- la figure 3 est une vue partielle en perspective éclatée d'une première plaque et d'une seconde plaque adjacentes faisant partie de l'échangeur de chaleur de la figure 1.
Claims (7)
- Echangeur de chaleur pour véhicule automobile comprenant une multiplicité de plaques empilées (10 ; 12) munies chacune d'un bord périphérique relevé (16 ; 22) et dans lequel lesdits bords périphériques sont assemblés de manière étanche pour délimiter entre les plaques des premiers canaux d'écoulement (34) pour un premier fluide (F1) qui alternent avec des seconds canaux d'écoulement (36) pour un second fluide (F2),
caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des premières plaques (10) présentant chacune un fond (14) ayant des ondulations (18) définies par des génératrices s'étendant dans une première direction (D1) et des secondes plaques (12) disposées en alternance avec les premières plaques (10) et présentant chacune un fond (20) ayant des ondulations (24) définies par des génératrices s'étendant dans une seconde direction (D2) qui est sensiblement perpendiculaire à la première direction (D1), et en ce que chaque canal (34 ; 36) possède un diamètre hydraulique (Dh) de valeur choisie, définie par la relation Dh = 2.h, où h représente la demi-hauteur du canal, c'est à dire la moitié de l'espacement maximal entre les crêtes respectives (38 ; 40) des ondulations respectives (18 ; 24) d'une première plaque (10) et d'une seconde plaque (12) adjacentes, et en ce que la valeur du diamètre hydraulique Dh est comprise entre 1 et 3 mm. - Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la valeur du diamètre hydraulique Dh est sensiblement égale à 1,8 mm.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les ondulations (18) d'une première plaque (10) et les ondulations (24) d'une seconde plaque (12) sont en contact mutuel localement.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les ondulations (18) des premières plaques (10) et les ondulations (24) des secondes plaques (12) sont de forme sensiblement sinusoïdale.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les premières plaques (10) et les secondes plaques (12) sont formées par emboutissage d'une tôle métallique, de préférence à base d'aluminium.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les bords relevés (16, 22) des premières plaques (10) et des secondes plaques (12) sont assemblés entre eux par brasage.
- Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'un des fluides est l'huile d'un moteur ou l'huile d'une boíte de vitesses automatique d'un véhicule automobile, tandis que l'autre fluide est un fluide de refroidissement.
