Claims (25)

  1. Zuschnitt zur Ausbildung einer Schachtel zur Verpackung einer Vielzahl von Gegenständen, der eine Reihe von gelenkig miteinander verbundenen oberen, ersten Seiten-, unteren und zweiten Seitenwandflächen (12, 14, 16, 18, 20) zur Ausbildung einer offenendigen Röhre umfaßt, die die Gegenstände aufnehmen kann, wobei die oberen und unteren Wandflächen (18, 20, 12) auf gleiche Weise nicht-rechteckig geformt sind, um im wesentlichen mit der Querschnittsform der Gegenstandsgruppierungen in einer Ebene zu korrelieren, die parallel zu den oberen und unteren Wandflächen (18, 20, 12) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Seitenwandflächen (14, 16) eine Vielzahl von voneinander beabstandeten Faltbereichen (44, 48, 52) umfaßt und angepaßt ist, um so gefaltet zu werden, daß die Bereiche (46, 50) einer jeden Seitenwandfläche (14, 16), die zwischen den Faltbereichen angeordnet sind, in mindestens zwei verschiedenen Ebenen angeordnet werden, um mit der Form der dazugehörigen oberen und/oder unteren Seitenwandflächen (12, 18, 20) übereinzustimmen, und wobei ein Steg (38), der zwei gelenkig miteinander verbundene Stegwandflächen (58, 60) umfaßt, wenigstens einen der Bereiche (46, 50) einer jeden Seitenwandfläche (14, 16) mit den oberen oder unteren Wandflächen (18, 20) verbindet.
  2. Schachtelzuschnitt gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Seitenwandfläche einen krümmbaren Abschnitt umfaßt, um sich an die Form der äußeren Gegenstände anzupassen, wenn sich die Schachtel in einem aufgerichteten Zustand befindet.
  3. Schachtelzuschnitt gemäß Anspruch 1, der zwei Stege (38, 40) umfaßt, die zwischen benachbarten Bereichen der Bereiche (46, 50) der Seitenwandflächen bzw. der oberen oder unteren Wandflächen verbindend wirken, wobei die Stege mit dazugehörigen Endabschnitten der ersten Seitenwandfläche (14) zusammenwirken, um eine Bewegung davon während der Ausbildung der Schachtel zu bewirken.
  4. Schachtelzuschnitt gemäß Anspruch 3, wobei zwei Stege (38a bis 38d) jede Seitenwandfläche mit der oberen Wandfläche (18, 20) verbinden und zwei Stege (40a bis 40d) jede Seitenwandfläche mit der unteren Wandfläche (12) verbinden.
  5. Schachtelzuschnitt gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1, 3 und 4, wobei die Faltbereiche (44, 48, 52) jeweils eine Reihe von gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Abschnitten umfassen.
  6. Schachtelzuschnitt gemäß Anspruch 5, wobei die gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Abschnitte eines jeden Faltbereichs einen krümmbaren Abschnitt umfassen, der in der fertiggestellten Schachtel eine abgerundete Ecke bereitstellt.
  7. Schachtelzuschnitt gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine der Stegwandflächen (38a, 38b) einen Vorsprung (59) umfaßt, der darüber hinausragt, um das Einschlagen des Stegs in die Schachtel während ihrer Ausbildung zu erleichtern.
  8. Schachtelzuschnitt gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine der Stegwandflächen (358a) eine Einrichtung wie z.B. eine Kante (157, 357a) umfaßt, die wirksam ist, an ein Ende der Schachtel anzustoßen, um das Zurückhalten der dazugehörigen Seitenwandfläche in ihrer ausgebildeten Position in der Schachtel zu unterstützen.
  9. Schachtelzuschnitt gemäß Anspruch 8, wobei die Kante (357a) durch einen Streifen (359a) bereitgestellt ist, der von der Stegwandfläche (358a) hervorragt.
  10. Zuschnitt gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Steg eine dazugehörige Öffnung (363a) aufweist, die das Falten des Stegs erleichtert.
  11. Zuschnitt gemäß Anspruch 10, wobei der Steg eine Einrichtung (358a) umfaßt, die die Öffnung (363a) schließt, wenn die Schachtel ausgebildet wird.
  12. Zuschnitt zur Ausbildung einer Schachtel zur Verpackung einer Vielzahl von Gegenständen, der eine Reihe von gelenkig miteinander verbundenen oberen, ersten Seiten-, unteren und zweiten Seitenwandflächen (312, 314, 316, 320) zur Ausbildung einer offenendigen Röhre umfaßt, die die Gegenstände aufnehmen kann, wobei die oberen und unteren Wandflächen (312, 320) auf gleiche Weise nicht-rechteckig geformt sind, um im wesentlichen mit der Querschnittsform der Gegenstandsgruppierung in einer Ebene zu korrelieren, die parallel zu den oberen und unteren Wandflächen (312, 320) ist, wobei jede der Seitenwandflächen (314, 316) eine Vielzahl von Wandflächenabschnitten (346, 350, 385) umfaßt, die ein Paar gegenüberliegender Endwandflächenabschnitte (346, 350) und wenigstens einen mittleren Wandflächenabschnitt (385) einschließen, wobei die Wandflächenabschnitte von jeder Seitenwandfläche faltbar durch Faltbereiche verbunden sind und wobei jede der Seitenwandflächen angepaßt ist, um so gefaltet zu werden, daß die End- und mittleren Wandflächenabschnitte in wenigstens drei verschiedenen Ebenen angeordnet werden, um mit der Form der dazugehörigen oberen und/oder unteren Wandflächen (312, 320) übereinzustimmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Paar von Stegen (340a, 340b), die jeweils zwei gelenkig miteinander verbundene Stegwandflächen umfassen, einen der Wandflächenabschnitte (385) der Seitenwandfläche mit der oberen oder unteren Wandfläche verbindet.
