Claims (9)
- Isolierendes Bauteil (9) eines Hochspannungsschaltgerätes, insbesondere zum Einsatz in gasisolierten Anlagen,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Einrichtung zur Begrenzung des Potentials von Oberflächenladungen, die an der Oberfläche des Bauteils (9) wenigstens in einem dielektrisch besonders beanspruchten Bereich (10) scharfkantige Nuten oder Stege mit einer Profiltiefe von wenigstens 100 µm aufweist. - Isolierendes Bauteil nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
wenigstens ein dielektrisch besonders belasteter Bereich (10) der Oberfläche eine Profiltiefe von wenigstens 200 µm aufweist. - Isolierendes Bauteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Nuten oder Stege durch spanende Bearbeitung erzeugt sind. - Isolierendes Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
bei einem rotationssymmetrischen Bauteil (9) die Nuten im wesentlichen konzentrisch zueinander oder in Form einer Spirale angeordnet sind. - Isolierendes Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Nuten oder Stege im Querschnitt rechteckig ausgebildet sind. - Isolierendes Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Nuten oder Stege im Querschnitt sägezahnförmig ausgebildet sind. - Isolierendes Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
es aus PTFE besteht. - Isolierendes Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Bauteil durch den Düsenkörper (9) oder den Kompressionszylinder eines Hochspannungs-Leistungsschalters gebildet ist, an deren Stirnfläche (10) die Nuten oder Stege gebildet sind. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines isolierenden Bauteiles für Hochspannungsgeräte gemäß Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Bauteil (9) nach der Formung wenigstens in einem dielektrisch besonders beanspruchten Bereich seiner Oberfläche (10) durch spanende Bearbeitung mit Nuten versehen oder so bearbeitet wird, daß Stege stehen bleiben.
