of this type are already known in the prior art in which the rigid shell consists of two parts, but the connection line of which extends horizontally when the dispenser is held upright. Such a distributor is by example described in document FR-2,081,244.
Document EP-0 447 687 describes a dispenser provided with a shell in two parts connected together by a joint. Passing the connection line through the opening of the shell, we can thus arrange the flexible pocket inside of one of the two hull parts and complete the hull by closing it with the other part. The two shell parts hold a pocket support between them which is welded a pocket. A distribution head incorporating a pump is mounted on the two shell parts using a screw ring. To do this, the two parts of shell together form an opening in the form of an externally threaded neck. The screwing the ring onto this two-part collar has the effect of holding the two parts of shell together. At the same time, the screwing of the ring has the other effect of pressing Hermetically sealed the pump inlet on the pocket support. Therefore, the simple unscrewing the ring releases the two shell parts which can then be opened by pivoting to extract the pocket with its support. It should be noted that the ring is not attached to the pocket holder. This is explained by the fact that this is a rechargeable dispenser in which the bag is intended to be replaced. Fixation of the head on the shell and on the pocket support must therefore not be final. It is why the fastening technique chosen is screwing, which is easily reversible. he the same is true in document US Pat. No. 5,474,212 in which the dispensing head is screwed on the pocket support, the two articulated shell parts not cooperating with the fixing ring so that they can be opened at any time.
These refillable dispensers, which we use for household products, do not offer a great security of first use because it is very easy to extract the flexible bag containing the product.
The object of the present invention is to provide a non-refillable dispenser with flexible pocket, the mounting of the fixing ring is final.
- a flexible pocket containing said fluid product and provided with an opening,
- a dispensing member, such as a pump for withdrawing product contained in the flexible bag through said opening,
- a shell surrounding said pocket and provided with an opening coinciding with that of the flexible pocket, said shell being made in two parts connected to each other along a connection line passing through the opening of said shell so that each shell part forms part of the opening of the shell,
- a pocket support to which the opening of the flexible pocket is fixed, said support being held in position between the two shell parts at the opening of the shell,
- a distribution member fixing ring,
- a fixing crown snapped onto the pocket support, and
- a retaining ring engaged on the opening of the shell to hold the two shell parts together.
By snapping the ring onto the pocket support and simultaneously locking the two parts of the hull together, it is then impossible to open the hull in order to extract the flexible pouch. The distributor is indivisible since it cannot be dismantled. The snap-fastening is a definitive fixing unlike the screwing: they are therefore not equivalent in this application case.
Advantageously, the two shell parts comprise means on the side opposite the opening. Preferably, the means assembly systems include two male-female type latching systems, each shell part forming a male connector and a female connector intended for cooperate respectively with a female connector and a male connector formed by the other part of the hull. Advantageously, the two parts form two half-shells identical.
In addition, to facilitate the assembly of the two shell parts, the parts of shell include alignment means at their connection line and centering to ensure a perfectly aligned connection of the two parts of shell.
According to an original embodiment, at least part of the shell is formed with a window through which the flexible pocket is visible. When the two shell parts are pierced with a window, the shell is in the form of a frame surrounding the flexible pocket.
The invention will now be described more fully with reference to the drawings. joints giving by way of nonlimiting example an embodiment of the present invention.

A fluid dispenser according to the invention comprises three elements
essential components, namely a flexible bag 3 (fig. 4) containing fluid,
a pump without air intake 5 capped with a
The particular design of the pump 5 is not essential for the present
invention: it is however preferable and even practically necessary that it be of
type without air intake (airless) to be able to benefit from the elastic properties of the
The
elles. However, in the examples used to illustrate the present invention, use is made
a
la douille 22 du support de poche 2.Note that it is particularly easy to set up the
In addition, the fixing
le maintien du support de poche 2 dans la coque rigide 1.Thus, using a single piece, which in addition can be made so
monobloc with pump 5, both final fixing of the pump on the
In the first embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 3, the two shell parts, once closed, enclose the flexible pocket which is then no longer visible if the shell is made of an opaque material.
In the second embodiment shown in Figure 6, the two parts
hull each form a frame or yoke defining inside a
The shell then only surrounds or frames the flexible pocket. The pocket can be
taken on its periphery between the two frame parts of the hull. The pocket can be
maintained at its bottom 33 between the two frame parts. To do this, the
bottom of the pocket is pierced with two
Another feature of this embodiment comes from the technique
assembly of the two hull parts. Indeed, while in the other mode of
realization, the two shell parts are articulated, they are assembled here by means
of male-female snap-in
