Claims (15)
- Längsfalzeinrichtung (1) an einem Falzapparat für Rotationsdruckmaschinen mit einer verschiebbaren Trichterplatte (3), wobei ein Trichterauslaufwalzen (10) aufnehmender Rahmen (8) mit den die Trichterauslaufwalzen (10) aufnehmenden Achsen (9) mit der Längsfalzeinrichtung (1) verfahrbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsen (9) axial zu den Trichterauslaufwalzen (10) bewegbar sind. - Längsfalzeinrichtung (1) an einem Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trichterauslaufwalzen (10) über einen Walzensupport (12) an den Gestellwänden (15) des Falzapparates aufgenommen sind. - Längsfalzeinrichtung (1) an einem Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trichterauslaufwalzen (10) stationär aufgenommen sind. - Längsfalzeinrichtung (1) an einem Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (8) an einem Trichterrahmen (4) aufgenommen ist. - Längsfalzeinrichtung (1) an einem Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsen (9) im Rahmen (8) relativ zueinander verstellbar sind. - Längsfalzeinrichtung (1) an einem Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsen (9) der Trichterauslaufwalzen (10) an ihrem rahmenseitigen Enden in einer Verstelleinrichtung (24) aufgenommen sind. - Längsfalzeinrichtung (1) an einem Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsen (9) der Trichterauslaufwalzen (10) in einer horizontalen Ebene im Rahmen (8) verstellbar sind. - Längsfalzeinrichtung (1) an einem Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsen (9) der Trichterauslaufwalzen (10) in einer vertikalen Ebene im Rahmen (8) verstellbar sind. - Längsfalzeinrichtung (1) an einem Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trichterauslaufwalzen (10) etwa mittig mit einer ringförmigen Ausnehmung (10.3) versehen sind. - Längsfalzeinrichtung (1) an einem Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzensektion (10.1, 10.2) der Trichterauslaufwalzen (10) mit einer Beschichtung versehen sind. - Längsfalzeinrichtung (1) an einem Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (8) an Querträgern (11) gelagert verschiebbar ist. - Längsfalzeinrichtung (1) an einem Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (8) Rollelemente (29) umfaßt, die sich auf Querträgern (11) abstützen. - Längsfalzeinrichtung (1) an einem Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (8) Gleitführungen (13) umfaßt, welche von den Querträgern (11) durchsetzt sind. - Falzapparat für Rotationsdruckmaschinen,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Längsfalzeinrichtung (1) gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche. - Verfahren zur Verstellung einer Längsfalzeinrichtung (1) zum Versehen einer Materialbahn (5) mit einem Längsfalz an einem Falzapparat mit Gestellwänden (15) einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, wobei die Längsfalzeinrichtung (1) einen Trichterauslaufwalzen (10) aufnehmende Achsen (9) umfassenden Rahmen (8) aufweist, durch Verfahren des Rahmens (8) mit den die Trichterauslaufwalzen (10) aufnehmenden Achsen (9) mit der Längsfalzeinrichtung (1),
gekennzeichnet durch Bewegen der Achsen (9) axial zu den Trichterauslaufwalzen (10), wobei die Trichterauslaufwalzen stationär zu den Gestellwänden (15) bleiben und der Abstand (21) der Materialbahn (5) relativ zu den Oberflächen der Trichterauslaufwalzen (10) beibehalten wird.
