Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sliding door according to the preamble of claim 1.
Sliding doors are available in one or two-leaf versions with or without a motorized operating device used in a variety of applications. Serves as a running device in this case, for example, a running rail which is provided above the opening area, and on which the roller fittings of the door leaves run.
Ähnliche Schiebetüren mit geneigten Laufschienen sind in den US-Patenten US 1 576 098 A, US 3 074 124 A, US 3 318 048 A und US 3 805 450 A offenbart.A sliding door is known from the DD 153 162 A, which is on one opposite the horizontal rail is inclined in the closing direction. In this way it is achieved that the Sliding door can be closed automatically. For the motorized opening of such a sliding door however, a relatively complex drive is required. Similar sliding doors with sloping ones Running rails are in US Patents US 1,576,098 A, US 3,074,124 A, US 3,318,048 A. and US 3 805 450 A.
Another disadvantage of the above solutions is that special precautions for Keep the door wing or doors open. The are particularly disadvantageous often very complex additional devices which are used for emergencies, e.g. Power supply failure or malfunction in the hydraulic system, should allow the door to be opened.
From US 1 599 328 A and US 1 820 941 A sliding doors are known, in which the Door leaves are mounted on running rails, the inclination of which is adjustable. Through this inclination adjustment the opening or closing movement of the door leaves can be brought about. A relatively simple structure of such a mechanism can thereby be achieved. Another advantage of these known solutions is that the sliding door is closed or open position remains automatically without the need for a lock. In the US 1 820 941 A also describes a beveled stop, which is used on Start of the opening movement to give the door leaves an initial impulse to to be able to initiate the opening movement safely even if the door leaf follows prolonged standstill to a certain extent.
A disadvantage of the known solutions, however, is that the door leaves at the end of the opening or closing movement impact hard on stops, which is a considerable mechanical load for the various components and perceived by the user as annoying becomes. Another disadvantage of the solution described above is that due to the beveled Although the start of the opening movement can be made easier, a stop similar measure for the start of the closing movement, however, cannot be carried out in this way is. Therefore, if the door leaves after extended use or as a result of wear and tear no longer roll smoothly on the guide rails, there is a risk that the closing movement can no longer be carried out easily.
The object of the present invention is to provide a sliding door of the type described above to further develop that with a simple and robust design, easy opening and closing can be achieved with the least possible effort. In particular, a gentle movement the door wing can be guaranteed, and it should be ensured that also at door leaves that have become stiff both the opening and the closing movement is reliably initiated.
According to the invention, these tasks are solved by a sliding door, which has the features of characterizing part of claim 1. The sliding door according to the invention is its structure is extremely simple and can also be used for difficult applications. Also the solution according to the invention is robust in operation, for example against foreign bodies in the direction of door movement, which cause a malfunction in known sliding doors can. Furthermore, the solution according to the invention enables a particularly simple conversion existing sliding doors for automatic operation.
It is essential to the present invention that the actual movement of the door leaf both in the opening and in the closing direction by gravity. The movement the door leaf is limited by simple stops, so that no complex Control of the actuator is required. The actuator can easily be used as a hand lever, be designed as a hydraulic swivel cylinder, as an electric motor or the like. The feather or Weight-loaded stops fulfill a double in the solution according to the invention Task. On the one hand, the opening and closing movement is gently braked at its end, which reduces the mechanical load on all components, and one for the User pleasant operating behavior is achieved. On the other hand, both at the beginning the opening movement as well as at the beginning of the closing movement initial impulse given so as to ensure that the corresponding movement is reliable is performed.
An additional advantage of the invention is that a particularly quick opening and closing movement can be achieved.
The height of the door leaf naturally changes in a sliding door according to the invention during an opening or closing movement depending on the kinematics of the Running device. This effect can advantageously z. B. can be used so that the Door leaf rests on the floor in the closed position to ensure a seal however, is lifted off the floor during the opening or closing movement reduce the friction as much as possible and thus damage the bottom side Prevent gasket.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment variant, the running device has a running rail. The running track itself can, depending on the desired speed profile Opening or closing movement of the sliding door, be straight or slightly curved. A concave curved track, for example, enables faster acceleration of the door leaf at the beginning of the opening or closing movement. Alternatively to one A rail can also be provided on the running rail, on which the door leaves are guided. The rope can be stretched between two legs that are rigidly attached to one another over the path of the Roll fittings extending bracket are attached. To move the door leaf, the Bracket, and thus the rope firmly attached to it, is adjusted in its inclination, whereby the Movement of the door leaf is caused. However, it is also possible to attach the rope to one Clamp one end fixed to the building and move the other end up or down.

The embodiment variant of FIG. 5 differs from the above two embodiment variants
in that a
In the embodiment variant of FIG. 6, a running
In the embodiment variant of FIG. 4, two running
The present invention enables automatic in a simple and safe manner Operation of a sliding door.
