Claims (15)
- Auswerfereinrichtung (1), insbesondere für einen Kaltumformer, bei welcher ein mit einer rotierenden Auswerferantriebswelle (2) wirkverbundener Auswerferhebel (3) einen Auswerferstößel (4) antreibt, und bei welcher auf der Auswerferantriebswelle (2) eine Kurve (5) vorgesehen ist, entlang welcher ein Nockenfolger (6) läuft, wobei der Nockenfolger (6) über einen Zwischenlenker den Auswerferhebel (3) antreibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenlenker einen Zwischenlenkerwagen (9) umfasst, welcher an dem Nockenfolger (6) entlang einer Lenkerbahn (11) verlagerbar ist.
- Auswerfereinrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenlenker einen Zwischenlenkerhebel (7) umfasst.
- Auswerfereinrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenlenkerhebel (7) an einer verlagerbaren Zwischenlenkerachse (8) gelagert ist.
- Auswerfereinrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenlenkerwagen (9) entlang wenigstens einer Lenkerbahn (10) an dem Auswerferhebel (3) verlagerbar ist.
- Auswerfereinrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenlenkerwagen (9) sowohl entlang einer Lenkerbahn (10) des Auswerferhebels (3) als auch entlang einer Lenkerbahn (11) des Nockenfolgers (6) verlagerbar ist und die Auswerfereinrichtung (1) eine Verstellposition aufweist, in welcher der Abstand zwischen den beiden Lenkerbahnen (10, 11) entlang der Verlagerungsbahn des Zwischenlenkerwagens (9) konstant bleibt.
- Auswerfereinrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine Verstellposition, in welcher ein Zwischenlenkerwagen (9) des Zwischenlenkers verlagert werden kann, ohne dass während der Verlagerung der Auswerferhebel (3) verlagert wird.
- Auswerfereinrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstellposition im vorderen Totpunkt des Auswerferhebels (3) bzw. des Auswerferstößels (4) liegt.
- Auswerfereinrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenlenker einen Zwischenraum zwischen dem Auswerferhebel (3) und dem Nockenfolger (6) überbrückt und entlang dieses Zwischenraums zwischen einer Anfangsposition und einer Endposition verlagerbar ist, wobei eine Auswerferhebelachse (15) an der von dem Zwischenraum abgewandten Seite der Anfangsposition und eine Nockenfolgerachse (16) an der von dem Zwischenraum abgewandten Seite der Endposition angeordnet ist.
- Auswerfereinrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auswerferstößel (4) mit einem verstellbaren Gegenanschlag (12) wechselwirkt, der am Auswerferhebelseitigen Ende des Auswerferstößels (4) mittels Justiermittel justierbar ist, wobei die Justiermittel ein Wälzgetriebe (13, 14) umfassen.
- Auswerfereinrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wälzgetriebe (13, 14) ein Schraubengetriebe antreibt.
- Auswerfereinrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wälzgetriebe einen Antrieb (14) und einen Abtrieb (13) aufweist und der Antrieb (14) wegschwenkbar ausgebildet ist.
- Kaltumformer mit einer, vorzugsweise matrizenseitigen, Auswerfereinrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11.
- Verfahren zum Verstellen der Hubhöhe einer Auswerfereinrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auswerfereinrichtung (1) in einer Verstellposition gebracht und anschließend die Hubhöhe durch Einstellen eines Zwischenlenkers (7) eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstellposition der vordere Totpunkt der Auswerfereinrichtung (1) ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Hubhöhenverstellung eine Zwischenlenkerachse (8) eines Zwischenlenkers (7) verlagert wird.
