Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif d'empaquetage de cigarettes (11) comportant un magasin à cigarettes (13) pour la formation de groupes de cigarettes (15) par expulsion de celles-ci du magasin à cigarettes (13) au moyen de poussoirs (26) et transfert à un transporteur de cigarettes, en particulier à une chaîne à poches (17), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) dans la zone du magasin à cigarettes (13) est placé au moins un organe d'aspiration (32) pour l'aspiration des particules de tabac (19),
    b) l'organe d'aspiration (32) est placé dans une partie arrière du magasin à cigarettes (13), en particulier immédiatement au-dessus du plan de mouvement des poussoirs (26),
    c) les particules de tabac (19) saisies par l'organe d'aspiration (32) sont conduites par des conduites d'aspiration (37, 43) à un séparateur de tabac (45) qui sépare et rassemble les particules de tabac (19).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) l'organe d'aspiration (32) présente une pièce d'aspiration (33) qui est dirigée vers les bouts des cigarettes (11) dans le magasin à cigarettes (13), en particulier vers des bouts-filtres,
    b) la pièce d'aspiration (33) s'étend à travers toute la largeur du magasin à cigarettes (13),
    c) la pièce d'aspiration (33) présente des chambres d'aspiration (34) destinées à recevoir de l'air aspiré contenant les particules de tabac (19),
    d) les chambres d'aspiration (23) sont au moins partiellement ouvertes sur le côté dirigé vers les cigarettes (11).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que deux conduites d'aspiration sont jointes à des extrémités opposées à la pièce d'aspiration (33) ou aux chambres d'aspiration (34) pour l'aspiration d'air contenant les particules de tabac.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que dans la zone du transporteur de cigarettes, en particulier dans la zone de la chaîne à poches (17), au moins un organe d'aspiration (23) est placé dans la zone d'introduction des groupes de cigarettes (15) dans les poches (16) du transporteur de cigarettes.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe d'aspiration (23) présente une boîte d'aspiration (24) qui entoure partiellement le transporteur de cigarettes ou la chaîne à poches (17), en particulier dans la zone d'un côté supérieur et d'un côté longitudinal, une conduite d'aspiration (25) se raccordant à cette boîte d'aspiration (24).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que les particules de tabac (19), descendant par leur propre poids, sont reçues et évacuées par des bandes transporteuses (38, 39), les particules de tabac transportées par les bandes transporteuses (38, 39) étant amenées à un organe d'aspiration pour la suite de leur transport au moyen d'air aspiré.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait qu'au-dessous du transporteur de cigarettes, en particulier au-dessous de la chaîne à poches (17), plus précisément au-dessous d'un brin inférieur (18) de celui-ci, est placée une bande transporteuse (38) qui s'étend dans la direction longitudinale de la chaîne à poches (17) ou du brin inférieur (18), les particules de tabac (19) reçues par cette bande transporteuse (38) étant conduites à un organe collecteur, de préférence à une trémie réceptrice (20).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait qu'au-dessous de la trémie réceptrice (20) est placé un autre organe transporteur des particules de tabac (19), en particulier une courroie collectrice (39) qui conduit les particules de tabac à un organe d'aspiration, en particulier à un tuyau d'aspiration (40) placé dans la zone d'un rouleau de renvoi (41) de la courroie collectrice (39) et entourant partiellement ce rouleau de renvoi (41), de façon telle que les particules de tabac puissent être amenées par la courroie collectrice (39) dans le tuyau d'aspiration (40).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que les conduites d'aspiration (25, 36, 37) peuvent être amenées au séparateur central de tabac (45) et débouchent alors par un raccord (44) dans un tuyau principal (43) qui va au séparateur de tabac (45).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que le séparateur de tabac (45) est placé comme objet du genre armoire à l'extérieur de l'empaqueteuse (10) à distance de celle-ci, le tuyau principal (43) allant de l'empaqueteuse (10) au séparateur de tabac (45).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que le séparateur de tabac (45) présente à l'intérieur d'un coffret (46) une soufflante (47) pour la production d'air aspiré, l'air aspiré mélangé aux particules de tabac (19) étant conduit à un organe séparateur (48) pour la séparation des particules de tabac (19), et l'air débarrassé des particules de tabac (19) étant ensuite conduit à l'extérieur par la soufflante (47).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que l'air aspiré, après séparation des particules de tabac (19) dans la zone de l'organe séparateur (48), traverse des organes épurateurs, en particulier des filtres à air (49).
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que le séparateur de tabac (45) présente dans la zone de l'organe séparateur (48) un dispositif d'enlèvement des particules de tabac (19) rassemblées, en particulier un volet (55) qui est placé à distance du fond.
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que le tuyau principal (43) entre sur un côté supérieur dans le coffret (46) du séparateur de tabac (45) et que l'air, après séparation et éventuellement épuration, sort du coffret (46) par un orifice de sortie (52) situé également en haut.
