Description

The invention relates to a buffer device for drives guided in rails according to the Preamble of claim 1.

Foldable or sliding room divider, for dividing rooms, as shown in Fig. 8 (see also WO 96121788) are shown, have at least one sliding door element, most of the time connected by means of hinges to at least one further door element and on one door side rotatably held in an upper running rail and a lower running or guide rail and is led. In Fig. 8, for example, a room opening is shown, which by means of a door 201 and three door elements 2 which are connected to one another and each foldable via three hinges 209, 2 ', 2 "can be locked. Seen from the first door element 2, this is normally the case with folding doors every second door element 2, 2 ", ... hung and guided below. The door elements 2 and 2" are therefore guided at the top in a running rail 4 and at the bottom in a guide groove 208. The door elements 2, 2 ', 2 "can thus be moved folded along the rail 4.

Rails 4 and drives 6 are used, for example, to guide the door elements 2, 2 ', 2 " it is shown in FIG. 9 and from EP 0 733 766 A1 and CH 657 415 A are known. The by means of a bracket 211 and two screws 212, 213 on a wall 206 attached rail 4 points one down open U-profile with foot pieces 402, on the tread 5 the wheels 8 of the drive 6 unroll.

Fig. 1 shows the rail 4 and the carriage 6 in the section A-A entered in Fig. 9. A door element 2 is based on a fitting system consisting of a bracket 3 and a connecting screw 1 exists, connected to the drive 6. The bracket 3 is with four screws connected to the door element 2. The connecting screw 1, which is rotatable in the holder 3 is screwed into a thread 9 provided in the body 7 of the drive 6.

The buffer device 100 is used to stop the drive 6 in a controlled manner when the door element 2 stops to be led. This prevents the door element 2 from striking the frame 202. Often the first door element 2 should be held at the stop or at the frame, so that the others Door elements 2 ', 2 ", ... can be unfolded to close the opening. To hold the Door element 2 or the corresponding drive 6 serves the retaining spring 103, which has been connected to the body 101 of the buffer device 100. If the drive 6 against the Buffer device 100 or the damping element 102 opens, the holding spring 103 on a ramp 29 arranged on the drive body 7 ramped and snaps behind it as soon as the drive 6 hits the damping element 102.

The buffer device 100 shown consists of several parts, as described above, and must thus manufactured in various operations with considerable effort and be put together. The connection between the holding spring 103 and the body 101 is regularly exposed to considerable force, which is why early Signs of wear and a lack of functionality can occur.

The holding element 103 holds the door element 2 at a stop and can only can be set in motion again by the application of force. Depending on the application, can the holding force exerted by the holding spring 103 may be too small or too strong.

Basically, these known devices therefore have a relatively high level Maintenance. Furthermore, the assembly process is not inconsiderable connected. For mounting the buffer device there are bores in the rail 4 to be provided by the screws that are connected to the buffer device become.

The present invention is therefore based on the object of an inexpensive, stable and Easy to install buffer device to create a slidably mounted Cushion the door element in the barrel and hold it in the intended position.

This object is achieved with the measures specified in claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in further claims.

Due to the buffer device according to the invention, which can be easily assembled with little effort drives connected with sliding door elements can be moved in the barrel cushion and hold in such a position that during opening and Closing door elements a flush connection of the first door element with the Frame remains guaranteed. The first can only be achieved by a stronger pulling movement Release the door element from the buffer device and push it away. The buffer device can Made inexpensively from a single metal plate and supplemented by a damping element become. Since the retaining spring is preferably part of the body of the buffer device, results in addition to the reduction in manufacturing costs, a high stability of the device. The Retaining spring can also be separate from the body of the buffer device shaped according to the invention manufactured and then, preferably by riveting or screwing, with this be frictionally connected.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the retaining spring can be selected preload, which allows the force to be set with which the door element 2 stops is held.

Fig. 6 zeigt eine erfindungsgemässe, in die Schiene 4 eingebaute Puffervorrichtung 10, die nachfolgend im Detail beschrieben wird.1 and 6 show the rail 4 and the carriage 6 in the section A-A entered in FIG. 9. A door element 2 is based on a fitting system, which consists of a bracket 3 and a Connection screw 1 is connected to the drive 6. The bracket 3 is by four Screws attached to door element 2. The connecting screw 1, which rotates in the bracket 3 is mounted, is screwed into a thread 9 provided in the body 7 of the drive 6. In 1 shows the buffer device 100 described at the outset. Fig. 6 shows one Buffer device 10 according to the invention, built into the rail 4, the following in detail is described.

Fig. 7 zeigt den aus einem. Fig. 7 shows the one. Stamped sheet metal, not yet bent body 11 of the Buffer device 10. The body 11 consists of a middle piece 20, which on one side with a first wing 14 and on the other side is connected to a second wing 18. The Extension of the middle piece 20 forms a retaining spring after the bending processes have been completed 13, which is preferably narrower than the center piece 20.

At the transition from the retaining spring 13 to the center piece 20 are preferably on both sides rounded zones 21 are provided, which ensure that bending stresses are distributed there, which prevents premature material fatigue at these points.

