- Dispositif de montage d'une brosse cylindrique de nettoyage du peigne cylindrique d'une peigneuse rectiligne, essentiellement constituée par un peigne fixe (1), par un peigne cylindrique (2), par une brosse cylindrique de nettoyage (3), par un doffer (4), par un peigne détacheur (5), traitant une nappe de fibres entrantes (6), et par un moyen (8) de compensation automatique de l'usure de la brosse cylindrique (3), caractérisé en ce qu'il est pourvu d'un moyen (7) de démontage, de remontage et de fixation rapides de la brosse cylindrique (3) sur son arbre d'entraínement (3') et en ce que l'arbre (3') d'entraínement de la brosse (3) présente une longueur supérieure à celle de ladite brosse (3) et est muni, d'une part, à son extrémité libre, d'un moyen (12) destiné à coopérer avec le moyen (7) de démontage, de remontage et de fixation rapides de la brosse cylindrique (3) et, d'autre part, sur sa partie s'étendant à l'intérieur de la brosse cylindrique (3), d'un moyen (13) de butée et de centrage dudit moyen (7) de démontage, de remontage et de fixation rapides de ladite brosse cylindrique (3).
- Dispositif de montage, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (12), destiné à coopérer avec le moyen (7) de démontage, de remontage et de fixation rapides de la brosse cylindrique (3), se présente sous forme d'une partie d'extrémité cannelée, clavetée ou autre de l'arbre d'entraínement (3'), ladite extrémité étant pourvue, en outre, d'un moyen de blocage axial du moyen (7) sur l'arbre d'entraínement (3'), tel qu'un taraudage destiné à coopérer avec une vis (14) de serrage du moyen (7) sur l'arbre d'entraínement (3').
- Dispositif de montage, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (13) de butée et de centrage du moyen (7) de démontage, de remontage et de fixation rapides de la brosse cylindrique (3) est constitué par un centreur conique solidaire de l'arbre d'entraínement (3') coopérant, en position de service de la brosse cylindrique (3), avec un manchon de positionnement (7') du moyen (7) de démontage, de remontage et de fixation rapides de la brosse cylindrique (3).
- Dispositif de montage, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (7) de démontage, de remontage et de fixation rapides de la brosse cylindrique (3) est constitué, d'une part, par un élément de manoeuvre sous forme d'un volant muni d'un manchon de positionnement (7') s'étendant concentriquement sur un côté dudit volant et dont l'extrémité solidaire du volant est pourvue d'un dispositif de blocage en rotation et de centrage tel que des cannelures coopérant avec celles de la partie d'extrémité cannelée de l'arbre d'entraínement (3'), l'extrémité distale présentant un cône femelle destiné à coopérer avec le centreur conique formant le moyen (13) de butée et de centrage du moyen (7) de démontage, de remontage et de fixation rapides de la brosse cylindrique (3) et, d'autre part, par une butée élastique (15) montée à coulissement contre l'action d'un ressort de rappel (15') sur le manchon de positionnement (7'), sans possibilité de rotation par rapport à ce dernier, et pourvue moyens (15") de connexion rapide destinés à coopérer avec le corps tubulaire de la brosse (3).
- Dispositif de montage, suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le corps tubulaire de la brosse cylindrique (3) est pourvu à ses deux extrémités d'encoches d'entraínement (3"').
- Dispositif de montage, suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de connexion rapide (15") du moyen (7) sont sous forme de moyens de friction coopérant avec le corps tubulaire de la brosse cylindrique (3), tels qu'au moins un jonc élastique, métallique ou en matière synthétique monté dans une rainure circulaire et de dimension supérieure à celle de ladite rainure circulaire, immobilisé en rotation par rapport à la butée élastique (15) et destiné à solidariser par friction la partie intérieure du corps tubulaire de la brosse cylindrique (3) avec la butée élastique (15) du moyen (7).
- Dispositif de montage, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (8) de compensation automatique de l'usure de la brosse cylindrique (3) est essentiellement constitué par au moins un actionneur (19) coopérant avec le support pivotant (16) de l'arbre d'entraínement (3') de la brosse cylindrique (3) pour déplacer cette dernière dans au moins une direction perpendiculaire à son axe et par un dispositif (20) de commande et de contrôle automatique de la position de la brosse cylindrique (3).
- Dispositif de montage, suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'actionneur (19), coopérant avec le support pivotant (16) de l'arbre d'entraínement (3') de la brosse cylindrique (3), est constitué par un moteur électrique (21), conventionnel ou pas-à-pas, réversible et/ou muni d'un réducteur (22) commandé par le dispositif (20) de commande et de contrôle automatique de la position de la brosse cylindrique (3), et par un dispositif mécanique (23) de transformation du mouvement de rotation dudit moteur électrique (21) en mouvement de déplacement de la brosse cylindrique (3).
- Dispositif de montage, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé en ce que l'actionneur (19) est pourvu, en outre, d'une part, d'un dispositif de débrayage ou de désaccouplement entre le moteur électrique (21) et le dispositif mécanique (23) de transformation du mouvement de rotation du moteur électrique (21) en mouvement de déplacement de la brosse cylindrique (3), et, d'autre part, d'une commande manuelle (24) du déplacement de la brosse cylindrique (3) agissant sur le dispositif mécanique (23) de transformation du mouvement de rotation.
