- the nozzle jet emerging from the additional nozzles 23a, 23b is indicated by arrows 27.
- the nozzle jets emerging from the additional nozzles 23a, 23b are on the in the peripheral surface 41st of the nozzle head 7 integrated guiding device 43 directed, the exiting from the additional nozzle 23a Vertical jet and the jet of the Additional nozzle 23b obliquely from below onto the guide device 43 hit.
- This will make the nozzle head 7 counterclockwise around its longitudinal axis 5 set in rotation as indicated by an arrow. That from the additional nozzles 23a, 23b into the suction space 19 introduced treatment medium, that is the rinse water is - as indicated by arrows 27, 37 - together with that of the jet streams from Conveyor belt 3 detached dirt and / or liquid mist and residual liquid via the suction line 15 carried out.
- the suction line 15 flushed through the treatment medium, so that clogging of the suction line 15 prevents can be. Due to the double function of the additional nozzles 23a, 23b, namely introduction of the treatment medium into the suction line 15 and drive of the nozzle head 7, the structure of the cleaning device 1 simplified and reduced their operating costs will.
- the additional nozzles described with reference to Figures 1 to 4 23, 29, 23a and 23b preferably have a diameter of 1 mm to 5 mm.
- the diameter the one with a high pressure Liquid-loaded cleaning nozzle as well the diameter of the driving nozzles described in FIG. 1 to generate a rotational movement of the nozzle head 7 are preferably smaller than 1 mm. Due to the small diameter of the driving and cleaning nozzles can be used for cleaning the conveyor belt required amount of liquid with the same Cleaning effect can be reduced.
- the cleaning medium Due to the small diameter of the cleaning and The cleaning medium must have propellant nozzles before it is fed to the nozzles via the high pressure pump, be prepared so that the cleaning and Driving nozzles not during the operation of the cleaning device 1 clog and inoperable will.
- "Processing" the addition of for example special binders and / or a Filter the liquid understood.
- the water treatment plant includes a Water supply, a motorized metering pump, a mixing container or a mixing section and a filter, for example one Backwash filter. That through the water supply flowing water volume is measured by a flow meter measured, which controls the dosing pump.
- the water in the water supply via the dosing pump additives supplied, for example biocide, complexing agent and / or a hardness stabilizer to get a to achieve the desired water quality.
- the mixing tank in which the Additives are mixed with the water. That then the water flows through the filter, in which particles out to a defined size filtered out of the water.
- the processed Water is then pumped through the high pressure pump Cleaning nozzle and the drive nozzles fed.
- the additional nozzles have a relatively large Diameter can be complex and expensive treatment of the treatment medium, the is called the rinse water to be dispensed with because the relatively large diameter of the additional nozzles the risk of the additional nozzles becoming blocked, can be practically excluded.
- the treatment medium can be a poorer quality have as the cleaning medium and is therefore cheaper.
- the operating costs of the Cleaning device 1 with a based on the figures 3 and 4 described drive of the nozzle head 7th be further reduced because of the cost of deployment of under a relatively low pressure standing treatment medium are smaller than that for providing the under a high pressure standing cleaning medium. So this will be exclusive used to clean the conveyor belt 2 and not - as with known cleaning devices usual- to act on propellant nozzles to generate a rotational movement.
- the Introducing the treatment medium into the suction chamber or directly into the suction line the suction device clogging or Clogging of the areas of the cleaning device, through the contaminants detached from the conveyor belt be dissipated, practically excluded can be. This can be more advantageous Way the functional safety of the cleaning device 1 can be increased.
