Claims (18)
- Greifzange (10) mit zwei Zangenschenkeln (F, G), die in ihrem unteren Bereich jeweils in einen Griff (12, 13) auslaufen und im oberen Bereich (18) mit je einer abgewinkelten, vorzugsweise gezahnten Greifbacke (14; 15) einstückig sind, mit einem durchgesteckten Gleitgelenk (20) zur Verbindung der Zangenschenkel (F, G) derart, daß sich die Greifbacken (12, 13) in einstellbarem Abstand gegenüberstehen, wobei ein führender Zangenschenkel (F) eine Anzahl von Raststufen (52) sowie in deren Bereich eine Parallelaussparung (44) hat, in der ein geführter Zangenschenkel (G) gleitbeweglich und mittels eines endseitig abgesetzten Bolzens (30) an den Raststufen (52) verrastbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gleitgelenk (20) eine Scheibe (22) aufweist, die in einem Kopfbereich (18) des geführten Zangenschenkels (G) drehbar gelagert ist, ihrerseits den Rastbolzen (30) lagert und mit Führungsflächen (23, 24) an dem führenden Zangenschenkel (F) in der Parallelaussparung (42) entlangbewegbar ist.
- Greifzange nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser (D) der Gelenkscheibe (22) größer ist als die Breite (b) des führenden Zangenschenkels (F).
- Greifzange nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß parallele, von der Gelenkscheibe (22) quer abstehende Führungsflächen (23, 24) an Gleitflächen (50, 54) des führenden Zangenschenkels (F) anliegen.
- Greifzange nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsflächen (23, 24) der Gelenkscheibe (22) den führenden Zangenschenkel (F) aus der Parallelaussparung (42) heraus umgreifen.
- Greifzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der führende Zangenschenkel (F) beiderseits der Parallelaussparung (42) rückseitig mit jeweils fluchtenden Raststufen (52) versehene Gleitflächen (50) hat, an denen Anflachungen (34) von Enden (32) des Rastbolzens (30) kraftschlüssig anliegen.
- Greifzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rastbolzen (30) an den Raststufen (52) in wählbarer Position verrastbar ist, indem die Griffe (12,13) geöffnet werden, der geführte Zangenschenkel (G) entgegen der Greifbacken-Schließrichtung (S) bewegt wird und die Griffe (12, 13) geschlossen werden.
- Greifzange wenigstens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der geführte Zangenschenkel (G) unter Anlage eines Anschlagkörpers (56) an den mit Raststufen (52) versehenen Gleitflächen (50) ohne Verschwenkung der Griffe (12, 13) in Schließrichtung (S) entlangbewegbar ist.
- Greifzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden (32) des Rastbolzens (30) als längsgeteilte Halbzylinder ausgebildet sind.
- Greifzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rastbolzen (30) in der Gelenkscheibe (22) exzentrisch gelagert ist.
- Greifzange wenigstens nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehachse (P) des Rastbolzens (30) in der durch die rückseitigen Gleitflächen (50) des führenden Zangenschenkels (F) definierten Ebene liegt.
- Greifzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rastbolzen (30) federbelastet ist und einen zwischen Winkelanschlägen (47, 48) der Gelenkscheibe (22) begrenzt schwenkbaren, durch den geführten Zangenschenkel (G) erfaßbaren Mitnehmer (40) aufweist.
- Greifzange nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine an oder in der Gelenkscheibe (22) gehaltene Feder (38) den Rastbolzen (30) in Richtung zur Anlage des Mitnehmers (40) an einer unteren Winkelanschlag-Fläche (47) der Gelenkscheibe (22) belastet.
- Greifzange nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Rastbolzen (30) eine Druckfeder (38) angreift, bevorzugt über einen zusammen mit ihr in einer Aussparung (26) der Gelenkscheibe (22) angeordneten Radialhebel (36).
- Greifzange nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mitnehmer ein z.B. stiftförmiges, mit dem Rastbolzen (30) radialverbundenes Druckstück (40) ist und daß zwei Winkelanschläge von Flächen (47, 48) gebildet sind, die eine Ausnehmung (46) an einer Flachstufe (62) der Gelenkscheibe (22) begrenzen.
- Greifzange nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die End-Anflachungen (34) des Rastbolzens (30) in ein unteres Eckteil (35) auslaufen, das den rückseitigen Gleitflächen (50) am führenden Zangenschenkel (F) formähnlich oder formgleich ist.
- Greifzange nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der geführte Zangenschenkel (G) neben der Gelenkscheibe (22) einen Anschlagkörper (56) mit einer dem Mitnehmer (40) zugeordneten Nase, Andruckfläche (60) o.dgl. hat.
- Greifzange nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlagkörper (56) eine bei geschlossenen Griffen (12,13) an den rückseitigen Gleitflächen (50) des führenden Zangenschenkels (F) anliegende Fläche (58) aufweist.
- Greifzange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der geführte Zangenschenkel (G) zur Gelenk-Entlastung beim Öffnen einen Sicherungsanschlag (64) hat, insbesondere auf der Seite der unteren Greifbacke (14) und gegenüber einem Anschlagkörper (56).
