- Gerüststoffkombination aus wenigstens einem Gerüststoff und/oder Komplexbildner und ferner enthaltend wenigstens ein Copolymeres auf Basis von Acrolein und Vinylacetat und/oder dessen Salz, gekennzeichnet durch ein Mengenverhältnis Acrolein zu Vinylacetat von 1 : 1 bis kleiner als 5,7 : 1 und eine mittlere Molekularmasse im Bereich von 3.000 bis 5.000.
- Gerüststoffkombination nach Anspruch 1, enthaltend 1 bis 50 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 2 bis 30 Gew.-% wenigstens eines Copolymeren auf Basis von Acrolein und Vinylacetat und/oder dessen Salz, 50 bis 99 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 70 bis 98 Gew.-% Zeolith und/oder amorphe Silikate und/oder kristalline Schichtsilikate der Formel NaMSixO2x+1 yH2O, wobei M Natrium oder Wasserstoff bedeutet, x eine Zahl von 1,9 bis 4 und y eine Zahl von 0 bis 20 ist.
- Gerüststoffkombination nach Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gerüststoffkombination mit flüssigen bis wachsartigen Komponenten, vorzugsweise nichtionischen Tensiden besprüht wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Gerüststoffkombination nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gerüststoffkombination durch Mischen, Granulieren und/oder durch Sprühtrocknung hergestellt wird.
- Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel, insbesondere Textilreinigungsmittel, enthaltend phosphatfreie Gerüststoffe und Komplexbildner, dadurch gekennzeichet, daß es Gerüststoffe in Mengen von 10 bis 60 Gew.-% enthält und die Gerüststoffe ein Copolymeres auf Basis Acrolein und Vinylacetat und/oder dessen Salz gemäß Anspruch 1 enthalten.
- Wasch- und Reinigungsmittel, insbesondere Textilreinigungsmittel, enthaltend phosphatfreie Gerüststoffe und Komplexbildner, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 0,5 bis 20 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1 bis 15 Gew.-% des Copolymeren auf Basis von Acrolein und Vinylacetat und/oder seiner Salze nach Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, 0 bis 50 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 10 bis 35 Gew.-% Zeolith und 0 bis 40 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 10 bis 30 Gew.-% wenigstens eines amorphen Silikats mit Sekundärwaschvermögen oder eines kristallinen Schichtsilikats enthält, wobei dieses Mittel aber neben dem Copolymeren wenigstens einen weiteren Gerüststoff auf Basis von Zeolith oder Silikat enthält.
- Mittel nach Ansprüchen 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 10 bis 40 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 12 bis 35 Gew.-% anionische und nichtionische Tenside einschließlich Seife enthält.
- Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 1 bis 15 Gew.-% Copolymeres auf Basis von Acrolein und Vinylacetat in Form seiner Alkalisalze enthält.
- Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es keine (co) polymeren Polycarbonsäuren bzw. Polycarboxylate enthält.
- Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es Natriumcarbonat und/oder Kaliumcarbonat in Mengen von 0 bis 20, vorzugsweise 5 bis 15 Gew.-% enthält.
- Mittel nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ein Schüttgewicht zwischen 300 bis 1.200 g/l, vorzugsweise zwischen 500 und 1.100 g/l aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines granularen Wasch- und Reinigungsmittels gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Granulat durch Sprühtrocknung hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines granularen Wasch- und Reinigungsmittels gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Granulat durch ein Granulier- oder Extrudierverfahren hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines granularen Wasch- und Reinigungsmittels gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gerüststoffkombination gemäß Ansprüchen 1 bis 3 in Form eines sprühgetrockneten oder granulierten Compounds als Zumischkomponente zu anderen granularen Bestandteilen von Wasch- und Reinigungsmitteln eingesetzt wird.