  13. Schachtelzuschnitt gemäß Anspruch 12, wobei der eine Wandflächenabschnitt einen mittleren Wandflächenabschnitt (385) umfaßt, der wiederum einen Bereich umfaßt, der mit der Form der Gegenstandsgruppierung übereinstimmt, wenn er sich in einem aufgerichteten Zustand befindet.
  14. Zuschnitt zur Ausbildung einer Schachtel zur Verpackung einer Vielzahl von Gegenständen, der eine Reihe von gelenkig miteinander verbundenen oberen, ersten Seiten-, unteren und zweiten Seitenwandflächen (12, 14, 16, 18, 20) zur Ausbildung einer offenendigen Röhre umfaßt, die die Gegenstände aufnehmen kann, wobei die oberen und unteren Wandflächen (18, 20, 12) auf gleiche Weise nicht rechteckig geformt sind, um im wesentlichen mit der Querschnittsform der Gegenstandsgruppierung in einer Ebene zu korrelieren, die parallel zu den oberen und unteren Wandflächen (18, 20, 12) ist, wobei jede der Seitenwandflächen (14, 16) eine Vielzahl von Wandflächenabschnitten (42, 46, 50, 54) umfaßt, die ein Paar gegenüberliegender Endwandflächenabschnitte (42, 54) und wenigstens einen mittleren Wandflächenabschnitt (46, 50) einschließen, wobei die Wandflächenabschnitte von jeder Seitenwandfläche faltbar durch Faltbereiche (44, 48, 52) verbunden sind und wobei jede der Seitenwandflächen angepaßt ist, um so gefaltet zu werden, daß die End- und mittleren Wandflächenabschnitte in wenigstens drei verschiedenen Ebenen angeordnet werden, um mit der Form der dazugehörigen oberen und/oder unteren Wandfläche (18, 20, 12) übereinzustimmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Paar von Stegen (38), die jeweils zwei gelenkig miteinander verbundene Stegwandflächen (58, 60) umfassen, einen der Wandflächenabschnitte (46, 50) der Seitenwandfläche (14, 16) mit der oberen oder unteren Wandfläche (18, 20) verbindet.
  15. Schachtelzuschnitt gemäß einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, wobei die Stege (38, 340a, 340b) mit dazugehörigen Endwandflächenabschnitten (42, 54, 346, 350) der Seitenwandflächen zusammenwirken, um eine Bewegung davon während der Ausbildung der Schachtel zu bewirken.
  16. Schachtelzuschnitt gemäß einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, wobei das Paar von Stegen (38a, 38b, 38c, 38d) jede Seitenwandfläche (14, 16) mit der oberen Wandfläche (18, 20) verbindet und ein zweites Paar von Stegen (40a bis 40d) jede Seitenwandfläche (14, 16) mit der unteren Wandfläche (12) verbindet.
  17. Schachtelzuschnitt gemäß einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, wobei die Faltbereiche jeweils wenigstens eine Faltlinie umfassen.
  18. Schachtelzuschnitt gemäß einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, wobei die Faltbereiche (44, 48, 52) jeweils wenigstens drei Biegelinien umfassen.
  19. Schachtelzuschnitt gemäß Anspruch 18, wobei die Faltbereiche (44, 48, 52) krümmbare Abschnitte sind, die in der fertiggestellten Schachtel abgerundete Ecken bereitstellen.
  20. Schachtelzuschnitt gemäß einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 19, wobei eine der Stegwandflächen (38a) einen Vorsprung (59a) umfaßt, der darüber hinausragt, um das Einschlagen des Stegs (38a) in die Schachtel während ihrer Ausbildung zu erleichtern.
  21. Schachtelzuschnitt gemäß einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 20, wobei eine der Stegwandflächen (158, 358) eine Einrichtung (157, 357a) wie z.B. eine Kante umfaßt, die wirksam ist, an ein Ende der Schachtel anzustoßen, um das Zurückhalten der dazugehörigen Seitenwandfläche in ihrer ausgebildeten Position in der Schachtel zu unterstützen.
  22. Schachtelzuschnitt gemäß Anspruch 21, wobei die Kante (357a) durch einen Streifen (359a) bereitgestellt ist, der von der Stegwandfläche (358a) hervorragt.
  23. Zuschnitt gemäß einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 22, wobei der Steg eine dazugehörige Öffnung aufweist, die das Falten des Stegs erleichtert.
  24. Zuschnitt gemäß Anspruch 23, wobei der Steg eine Einrichtung (59a, 362a) umfaßt, die die Öffnung (363a) schließt, wenn die Schachtel ausgebildet wird.
  25. Gegenstandsträger, der aus einem Zuschnitt gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 oder einem Zuschnitt gemäß einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 24 ausgebildet ist.
