- la figure 1 représente en perspective une buse selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention,
- les figures 2 et 3 sont des coupes selon les lignes respectivement II-II et III-III de la figure 1,
- la figure 4 est une vue en perspective de la pièce conique d'un diffuseur selon l'invention,
- la figure 5 est une vue de dessous de la pièce de la figure 4,
- la figure 6 est une vue en perspective du manchon d'un diffuseur selon l'invention,
- la figure 7 est une vue de dessous du manchon de la figure 6,
- la figure 8 est une coupe longitudinale d'un diffuseur selon l'invention, c'est-à-dire après assemblage des pièces des figures 4 et 6,
- la figure 9 montre une tête de buse comme la figure 1 mais selon une autre forme,
- les figures 10 et 11 sont des coupes selon les lignes respectivement X-X et XI-XI de la figure 9, des diffuseurs étant en outre représentés dans leurs logements,

Claims (10)
- Buse de pulvérisation d'un liquide, comportant une tête (1, 1', 1", 1''') munie d'une arrivée (2) de liquide et d'au moins un orifice formant un logement (3) dans lequel est disposé un diffuseur (4) constitué d'un manchon (5) formant un volume intérieur (7) qui est délimité par un cône circulaire dont le sommet tourné vers l'extérieur est percé pour constituer un orifice (8) de pulvérisation, et dans lequel vient se loger une pièce conique (6) au moins en partie creuse, de forme extérieure conjuguée et pourvue extérieurement d'au moins une rainure hélicoïdale conique (14a-14c) qui s'étend, à partir de la base de ladite pièce conique (6) en communiquant avec l'intérieur de celle-ci, vers son sommet pour former en combinaison avec la paroi intérieure dudit manchon, un canal hélicoïdal conique de circulation du liquide, buse caractérisée en ce que la pièce conique (6) du diffuseur (4) comporte trois rainures hélicoïdales coniques (14a-14c) dont les extrémités à la base de la pièce communiquent directement à l'intérieur de celle-ci par un orifice distinct (15a-15c), lesdites extrémités et donc lesdits orifices étant décalés angulairement deux à deux d'un angle sensiblement de 120°, tandis que les autres extrémités des rainures parviennent au voisinage immédiat du sommet (S) de ladite pièce après un développement sur sensiblement un tour pour former une arrivée commune en regard de l'orifice (8) de pulvérisation du manchon (5).
- Buse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le logement (3) de la buse destiné au diffuseur (4) présente un filetage intérieur destiné à coopérer par vissage avec un filetage extérieur (9) conjugué aménagé sur le manchon (5) du diffuseur (4).
- Buse selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que la pièce conique (6) du diffuseur (4) est pourvue à sa base d'un filetage extérieur (11) destiné à coopérer par vissage avec un filetage intérieur (10) conjugué prévu à la base du manchon (5).
- Buse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la pièce conique (6) du diffuseur (4) n'est pas complètement introduite dans le logement formé par le volume intérieur (7) du manchon (5), créant ainsi un espace entre ladite pièce conique (6) et la paroi intérieure du manchon par lequel les canaux hélicoïdaux peuvent communiquer entre eux.
- Buse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 dont la tête (1, 1', 1 ", 1''') est pourvue de plusieurs logements (3) pour plusieurs diffuseurs (4), caractérisée en ce que, d'une part, les angles au sommet des pièces coniques (6) et des manchons (5) des diffuseurs (4) et, d'autre part, les diamètres des orifices (8) de pulvérisation dépendent des emplacements des diffuseurs sur la tête (1, 1', 1", 1"') de la buse en fonction de l'effet recherché.
- Buse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la tête (1) de la buse présente sensiblement la forme d'une poire, le ou les logements (3) pour les diffuseurs (4) étant ménagés sur sa partie renflée.
- Buse selon l'ensemble des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisée en ce que les diffuseurs (4) présentent des diamètres d'orifices (8) de pulvérisation de plus en plus grands et des angles au sommet de plus en plus petits au fur et à mesure que leurs emplacements se rapprochent de la zone de plus grand diamètre de la tête (1) de la buse.
- Buse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisée en ce que la tête (1') de la buse présente sensiblement une forme en arc de cercle (16), les logements (3) pour les diffuseurs (4) étant disposés en arc de cercle, leurs axes étant sensiblement coplanaires selon un plan passant par l'axe de l'arrivée (2) du liquide.
- Buse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisée en ce que la tête (1") de la buse présente une partie cylindrique coaxiale (17) à l'axe de l'arrivée (2) du liquide, les logements (3) pour les diffuseurs (4) étant ménagés sur cette partie cylindrique, leurs axes étant sensiblement coplanaires selon un plan sensiblement perpendiculaire audit axe de l'arrivée du liquide.
- Buse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisée en ce que la tête (1"') de la buse présente une partie plane (18) sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe de l'arrivée (2) du liquide, les logements (3) pour les diffuseurs (4) étant ménagés en biais en débouchant dans cette partie plane (18).
