Description
Die von dem zweiten Druckzylinder 86 und dem Gummizylinder 22 gebildete Zentrale 98 schließt mit der von dem ersten Druckzylinder 12 und dem Gummizylinder 22 gebildeten Zentralen 97 einen Winkel Alpha, z. B. Alpha = 65,35°, ein.
Der so mit einem ersten Druckbild versehene und vom Greifersystem 14 gehaltene Bogen 102 wird an der Transfertrommel 81 und der Kettenradwelle 87 vorbeitransportiert.
Unterdessen passierte das zweite und dritte Greifersystem 16, 17 des Druckzylinders 12 die Stopptrommel 7 ohne dabei einen Bogen aufzunehmen. Auch das erste Greifersystem 14 mit dem ersten Druckbild versehenen Bogen 102 dreht an der Stopptrommel 7 vorbei und wird nun von der zuvor mittels des Farbwerkes 43 und der Druckfläche 33 des Formzylinders 33 mit einem zweiten Druckbild (beispielsweise in der Druckfarbe "Cyan") versehenen Druckfläche 24 des Gummizylinders 22 mit dem zweiten Druckbild bedruckt.
Das zweite Greifersystem 16 übernimmt nun einen zweiten Bogen 103 von der Stopptrommel 7, der in der gleichen Weise wie der erste Bogen 102 der Stopptrommel 7 zugeführt und ausgerichtet wurde. Auch dieser Bogen 103 wird zuerst von der das Druckbild der Druckfläche 32 des Formzylinders 31 tragenden Druckfläche 23 des Gummizylinders 22 bedruckt. Währenddessen wurde der erste Bogen 102 wieder an der Transfertrommel 81, an der Kettenradwelle 87 und an der Stopptrommel 7 vorbeigefördert, ohne das Greifersystem 14 zu öffnen. Der erste Bogen 102 gelangt nun zum drittenmal zu dem Gummizylinder 22. Von Gummizylinder 22 wird der Bogen 102 nun von der dritten Druckfläche 26 mit den dritten Druckbild bedruckt, das von der beispielsweise mit der Druckfarbe "Magenta" mittels des Farbwerkes 44 eingefärbten Druckfläche 34 des Formzylinders 31 an die Druckfläche 26 des Gummizylinders 22 übertragen wurde. Anschließend wird der nachfolgend zweite Bogen 103 von der zweiten Druckfläche 24 des Gummizylinders mit der Farbe "Cyan" bedruckt.
Der vollständig , mit vier Druckbildern bedruckte versehene erste Bogen 102 wird nach Ende des vierten Druckvorganges auch bei maximaler Formatlänge, z. B. 360 mm, von den Kettengreifersystem 89 im Bereich der Kettenradwelle 87 übernommen. Hierbei öffnet das Greifersystem 14 erstmalig nach der Übernahme des unbedruckten Bogens 102 von dem ersten Greifersystem 11 der Stopptrommel 7, der Bogen 102 wurde somit in einem Greiferschluß mit vier Druckbildern bedruckt.
Das nun leere Greifersystem 14 übernimmt im Anschluß einen vierten Bogen 107 vom Greifersystem 11 der Stopptrommel 7, der wieder mit dem ersten Druckbild von der ersten Druckfläche 23 des Gummizylinders 22 in der Farbe "Schwarz" versehen wird.
Der zweite, inzwischen mit vier Druckbildern versehene Bogen 103 wird an das Kettengreifersystem 88 übergeben und zum Stapel 106 transportiert. Das leere Greifersystem 16 des Druckzylinders 12 übernimmt einen fünften Bogen 108 von der Stopptrommel 7.

