It is common practice to cut the knife machine wet veneers, that is individual veneer sheets, to be fed to a dryer, the Evaporate water to a predetermined residual moisture and then the Cool, count and stack veneers. Here, the veneers are so Dryer supplied that the grain of the veneers is approximately perpendicular to Transport direction is.

are known from
In the following, a dryer is understood to be a so-called ironing dryer. Here are either two conveyor belts - a carrier belt and a shroud - that are lying directly on top of each other in parallel and between which the veneers be transported through the dryer, at least on a not insignificant Part of the transport route with multiple deflections so that the veneers alternately bent up and down. The redirection can can be achieved in different ways. Or on the upper conveyor belt pressure is applied with rollers.
In der DE 41 09 298 C2 ist eine einem flachen Omega entsprechende Linienführung der Transportbänder beschrieben, bei der bei mindestens einer Vielzahl von Walzen jeweils die zweiten und die vierten Walzen in Richtung zum Trocknereingang von den ersten und dritten entfernt sind, wobei die zweiten und dritten Walzen in einer Ebene oberhalb der Ebene der ersten und vierten Walzen liegen und der Abstand der beiden Ebenen kleiner ist als der Durchmesser einer Walze.DE 41 09 298 C2 is a line design corresponding to a flat omega of the conveyor belts described in the case of at least a plurality of rollers the second and fourth rollers in the direction of the dryer inlet of the first and third are removed, the second and third rollers in one plane lie above the level of the first and fourth rollers and the distance between the two Levels is smaller than the diameter of a roller.
Die DE 42 17 493 A1 beschreibt eine zickzackartige Bandführung, die durch versetzt übereinander liegende Umlenkrollen erzielt wird.DE 42 17 493 A1 describes a zigzag-like tape guide which is offset by deflecting rollers lying one above the other is achieved.
In the dryer described in
The conveyor belts in the cooler are routed similarly to those in the dryer.
Der Ausschuß beträgt hier 10 bis 20 %.The aim of the iron dryer is to get the veneers through while drying and cooling Smoothen smoothing. Compared to dryers and coolers with a straight belt guide Without pressure, most types of wood have a significantly better smoothing reached. But with sensitive types of wood such as Beech, nut and cherry tree can Wrinkles and cracks appear that affect the veneer at least partially to make something useless. The committee here is 10 to 20%.
The inventors set themselves the task, even for wood types that are difficult to dry to develop a process for drying veneers that is flawless Smooth veneers are obtained and the rejects are caused by folds and tears is minimized. Another object is to carry out a drying device to create a method according to the invention.
rechtwinklig. The first object is solved by the features of
Trocknungsvorrichtung. Die Merkmale gewährleisten einen sicheren
Betrieb der Trocknungsvorrichtung.The
The slant is the angle between the grain of the veneer and one Line perpendicular to the direction of transport is placed on the veneer when the veneers are placed Dryer specifically with the intended angle of 20 ° to 60 °, preferably 30 ° to 50 °, brought about.
The speeds of the veneers in the feed direction are in the feed device so differently adjusted right and left that the transfer of the veneers on the conveyor belt, which is the lower conveyor belt of the dryer, in the correct one Inclined. The discharge device makes the inclination through different Speeds that correspond to those in the feeder, largely reversed to facilitate further handling. The operating staff therefore does not have to get used to changing processes or handling.

The upper belt system is divided into two. In the area of the
fluchten. The lower belt system is located below the upper belt system. The
The belt system is divided into two parts. In the front area, the - in the direction of transport
seen - starts below the last third of the
14, 21, 23, 26 verbunden. The
auch die Transportgeschwindigket der Furniere 31.The diameters of the
Getriebemotor 29
und Kettentrieb 30 antreibbar.The
errechnen. In operation, the operating staff lifts a
sein können, durch einzelne Antriebe 34, 36 erreicht ist:Another embodiment of the invention according to
Saugkasten 6 einzeln gelagert. Die Drehachse der Riemenscheiben 33 ist parallel zur
Welle 12.
einen regelbaren Antrieb 36.The
In operation, the speeds of the
The invention also includes all other arrangements and drive options that allow different belt speeds.
Another embodiment of the invention according to
A braking device is off-center in approximately 2/3 of the width of the
In operation, the
Instead of the
Another embodiment of a braking device according to
The
