Claims (2)
- Verfahren beim drehfesten Verbinden mindestens eines auf einer hohlen Welle (1) angeordneten Bauteils (2) mit der Welle (1), bei dem das Bauteil (2) mit Fügespiel auf die Welle (1) aufgefädelt und auf dieser in bestimmter Stellung gehalten wird, worauf mittels eines durch die hohle Welle (1) bewegten Dornes (5) mit größerem Durchmesser als die lichte Weite der Welle (1) diese bis zum Erreichen einer angestrebten Haltekraft für das Bauteil (2) auf der Welle (1) aufgeweitet wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß in mindestens einem Probedurchlauf an mindestens einem Probewerkstück ermittelt wird, wie hoch die Kraft zum Hindurchbewegen des Dornes (5) durch einen mit einem Bauteil (2) bestückten Bereich der Welle (1) mindestens sein muß, um eine anschließend am Probewerkstück überprüfte Haltekraft des Bauteils (2) auf der Welle (1) zu erreichen,daß die ermittelte Kraft und der ihr zugeordnete Bereich entlang der Welle (1) gespeichert wird,daß in folgenden Fertigungdurchläufen jeweils überwacht wird, ob die gespeicherte Kraft in dem ihr zugeordneten Bereich mindestens erreicht wird unddaß ein Fehlersignal abgegeben wird, wenn dies nicht der Fall ist. - Vorrichtung zum drehfesten Verbinden mindestens eines auf einer hohlen Welle (1) sitzenden Bauteils (2) mit der Welle (1), mit einem durch die hohle Welle (1) bewegbaren Dorn (5) mit größerem Durchmesser als deren lichte Weite, durch den die Wellen (1) bis zum Erreichen einer angestrebten Haltekraft für das Bauteil (2) auf der Welle (1) aufweitbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bewegungseinrichtung (6, 9, 11) des Dornes (5) eine Kraftmeßeinrichtung (13) und eine Wegmeßeinrichtung (15, 16) zugeordnet sind, die mit einer Vergleichsvorrichtung (14) verbunden sind, in der das Erreichen vorgegebener Schub- oder Zugkräfte heim Bewegen des Dornes (5) durch die hohle Welle (1) an vorgegebenen Stellen entlang seines Bewegungsweges erfaßbar ist.
