Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufnehmen und Abtransportieren von Stapeln aus übereinander angeordneten Zuschnitten (Zuschnittstapel 10), insbesondere für die Fertigung von Zigarettenpackungen des Typs Klappschachtel, wobei mehrere Zuschnittstapel (10) in Stapelreihen (13) nebeneinander auf einer Unterlage, insbesondere auf einer Palette (12), positioniert und vorzugsweise aus mehreren Stapelreihen (13) gebildete Lagen (16) übereinander angeordnet sind und wobei die Zuschnittstapel (10) einzeln oder in Gruppen durch einen Aufnahmekopf (18) erfaßbar sowie auf einem zu einer Verpackungsmaschine oder dergleichen führenden Abförderer (14) absetzbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekopf (18) einerseits durch ein Teleskoporgan, nämlich Horizontalteleskop (29) in horizontaler Ebene, insbesondere in Förderrichtung des Abförderers (14) und andererseits entlang einer horizontal verlaufenden Traverse (24) quer zur Förderrichtung des Abförderers (14) hin- und herbewegbar sowie außerdem auf- und abbewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekopf (18) an einem Traggestell (19) angeordnet ist, welches aus zwei durch einen Querträger (23) miteinander verbundenen aufrechten Stützen (20, 21) neben der Palette (12) und gegenüberliegend aus einer einzelnen Stütze (22) neben dem Abförderer (14) besteht, wobei die Traverse (24) von der einzelnen Stütze (22) oberhalb des Abförderers (14) und der Palette (12) verläuft und mit dem Querträger (23) der Stützen (20, 21) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekopf (18) mit einem Vertikalteleskop (25) an der Unterseite der Traverse (24) befestigt ist, wobei das Vertikalteleskop (25) vorzugsweise aus einem oberen, feststehenden und an der Quertraverse verfahrbahren Tragprofil (26) und einem unteren, auf- und abbewegbar am Tragprofil (26) angebrachten weiteren Tragprofil (27) zur Anbringung des Aufnahmekopfes (18) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Horizontalteleskop (29) zum Bewegen des Aufnahmekopfes (18) in horizontaler Ebene mit einer Tragvorrichtung, insbesondere Tragplatte (28), an der Unterseite des Vertikalteleskops (25) verbunden ist, insbesondere derart, daß ein Tragorgan für den Aufnahmekopf (18), insbesondere ein langestrecktes Tragprofil (45) nach Art eines Schlittens an der Tragplatte (28) verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekopf (18) am Horizontalteleskop (29) bzw. am Tragprofil (45) desselben verfahrbar ist, insbesondere in Längsrichtung desselben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekopf (18) für die gleichzeitige Aufnahme von mehreren nebeneinanderliegenden Zuschnittstapeln (10) eingerichtet ist, vorzugsweise derart, daß die Zuschnittstapel (10) in der der Relativstellung auf dem Abförderer (14) entsprechenden Formation am Aufnahmekopf (18) angeordnet sind, also insbesondere mit der Längserstreckung quer zur Förderrichtung.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Arbeitsbereich des Auf-nahmekopfes (18) ein Zwischenspeicher (34) zur Aufnahme eines Vorrats an Zuschnittstapeln (10) angeordnet ist, vorzugsweise oberhalb des Abförderers (14) und parallel zu diesem, derart, daß durch den Aufnahmekopf (18) Zuschnittstapel (10) alternativ auf dem Abförderer (14) oder dem Zwischenspeicher (34) absetzbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenspeicher (34) ein Förderorgan zur Aufnahme der Zuschnittstapel (10) aufweist, insbesondere ein in beiden Richtungen antreibbares Förderband.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich eines dem Aufnahmekopf (18) zugeordneten Endes des Abförderers (14) ein Huborgan angeordnet ist zur Aufnahme einer Gruppe von Zuschnittstapeln (10) und zum Fördern derselben zum Zwischenspeicher (34) oder (von diesem) zum Abförderer (14).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Huborgan für die Zuschnittstapel (10) ein Hubförderer (38) ist, der ein Förderorgan zum Fördern der Zuschnittstapel (10) in die eine oder andere Richtung bei der Übernahme oder Abgabe von Zuschnittstapeln aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß benachbart zur Palette (12) ein Sammelbehälter (40) zur Aufnahme von zwischen benachbarten Lagen (16) der Zuschnittstapel (10) angeordneten dünnen Zwischenlagen (17) angeordnet ist, wobei der Sammelbehälter (40) an der Oberseite einen Schlitz (42) zur Einführung der Zwischenlagen (17) durch den Aufnahmekopf (18) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Zuschnittstapel (10) von einer Banderole (11) umgeben ist und daß der Aufnahmekopf (18) Saugorgane (33) aufweist zum Erfassen der Zuschnittstapel (10) an deren Oberseite.
