Claims (6)
- Verriegelbare Vorrichtung, die es ermöglicht, den Zugang zu einem bestimmten Bereich zu verbieten, mit:- einem feststehenden Teil (2, 51), der mit dem Boden verbunden ist, und einem Teil (3, 4, 52), der bezüglich dieses feststehenden Teils (2, 51) beweglich ist zwischen einer den Zugang verbietenden Stellung und einer den Zugang gestattenden Stellung;- Verriegelungsmitteln (6, 22; 71, 51) dieser beiden Teile (2, 3, 4; 51, 52) in einer den Zugang verbietenden Stellung einschliesslich eines Verriegelungselements (22, 75), das beweglich ist zwischen einer Verriegelungsstellung und einer Entriegelungsstellung;- mindestens einem Element (11, 20; 61, 62) zum Betätigen dieser Verriegelungsmittel (6, 22; 71, 75), das durch einen abnehmbaren Schlüssel (13) gesteuert wird, der an dem Element (11, 61), dessen Betätigung er ermöglicht, nicht gehalten wird, sondern an diesem Element (11, 61) durch einfachen axialen Eingriff nur drehfest verkeilt ist; und- einem Element (12, 80), welches das Halten des Schlüssels (13) an diesem Betätigungselement (11, 41) gewährleistet, solange die beiden Teile (2, 3, 4; 51, 52) der Vorrichtung nicht in der den Zugang verbietenden Stellung sind,wobei die Vorrichtung (1, 50) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie aufweist:- Mittel (8, 90), welche es gestatten, vor dem Erreichen der den Zugang gestattenden Stellung das Halteelement (12, 80) des Schlüssels (13) in der aktiven Stellung zu halten, und dann, wenn diese Stellung erreicht ist, das Verriegelungselement (22, 75) bezüglich des Halteelements (12, 80) des Schlüssels (13) zwischen zwei gesonderten Stellungen zu bewegen; und- Mittel (7, 73), welche in selbiger den Zugang gestattenden Stellung mit dem Verriegelungelement (22, 75) zusammenwirken, um in einer der beiden vorgenannten gesonderten Stellungen dieses Verriegelungselements (22, 75) das Verriegeln dieser beiden Teile (2, 3, 4; 51, 52) der Vorrichtung zu gewährleisten, und um in der anderen dieser beiden vorgenannten Stellungen das Entriegeln dieser beiden Teile (2, 3, 4; 51, 52) zu gewährleisten.
- Verriegelbare Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel aufweist, die es gestatten, das Verriegelungselement automatisch in die Stellung zu bringen, welche die Verriegelung gewährleistet, wenn die beiden Teile der Vorrichtung die den Zugang gestattende Stellung erreichen.
- Verriegelbare Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einer Schwenkbarriere (1) besteht, welche aufweist:- eine Platte (12) zum Halten des Betätigungsschlüssels (13), welche in einer vertikalen Ebene zwischen einer inaktiven Stellung und einer aktiven Haltestellung verschwenkt werden kann; und- einer Wand (8), die eine Rampe bildet und sich auf der Bewegungsbahn befindet, welcher die Platte (12) während des Schwenkens des Arms (3) der Barriere (1) folgt, so dass die Platte (12) in der geöffneten Stellung der Barriere (1) mit dieser Wand (8) in Eingriff gelangt und auf ihr gleitet.
- Verriegelbare Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verriegelungselement durch einen vertikalen Finger (22) gebildet ist, der in das eine oder das andere von zwei Löchern (6, 7) eingeführt wird und darin gleiten kann, die gemäss einem Winkel von 90° zueinander in einer oberen Platte (5) angeordnet sind, die durch den feststehenden Pfosten (2) der Barriere (1) getragen wird.
- Verriegelbare Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch eine Markierungssäule (50) gebildet ist, welche zwei teleskopische und rohrförmige Elemente (51, 52) aufweist, von denen eines im Boden eingegraben ist und das andere es ermöglicht, den Zugang zu verbieten oder freizugeben, je nachdem, ob es in der ausgefahrenen Stellung oder in der eingefahrenen Stellung in dem im Boden eingegrabenen Element (51) ist, wobei das im Boden eingegrabene Element (51) eine an seinem Boden befestigte rohrförmige Wand (70) aufweist, während das bewegliche Element (52) eine Platte (80) zum Halten des Schlüssels (13) aufweist, die in einer horizontalen Ebene beweglich ist und mit einem vertikalen Finger (90) versehen ist, wobei dieser Finger (90) sich ausserhalb vom inneren Umfang der kreisförmigen Wand (70) befindet, wenn die Platte (80) in der inaktiven Stellung ist, und sich innerhalb dieses Umfangs befindet, wenn die Platte (80) in der aktiven Stellung ist, wobei dieser Finger (90) in den Hohlraum eingreift, der durch die kreisförmige Wand (70) begrenzt ist, und an der Innenfläche dieser Wand (70) in Anschlag kommt, bevor das bewegliche Element (72) in der vollständig in das Element (51) geschobenen Stellung ist.
- Verriegelbare Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die rohrförmige Wand (70) eine obere Einkerbung (71), einen Längsschlitz (72) und eine untere Einkerbung (73), die miteinander in Verbindung stehen, aufweist, und dass das bewegliche Element (52) ein Rohr (62) aufweist, das in dieser rohrförmigen Wand (70) eingeführt und in ihr gleiten kann, wobei dieses Rohr (62) mit einer radial hervorstehenden Klaue (75) versehen ist, die in die eine oder die andere dieser Einkerbungen (71, 73) und in den Längsschlitz (72) eingeführt werden kann und darin gleiten kann.
