Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a ladle loop as a connecting link between one a pan arranged pegs and a hanger of a crane according to the Preamble of claim 1.

The object of the invention is to provide a ladle loop that is the same maximum load has significantly less weight than conventional ones Pan loops.
The task is based on the generic term in conjunction with the characterizing features of claim 1 solved. advantageous Further training is part of subclaims.
According to the teaching of the patent, the sleeve, the pin and the tabs are made of one Material quality manufactured and connected to each other in a form and weight optimized form an isotensic closed chain link. Essential approach of redesigned pan loop is the inclusion of sleeve and spigot Load transfer, so that unnecessary tab material can be saved. In the known construction, the cross-sectional design was in the range of Pin just sufficient for the load transfer, but in the area of the sleeve oversized. The proposed ladle loop, on the other hand, is designed that all cross-sectional areas are equally stressed. One designed like this Pan loop can be in one piece, be it as a steel casting or be it as one forgings made in full. In terms of manufacturing costs and in terms of to adapt to different crane hangings and ladle pins welded version is preferred. It is essential that the Carry weld seams with and not only to fix the sleeve and pin in the Serve tabs.
spannungsgleicher Querschnitte.

The pan loop 1 consists of two parallel ones at a distance from one another

Querschnitte entspricht.A second exemplary embodiment is shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, wherein for
