Description
- Figur 1 ist eine perspektivische Darstellung zur Erläuterung der verschiedenen Teile des erfindungsgemäßen Kämpferverbinder-Satzes;
- Figur 2 ist eine entsprechende perspektivische Ansicht in der Form einer Explosionsdarstellung;
- Figur 3 zeigt eine weitere entsprechende Explosionsdarstellung aus einem anderen Sichtwinkel;
- Figur 4 ist eine Draufsicht auf die Oberfläche eines Rahmenholms mit auf diesem befestigten Kämpferverbinder;
- Figur 5 ist ein Schnitt entlang der Linie V-V in Figur 4;
- Figur 6 ist eine perspektivische Ansicht auf einen Schnitt durch den Rahmenholm in einer gegenüber der Schnittebene V-V leicht versetzten Ebene.
Claims (9)
- Kämpferverbinder-Satz zum Verbinden eines als Hohlprofil ausgebildeten Kämpfers mit einem Hohlprofil-Rahmenholm eines Fenster- oder Türrahmens. bestehend aus einem Schaftteil (18) mit einem Schaft (24), der in ein Ende des Kämpfers einschiebbar ist, und einem mit dem Schaftteil (18) zu verbindenden, auf einer Oberfläche des Rahmenholms (10) zu befestigenden Fußteil (20, 22) , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei alternativ verwendbare Fußteile (20, 22) vorgesehen sind, deren eines mit Hilfe einer Spannschraube von der Außenseite des Rahmenholms (10) an diesem zu befestigen ist und deren zweites (20) zwei zu gegenüberliegenden Seiten vorspringende, mit Bohrlöchern (34, 36) versehene Flansche (30, 32) zur Befestigung auf der Oberfläche (16) des Rahmenholms mit Hilfe von Schrauben aufweist.
- Kämpferverbinder-Satz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Schaft (24),in dessen Längsachse, ein drehfester und axial verschiebbarer Kern (50) angeordnet ist, der eine koaxiale Gewindebohrung (52) und eine diese kreuzende Ankerbohrung (54) aufweist, die in einer vorgegebenen Position mit einer quer zum Kämpfer verlaufenden, einen Ankerstift (68) aufnehmenden Bohrung fluchtet.
- Kämpferverbinder-Satz nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Schaftteil (18) ein mit der Gewindebohrung (52) des Kerns (50) fluchtender Schraubenkanal vorgesehen ist, der koaxial durch Bohrungen (58, 60) in beiden Fußteilen verlängert wird.
- Kämpferverbinder-Satz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die einem der Fußteile (20, 22) zugewandte Stirnfläche des Schaftteils (18) eine weichelastische, auf allen Seiten über den Umfang des Schaftteils (18) vorspringende Dichtfläche (26) angespritzt ist, in deren umlaufendem Randbereich ein erhabener, an den Fußteil (20. 22) anliegender Dichtwulst (62) vorgesehen ist.
- Kämpferverbinder-Satz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der dem Fußteil zugewandten Stirnfläche des Schaftteils (18) und auf der entsprechenden Oberfläche des Fußteils (20, 22) zusammenwirkende Justierzapfen (64) und Justierbohrungen (66) vorgesehen sind.
- Kämpferverbinder-Satz nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Justierbohrungen (66) von vorspringenden Ringen und die Justierzapfen (64) von vertieften Ringnuten umgeben sind.
- Kämpferverbinder-Satz nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die dem Rahmenholm (10) zugewandte Anlagefläche der Fußteile (20, 22) eine weichelastische Dichtfläche (78) mit im Randbereich umlaufenden erhabenen Dichtwulst (80) angespritzt ist.
- Kämpferverbinder-Satz nach Anspruch 3 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der der Oberfläche des Rahmenholms zugewandten Dichtfläche (78) des Fußteils (20, 22) ein die Bohrung (58) ringförmig umgebender, erhabener Dichtwulst (82) vorgesehen ist.
- Kämpferverbinder-Satz nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem Rand der Fußteile (20, 22) auf der dem Rahmenholm (10) zugewandten Seite eine zurückspringende Nut und - nach außen angrenzend - eine in Richtung des Rahmenholms (10) hakenförmig vorspringende Justierleiste (44) zur Justierung und Festlegung in dem Profil des Rahmenholms vorgesehen sind.
