Description
Claims (21)
- Band (100,200) für Türen, Fenster und dergleichen,
mit mindestens einem auf der Vorderfläche (2) des feststehenden Rahmens (10) der Tür, des Fensters oder dergleichen befestigbaren Rahmenbandteil (30,30'),
mit einem am Flügel (20) der Tür, des Fensters oder dergleichen befestigbaren Flügelbandteil (40), das ein Scharnierteil (32) des Rahmenbandteils (30,30') mit einem Scharnierteil (42) übergreift und in dem übergreifenden Bereich durch einen in der Einbaulage vertikalen, die Scharnierteile (32,42) durchgreifenden und die Scharnierachse (A) bildenden Bandbolzen (6,6') mit dem Rahmenbandteil (30,30') schwenkbar verbunden ist
mit einer in einer Ausnehmung (15) eines Scharnierteils (42) untergebrachten Bandbolzenverstellung mit einer Geradführung, an der der Bandbolzen (6,6') zwecks Anpassung der Lage des Flügels in der lichten Rahmenöffnung parallel zu sich seibst in dem Scharnierteil (42) verlagerbar und festlegbar ist,
und mit einem von außerhalb des Scharnierteils (42) betätigbaren Verlagerungsantrieb für den Bandbolzen (6,6'),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verlagerungsantrieb ein gegen Verlagerung in Verstellrichtung (9) in der Ausnehmung (15) festgelegtes, längliches, senkrecht zur Verstellrichtung (9) in der Ausnehmung (15) mittels des Verlagerungsantriebs verlagerbares Führungselement (18) für den Bandbolzen (6, 6') umfaßt,
daß der Verlagerungsantrieb als Antriebselement eine zur Achse (A) des Bandbolzens (6) parallele, an einem der Teile, Führungselement (18) oder Bandbolzen (6, 6'), drehbar, aber in Richtung der Schraubachse (B) unverlagerbar abgestützte, in ein Gewinde des jeweils anderen Teils, Bandbolzen (6, 6') oder Führungselement (18), eingreifende Schraube (50) umfasst,
und daß der Verlagerungsantrieb mindestens ein Paar (S) von die Geradführung bildenden Schrägflächen (s1,s2) umfaßt, von denen jeweils die eine mit dem Bandbolzen (6, 6') und jeweils die andere mit dem Führungselement (18) verbunden ist und die bei einer durch Drehung der Schraube (50) bewirkten Verlagerung des Bandbolzens (6, 6') gegenüber dem Scharnierteil (42) in Richtung der Achse (A) des Bandbolzens (6) aufeinander abgleiten und dadurch gleichzeitig die Verstellung der Bandbolzen (6,6') in der Verstellrichtung (9) und ihre Führung parallel zu sich selbst in der Ausnehmung (15) des Scharnierteils (42) mit einer einen wesentlichen Teil der Höhe des Scharnierteils (42) entsprechenden Führungslänge bewirken. - Band nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verlagerungsantrieb unmittelbar am Bandbolzen (6, 6') angreift.
- Band nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verlagerungsantrieb bei Vorhandensein einer den Bandbolzen (6, 6') aufnehmenden Bandbolzenbuchse (8) an der Bandbolzenbuchse (8) angreift.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schrägflächen (s1,s2) ebene Flächen sind.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schrägflächen (s1,s2) Schraubenflächen sind.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (18) an der Außenseite der Bandbolzenbuchse (8) in einer Ausbuchtung (16) der Ausnehmung (15) parallel zur Scharnierachse (A) und der Achse (C) mittels der Schraube (50) verschiebbar, jedoch in der zur Scharnierachse (A) senkrechten Ebene unverlagerbar angeordnet ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schraube (50) mit ihren Enden (36,39) an radialen Vorsprüngen (38,51) eines der Teile, Führungselement (18) oder Bandbolzenbuchse (8), in Richtung der Schraubachse (B) abgestützt ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (38,51) an der Bandbolzenbuchse (8) vorgesehen sind.
- Band nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der Vorsprünge durch einen am äußeren Ende der Bandbolzenbuchse (8) vorgesehenen Umfangsbund (38) gebildet ist, unter den die Schraube (50) mit dem Rand ihres dortigen Endes (36) greift.
- Band nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umfangsbund (38) im Bereich der Schraube (50) teilweise weggenommen ist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Außenumfang der Bandbolzenbuchse (8) eine die Schraube (50) aufnehmende nur teilzylindrische Ausnehmung (53) vorgesehen ist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (18) eine die Schraube (50) aufnehmende Gewindeausnehmung (52) aufweist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schrägflächenpaar (S; s1,s2) durch die Flanken einer an den einander zugewandten Seiten (19,17) des Führungselements (18) und der Bandbolzenbuchse (8) vorgesehenen Nut- und Federanordnung (26,28) gebildet ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Richtung (27) der Nut- und Federanordnung (26,28) in der Führungsebene (F) mit der der Spur der zur Führungsebene (F) senkrechten Längsmittelebene des Führungselements (18) parallelen Richtung einen Winkel (33) von 50° bis 40° einnimmt.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 13 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (26) der Nut- und Federanordnung (26,28) im Außenumfang der Bandbolzenbuchse (8) und die Feder (28) an dem Führungselement (18) ausgebildet sind.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem dreiteiligen Band (200) mit einem das Scharnierteil (42) des Flügelbandteils (40) untergreifenden Scharnierteil (32) des Rahmenbandteils und einem das Schamierteil (42) des Flügelbandteils (40) übergreifenden Scharnierteil (32') des Rahmenbandteils (30') das übergreifende Scharnierteil (32') einen inneren Kanal (13) aufweist, durch den die Stirnseite (36) der in dem Flügelbandteil (40) sitzenden Schraube (50) mit einem Drehwerkzeug erreichbar ist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Arretierung für die erreichte Verlagerung des Bandbolzens (6, 6') vorgesehen ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretierung in einer von der der Vorderfläche (22) des Flügels (20) zugewandten Rückseite des Flügelbandteils (40) her betätigbare, in das Scharnierteil (42) des Flügelbandteils (40) einschraubbaren Klemmschraube (56, 111) besteht, die sich gegen den Bandbolzen (6, 6') setzt.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandbolzenbuchse (8) in der Ausnehmung (15) des Scharnierteils (42) senkrecht zur Verstellrichtung (9) an ebenen Führungsflächen (15', 15") geführt ist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandbolzenbuchse (8), das Führungselement (18) und/oder die Schraube (50) aus Zinkdruckguß bestehen.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandbolzenbuchse (8), das Führungselement (18) und/oder die Schraube (50) aus Kunststoff bestehen.
