Temperatur des Kühlwassers, der Befüllungsgrad der Behälter für Öl, Kühlwasser,
Bremsflüssigkeit, Verschleißdaten unterschiedlichster Aggregate usw.durch eine
Diagnose erfaßbare.Daten im Fahrzeug enthalten; ggf. können sie auch
Informationen über das Fahrverhalten vor der Panne enthalten, insbesondere
Fahrzeuggeschwindigkeit, Motorumdrehungszahlen, Bremsbetätigung etc. Nach dem
endgerätseitigen Einsammeln der zu sendenden Daten werden diese als Diagnose 11
an die Service-Zentrale 3 übermittelt. Von der Service-Zentrale 3 werden die
Diagnosedaten (welche vom Endgerät 7 an die Service-Zentrale 3 im Schritt 11
übermittelt wurden) im Schritt 12 an die Notrufdienstzentrale 4 übermittelt. Hierdurch
wird eine sehr effiziente Pannenhilfe in der Pannennotrufdienstzentrale 4 ermöglicht.
Insbesondere können bei kleinen Pannen konkrete Anweisungen zu deren Behebung
per Funk direkt oder über die Service-Zentrale 3 an das Engerät 7 im Fahrzeug
übermittelt werden. Auch ist es möglich, einem Pannenfahrzeug die richtigen
Ersatzteile mitzugeben, wenn in der Pannennotrufdienstzentrale 4 aufgrund der
Diagnosedaten und einer evtl. ausgeführten Überarbeitung die Art der Panne,
insbesondere die defekten oder möglicherweise defekten Aggregate im Fahrzeug
