Definitions
- the invention relates to a wooden window with a frame and at least one wing with glazing according to the generic term of claim 1, and a wooden window after Preamble of claim 11.
- Such wooden windows have long been in practice known. As a rule, they consist of a profiled Solid wood composite frame, which- in one Wall opening is firmly integrated, and also from profiled solid wood elements composite window sash.
- the glazing is mostly from the inside inserted into the wing and through a glazing bead fixed.
- Such designs are example in DE 4 023 698 A1 and DE 3 420 224 A1.
- DT 25 10 053 A1 discloses a window or door wing with insulating glazing, being a double frame with an inner part made of wood and an outer part made of light metal is used.
- Mounted rung frames are also known in practice, which can be pivoted can be coupled to a conventional casement and such a window make it appear as a rung window. To clean the glazing, the The lattice frame is pivoted away so that the entire glazing area is freely accessible.
- a window system without glazing beads is also known from DE 41 07 441 A1 become, in which a base frame is made with a groove and then with a saw is cut in half.
- a special clamp then fixes the two frame parts at a distance from each other, so that subsequent operations such as e.g. Sanding, dipping, pre-painting or painting on both frame parts can be done simultaneously. This makes cost-intensive and time-consuming operations avoided for the separate production of these frame parts.
- For inserting the Glazing the pressure frame is lifted, for which the clamp is released. With The same brackets can then be inserted after the pressure glazing profile Pressure can be achieved, with a second locking step base and main frame together fixed. This connection can also be done by screwing the frame parts be secured.
- DE 43 19 302 A1 also discloses a window according to that on the outside the frame is provided with a metal cover, which in cooperation with a bulletproof window pane a bulletproof window overall results.
- a wooden panel is also provided over the metal cover, by means of which the appearance of the window can be adapted to the building can.
- a window in wood construction in which the Legs of the frame and / or of the wing are formed at least three layers, where the outer layers consist of a precious wood and in between a softwood layer is arranged.
- the individual layers of the frame and / or the wing are directly bonded and glued together.
- a cladding made of a metal profile be arranged on the outside the frame and / or the wing.
- the glazing is in a known manner by a Inside arranged glazing bead.
- wing panel approved for maintenance work and processed efficiently can be.
- machining the areas of wear for example grinding by appropriate workshop machines and a new one Painting possible by spraying.
- a bar painting system be, which makes the processing very economical is feasible.
- window constructions are already in the prior art known, where a wooden casement outside with a weatherproof component, for example made of aluminum or plastic.
- a weatherproof component for example made of aluminum or plastic.
- Such Construction methods mean a departure from pure wood construction, which has an adverse effect on the indoor climate and affects the appearance of the windows.
- Plastic or aluminum for the reasons mentioned at the beginning not preferable in terms of environmental protection.
- Cladding elements are usually not removable attached to the casement as maintenance measures can be considered as not required.
- the present invention is a purely one Wood built window, which is therefore on a renewable Raw material is based and does not have these disadvantages.
- Another advantage of the wooden window according to the invention is that that it’s more durable than traditional windows because only that Weathered outer panel, but this is interchangeable is. Therefore, a renovation of the entire wooden window required at much greater intervals. The one with it associated effort e.g. for masonry work and cleaning does not occur or only occurs at very large intervals.
- Another advantage of the wooden window according to the invention is that in the choice of wood types for the casement and the wing panel different materials can be selected, e.g. visual effects more colorful Nature allows.
- the frame is a wooden frame body and has a frame cover serving as weather protection, which is made of wood at least in some areas and is detachably coupled to the frame body, is also the frame of the window with provided with a removable and replaceable wear part. This can damage the frame body can be reliably avoided by weather influences, whereby the lifespan of the wooden window increases further. At the same time, the maintenance effort can be significantly reduced become. You can continue through this frame achieve the same advantages in terms of frame, as is the case with the wing panel.
- the wing panel and the frame cover made of a more weatherproof Wood material, e.g. B. teak than the casement and the Frame body is formed.
- a more weatherproof Wood material e.g. B. teak than the casement and the Frame body
- Wood material adapted to requirements are used which does not have to be weatherproof and therefore can be kept relatively inexpensive.
- In the critical Outside areas of the wooden window can be through Choosing a high quality one in terms of weather resistance Wood material can be achieved that maintenance work on these panels only at relatively large intervals required are. In this way, one can provide inexpensive wooden window, which nevertheless has significantly improved weather resistance. Further it is e.g. with wooden houses or outside with Wood-clad houses are also relatively inexpensive Wooden materials for the frame and one on the wooden facade to use adapted material.
- wing panel and the frame panel is designed as a coated wooden element, an additional Weather protection can be achieved.
- coatings find applications.
- a multilayer structure is also conceivable, e.g. a Strip coating system can be used for processing can, thanks to the very uniform and high quality coatings can be produced in a rational manner.
- the lifespan the aperture can be increased further.
- the visual appearance can vary so many times become.
- the wing panel in this way is designed that it as a fixing device for Down the glazing.
- This allows the in the Generally there is no need for a glazing bead on the inside.
- the one at the Glazing bead present gap ensures such conventional Windows ensure that there is increased wood moisture can come on the outside of the window. This can lead to Detach the surface coating.
- the properties of the wooden window in terms of Significantly improve moisture absorption by the invention, because the moisture absorption of the wood by the milled and thus integrally formed wooden strip essential is less.
- the wooden window can be at least one the wooden casement rigidly coupled fixing element have, which as a fixing device for fixing the Glazing serves.
- the wing cover is removed the glazing not only due to the adhesion to the casement, but also held positively on the casement.
- the frame cover is by means of at least one mechanical, non-adhesive seal against the window reveal and the wooden frame body is sealed. This is also a disassembly of the frame cover possible without destroying a component.
- the Mounting the frame cover is also limited to attaching the aperture.
- Swivel connector coupled to the casement or frame body are simple and reliable, however burglar-proof connection of the panels to the frame be achieved.
- Such rotary connectors can be opened Operate the window with simple tools. When the window is closed, however, cannot open the swivel connectors are accessed, making a more reliable Protection is given.
- wing panel and the frame cover at least to the assembled state visible surfaces in a different color than the casement or frame body can be designed. This results in great freedom of design for the facade of a building and the interior.
- the wing panel and the frame cover at least on the mounted Condition of visible surfaces darker in color than that Casement or frame body are designed. Then can both the frequent customer request for light woods in the interior as well as the aspect of effective UV resistance due to a dark design on the outside be worn.
