Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Falten eines Beipackzettels (18) und zum Einbringen des gefalteten Beipackzettels (18) sowie eines Packgutes (1), insbesondere eines Stapels von Blistern (2), in eine aufgerichtete Faltschachtel (3), mit einem getaktet angetriebenen Förderer (11) mit Gefachen (12) zur Aufnahme des Packguts (1), mit einer Fördereinrichtung (17) zum Heranführen des Beipackzettels (18) in eine senkrechte Bereitschaftsstellung zwischen einem Gefach (12) und der mit einer oberen Wandung (4) und mit einer seitlichen Einschiebeöffnung (10) neben dem Gefach (12) positionierten Faltschachtel (3), und mit einen hin- und hergehend quer zur Bahn des Förderers (11) in Einschubrichtung (13) angetriebenen Schieber (14) zum Hintergreifen und Einschieben des Packguts (1) in die Faltschachtel (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Falten und Einbringen des Beipackzettels (18) in die Faltschachtel (3) eine Transportwalze (20) vorgesehen ist, die etwa tangential sowohl zum Beipackzettel (18) in der Bereitschaftsstellung als auch zur Ebene der Wandung (4) der Faltschachtel (3) angeordnet ist, und daß die Transportwalze (20) mit einer in Einschubrichtung (13) gerichteten Umfangsgeschwindigkeit angetrieben ist, die in etwa der Geschwindigkeit des Schiebers (14) beim Einschieben des Packgutes (1) in die Faltschachtel (3) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß benachbart zu der Transportwalze (20) ein Kuppelorgan (30), insbesondere eine Falzleiste (31) mit Faltkante (34), eine Rolle (36) o. dgl., vorgesehen ist, das in Einschubrichtung (13) relativ zur Transportwalze (20) hin- und hergehend angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falzleiste (31) eine mit dem Umfang der Transportwalze (20) zusammenarbeitende Keilfläche (35) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportwalze (20), das Kuppelorgan (30) und der Schieber (14) in Abstimmung aufeinander so angetrieben sind, daß das Falten und Einbringen des gefalteten Beipackzettels (18) in die Faltschachtel (3) und das Einschieben des Packguts (1) in die Faltschachtel (3) synchron verlaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb des Schiebers (14) ausschließlich für das Einschieben des Packguts (1) in die Faltschachtel (3) und der Antrieb der Transportwalze (20) ausschließlich für das Falten und Einbringen des gefalteten Beipackzettels (18) in die Faltschachtel (3) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umfang der Transportwalze (20) mit einer die Reibung erhöhenden Beschichtung (22) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Zuordnung zueinander zwei angetriebene Transportwalzen (20, 24) und ggfs. zwei Kuppelorgane (30, 32) für das doppelte Falten und Einbringen des doppelt gefalteten Beipackzettels (18) in die Faltschachtel (3) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Transportwalzen (20, 24) mit gleicher in Einschubrichtung (13) gerichteter Umfangsgeschwindigkeit angetrieben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb der zwei Transportwalzen (20, 24) von dem hin- und hergehenden Antrieb des Schiebers (14) abgenommen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, insbesondere bei kurzem Beipackzettel (18), das Kuppelorgan (30), das den längeren Teil des Beipackzettels (18) bearbeitet, gegenüber dem anderen Kuppelorgan (32) voreilend angetrieben ist.