Claims (11)
- Bogenoffsetrotationsdruckmaschine für Mehrfarbendruck bestehend aus Formzylinder (31), Gummizylinder (22) und einem mit einer Mehrzahl von gesteuerten Greifersystemen (14; 16; 17) versehenen, zentralen Druckzylinder (12), wobei Formzylinder (31) und Gummizylinder (22) gleiche Durchmesser (d31 bzw. d22) und jeweils mindestens zwei Druckflächen (23; 24; 26; 27 bzw. 32; 33; 34; 36) aufweisen sowie die Anzahl der Greifersysteme (14; 16; 17) des Druckzylinders (12) ungleich der Anzahl der Druckflächen (32, 33; 34; 36) des Formzylinders (31) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Gummizylinder (22) ein zweiter, mit mindestens einem steuerbaren Greifersystem (83) versehener Druckzylinder (86) zugeordnet ist und daß wahlweise der erste oder zweite Druckzylinder (12; 86) mit dem Gummizylinder (22) zusammenwirkbar angeordnet ist.
- Bogenoffsetrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Druckzylinder (86) einem geradzahligen Vielfachen (M) eines Nenndurchmessers (dn) entsprechenden Durchmesser (d86) aufweist und mit einer einer Hälfte dieses Vielfachen (M/2) entsprechenden Anzahl von Greifersystemen (83) versehen ist.
- Bogenoffsetrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Druckzylinder (12) einem ungeradzahligen Vielfachen (N) eines Nenndurchmessers (dn) entsprechenden Durchmesser (d12) aufweist und mit einer diesem ungeradzahligen Vielfachen (N) entsprechenden Anzahl von Greifersystemen (14; 16; 17) versehen ist.
- Bogenoffsetmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer ersten Betriebsart der erste Druckzylinder (12) mit dem Gummizylinder (22) zusammenwirkend angeordnet ist und der zweite Druckzylinder (86) funktionslos ist.
- Bogenoffsetmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer zweiten Betriebsart der erste Druckzylinder (12) als Transferzylinder vorgesehen ist und der zweite Druckzylinder (86) mit dem Gummizylinder (22) zusammenwirkend angeordnet ist.
- Bogenoffsetmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Druckzylinder (14; 86) eine Transfertrommel (81) angeordnet ist.
- Bogenoffsetrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Gummi- und Formzylinder (22; 31) mit einem vierfachen Nenndurchmesser entsprechenden Durchmesser (d22, d31) versehen sind.
- Bogenoffsetrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zweite Druckzylinder (86) mit einem doppelten Nenndurchmesser (dn) entsprechenden Durchmesser (d86) und mit einem einzigen Greifersystem (83) versehen ist.
- Bogenoffsetrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Druckzylinder (12) mit einem dreifachen Nenndurchmesser (dn) entsprechenden Durchmesser (d12) und drei Greifersystemen (14; 16; 17) versehen ist.
- Bogenoffsetrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste und der zweite Druckzylinder (12; 86) wahlweise mit steuerbaren Kettengreifersystemen (88; 89; 91) eines gemeinsamen Kettengreiferauslegers (93) derart zusammenwirkbar angeordnet sind, so daß wahlweise Bogen vom ersten oder zweiten Druckzylinder (12; 86) an die Kettengreifersysteme (88; 89; 91) übergeben werden.
- Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine für Mehrfarbendruck, bestehend aus Formzylinder (31) und einem mit einer Mehrzahl von gesteuerten Greifersystemen (14; 16; 17) versehenen, zentralen Druckzylinder (12), wobei der Formzylinder (31) mindestens zwei Druckflächen (32; 33; 34; 36) aufweist sowie die Anzahl der Greifersysteme (14; 16; 17) des Druckzylinders (12) ungleich der Anzahl der Druckflächen (32, 33; 34; 36) des Formzylinders (31) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Formzylinder (31) ein zweiter, mit mindestens einem steuerbaren Greifersystem (83) versehener Druckzylinder (86) zugeordnet ist und daß wahlweise der erste oder zweite Druckzylinder (12; 86) mit dem Formzylinder (31) zusammenwirkbar angeordnet ist.