In the middle piece 20 there are also two for receiving fastening screws 31, 32 (see FIG. 2) serving threaded holes 131 and 132 are provided. In the extension of the middle piece 20 a further threaded bore 130 is provided, which is used to receive an adjusting screw 30 is used by the retaining spring 13 can be biased.

The end piece of the first wing 14 has a front piece 26, which with a for receiving the Damping element 12 provided opening 16 is provided. The first and the second wing 14, 18 also have end pieces 17 and 19, respectively, which follow one another after the bending processes overlap (see Fig. 2-4).

After the body 11 of the buffer device, as shown in FIG. 7, is punched out of a metal sheet the bending process can proceed as follows. First, the retaining spring 13 is under Consideration of the required preload and the shape of the one to be held Drive body 7 (see cam 29) bent. Then the front piece 26, then the at least first wing 14 and then second wing 18 along bending lines 15, 22 and 23 bent approximately vertically downward so that the end pieces 17 and 19 of the two wings 14 and 18 overlap each other (see Fig. 2). Then the adjusting screw 30, the Fastening screws 31, 32 and the damping element 12 inserted.

To stiffen the buffer device 10, those in FIGS. 2 and 3 are preferably additionally used notches 25 shown in the body 11, through which the two wings 14, 18 and Middle piece 20 are mutually stabilized. The notches 25 can e.g. using a wedge are inserted, which is relative to the wing 14 or 18 and the center piece 20 at an angle of 45 ° against the body 11 is performed. The mutual stabilization of the wings 14, 18 and the Middle piece 20 prevents the middle piece 20 from moving when the Fastening screws 31, 32 deflect, which on the one hand changes the setting of the retaining spring 13 change and on the other hand an insufficient attachment of the buffer device 10 in the Rail 4 would result.

Fig. 3 zeigt die Puffervorrichtung 10 von vorn. Ferner ist die zur Einstellung der Haltefeder 13 dienende Einstellschraube 30 gezeigt.3 shows the buffer device 10 from the front. The one for receiving the damping element 12 serving front piece 26 connects the two wings 14 and 18 such that an impact on the Front piece 26 is caught by both wings 14 and 18. Furthermore, the Setting the retaining spring 13 serving adjusting screw 30 shown.

From Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 it can also be seen that the two wings 14 and 18 on the front with recesses 141 and 181 are provided, which allow the buffer device 10 after the Introduction to the rail 4 to tilt from. This may be necessary if the Running rail is fastened with screws, the head height or head shape of which is pushed through Buffer device 10 prevented. When the track is mounted, drives 6 and Buffer device 10 already inserted in the correct order in the running rail. The Recesses 141 and 181 now allow the buffer device 10 to be attached to e.g. by the head of a fastening screw tilted caused and at the corresponding point can be pushed past.

Fig. 4 zeigt die Puffervorrichtung 10 von oben. The ones for stiffening the are clearly recognizable Buffer device 10 serving notches 25. It can also be seen how the front piece 26 against the second wing 18 is bent and this overlaps at the end.

As shown in Fig. 10, it would also be possible to make end pieces 17 * and 19 * of the wings 14, 18 to design and bend against each other so that the damping element 12 pinch. However, the quality of the mounting of the damping element 12 is in this case depends on the precision of the bending processes and not on the quality of a bore 16 which can be provided precisely in the front piece 26.

Out of it It can be seen that the two wings 14, 18 on the foot pieces 402 of the rail 4 and on the Treads 5 rest on the rollers 8. The screws 31 and 32 are against that Rail center piece 400 rotated upwards so far that the buffer device between the Rail center piece 400 and the foot pieces 402 is firmly clamped. Through the notches 25 the middle piece 20 is supported, which is pressed down by the fastening screws 31, 32 becomes.

The drive 6 is on Damping element 12 and is of the retaining spring 13, which on the 7th drive body provided cam 29 is guided, held in the position shown. So that the drive 6 can be released again from the retaining spring 13, a tensile force must be applied, by which the retaining spring 13 is raised again over the cam 29. To adjust the Force with which the drive 6 is held at its stop, the retaining spring 13 can Preload as needed. For this purpose, a threaded bore 130 is in the extension of the middle piece 20 provided that serves to receive an adjusting screw 30, which so far against Rail center piece 400 is rotated until the retaining spring 13 is pressed down far enough becomes.

Of course, the buffer device 10 according to the invention can be of various types Rails and drives can be used to advantage. In a simpler embodiment can the adjusting screw 30 can be dispensed with. Basically, another assembly can also the rail 4 can be selected. For example, could the wings 14 and / or 18 directly with the rail 4th be screwed.

Diese Massnahme ist insbesondere dann sinnvoll, wenn zur Herstellung der Haltefeder 131 ein bestimmter Federstahl gefordert ist, der für die Herstellung des Körpers 11 nicht geeignet ist.11 shows a buffer device 10 according to the invention, the retaining spring 131 of which is non-positive is connected to the body 11 manufactured according to the invention. The connection can, as shown in Fig. 11, by a screw 33, but also by a rivet or other connecting means respectively. This measure is particularly useful when producing the retaining spring 131 a certain spring steel is required, which is not suitable for the production of the body 11 is.
