Abstract
L'invention vise à améliorer le pouvoir nettoyant des détergents contenant des enzymes, notamment contre les salissures amylacées et colorées. A cet effet, le produit contient une α-amylase issue de Bacillus amyloliquefaciens et un acide percarboxylique et/ou son sel alcalin, outre des substances usuelles compatibles avec des constituants de ce type.