- Dispositif de montage, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif mécanique (23) est constitué par un premier élément de transmission tel qu'un pignon, une roue ou une poulie (25) monté sur l'arbre de sortie du moteur électrique (21) et coopérant avec un deuxième élément de transmission tel qu'un pignon, une roue ou une poulie (26), et par une vis (27) d'actionnement en pivotement du support pivotant (16) de l'arbre d'entraínement (3') de la brosse cylindrique (3), assujettie en translation par rapport au bâti (18) par l'intermédiaire d'une butée (28) et coopérant avec un écrou (29) monté à articulation sur ledit support pivotant (16).
- Dispositif de montage, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif mécanique (23) est constitué par une vis sans fin (27) entraínée par un moteur électrique (21) ou un moteur pas-à-pas réversible et engrenant avec un secteur denté (41) articulé sur un axe (42) solidaire du bâti (18), ledit secteur denté (41) entraínant le support pivotant (16) par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif bielle (43)-manivelle (44), d'un dispositif à excentrique ou d'une came.
- Dispositif de montage, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 7, 8, 10 et 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, en outre, un ou plusieurs moyens (30) de maintien en position constitués par des moyens élastiques de blocage, tels qu'un empilement de rondelles élastiques ou un ressort, et par des moyens de déblocage, tels que des vérins pneumatiques ou hydrauliques agissant sur des surfaces de pression correspondantes du bâti (18) de la machine et du support pivotant (16).
- Dispositif de montage, suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (20) de commande et de contrôle automatique de la position de la brosse cylindrique (3) du moyen (8) de compensation automatique de l'usure de la brosse cylindrique (3) comporte un asservissement programmable (32) réglant la périodicité et la valeur du déplacement de ladite brosse cylindrique (3), commandant le blocage en position du support pivotant (16) par l'intermédiaire des moyens (30) de maintien en position et fixant la vitesse de rotation de ladite brosse cylindrique (3), en fonction ou indépendamment de sa position, en commandant son entraínement par un moteur électrique (33) à vitesse variable.
- Dispositif de montage, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 7 et 13, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (8) de compensation automatique de l'usure de la brosse cylindrique (3) est complété par des capteurs de position (34) contrôlant la position de l'arbre d'entraínement (3') de la brosse cylindrique (3) et/ou le diamètre efficace des poils ou touffes de la brosse cylindrique (3) et reliés à l'asservissement programmable (32), qui délivre en conséquence des ordres de réglage du support pivotant (16) et du moteur électrique (33) d'entraínement de l'arbre (3') d'entraínement de la brosse cylindrique (3).
- Dispositif de montage, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (7) de démontage, de remontage et de fixation rapides de la brosse cylindrique (3) est muni, en outre, sur le manchon de positionnement (7') du volant formant l'élément de manoeuvre, d'un palier (35) de montage dans un logement de guidage (36) d'une butée (38) solidaire du bâti (18) de la machine, ce palier (35) étant relié au manchon (7') par l'intermédiaire d'un roulement (37).
- Dispositif de montage, suivant la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le logement de guidage (36) se présente sous forme d'un logement curviligne correspondant à l'amplitude de déplacement de l'arbre d'entraínement (3').
- Dispositif de montage, suivant la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le logement de guidage (36) se présente sous forme d'une plaque de guidage munie d'un évidement curviligne de réception du palier (35) et rapportée sur le bâti (18) de la machine, devant un trou de passage d'une ouverture de surface supérieure à celle du logement curviligne.
- Dispositif de montage, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 7, 13 et 14, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (8) de compensation automatique de l'usure de la brosse cylindrique (3) est pourvu, en outre, d'un dispositif de compensation du réglage et de maintien de l'extrémité de l'arbre porte-brosse, qui consiste en une butée mobile (38) s'appuyant contre le palier (35) du moyen (7) de démontage, de remontage et de fixation rapides de la brosse cylindrique (3) et monté sur un levier (39) articulé à une extrémité sur le bâti (18) de machine et en un moyen (40) d'actionnement et de mise sous charge dudit levier (39), relié à l'autre extrémité de ce levier (39) et s'appuyant sur le bâti (18).
- Dispositif de montage, suivant la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (40) d'actionnement et de mise sous charge du levier (39) fonctionne par arc-boutement et est constitué par un levier (40') articulé à une extrémité sur le bâti (18) de la machine et coopérant à son autre extrémité avec une tringle (40") de longueur variable sous charge reliée à l'extrémité libre du levier (39), le levier (40') du moyen (40) étant pourvu, par ailleurs, d'un moyen d'actionnement (40"'), tel qu'une pédale, un levier ou autre, une butée (45-45') solidaire du bâti (18) limitant la course de basculement du levier (40').
- Dispositif de montage, suivant la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (40) d'actionnement et de mise sous charge du levier (39) est pourvu, en outre, d'un élément amortisseur.
- Dispositif de montage, suivant la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que la tringle (40") de longueur variable sous charge se présente sous forme d'un élément télescopique dont l'une des parties constitutives est un fourreau de guidage de l'extrémité de l'autre partie, qui s'appuie sur l'extrémité correspondante de la première partie par l'intermédiaire d'un ressort de compression en butée contre une bague de retenue ou analogue de ladite deuxième partie.
- Dispositif de montage, suivant la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (40"') d'actionnement du levier (40') du moyen (40) d'actionnement et de mise sous charge du levier (39) est constitué par un vérin agissant sur ledit levier (39) et dont l'enclenchement est assuré par l'intermédiaire d'un bouton de commande.
