Claims (7)
- Machine d'usinage par bande abrasive de surfaces internes de pièces de révolution, comprenant des moyens de réception d'une pièce à usiner et de rotation de cette pièce autour de son axe de révolution, des moyens d'appui d'une bande abrasive contre la surface à usiner de la pièce, des moyens d'entraínement de ladite bande abrasive pour la faire passer sur lesdits moyens d'appui, et des moyens de déplacement pour introduire les moyens d'appui dans la pièce à usiner et les retirer de cette dernière, pour appliquer la bande abrasive par les moyens d'appui contre la surface à usiner de la pièce, et pour imprimer aux moyens d'appui un mouvement oscillatoire en translation parallèlement à l'axe de la pièce pendant l'application de la bande abrasive contre la surface à usiner, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens d'appui comprennent un galet (11) monté mobile en rotation autour d'un axe (12) parallèle à l'axe (3) de la pièce (1, 20) sur un support (7) et présentant un diamètre tel qu'il applique la bande abrasive contre la surface (la, 20a) à usiner suivant une zone essentiellement limitée à une génératrice de ladite surface, et deux poulies (13) de guidage de la bande abrasive (18), montées en rotation sur ledit support (7) de part et d'autre dudit galet (11), leurs axes étant parallèles à l'axe du galet, de manière que les poulies se trouvent en retrait par rapport à la surface à usiner et que les joues des poulies assurent le guidage de la bande abrasive et son maintien par rapport au galet parallèlement à l'axe de ce dernier, malgré le mouvement oscillatoire imprimé à ce dernier, et que les moyens d'entraínement de la bande abrasive sont actionnés en continu pendant l'usinage de manière à faire défiler en continu la bande abrasive sur ledit galet et renouveler en continu l'abrasif à l'endroit de l'application de ladite bande par le galet d'appui contre la surface à usiner.
- Machine suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend une bobine de réserve (15) et un bobine réceptrice (15) de bande abrasive montées à distance du galet d'appui (11) et des poulies de guidage (13), et que la machine comprend, entre chacune desdites bobines (15) et chaque poulie de guidage (13), au moins un organe de déviation (10) participant au moins au mouvement d'introduction des moyens d'appui dans la pièce et au mouvement de retrait des moyens d'appui hors de la pièce, ledit organe étant disposé par rapport à la poulie (13) associée de manière à imprimer à la bande un changement de direction de 90°.
- Machine suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que l'organe de déviation est constitué par une tige (10) inclinée à 45° par rapport à l'axe du galet d'appui (11) pour dévier la bande abrasive (18) d'une position perpendiculaire à l'axe de la pièce à usiner à une position parallèle à l'axe de la pièce à usiner.
- Machine suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de déplacement sont conçus de manière que le mouvement d'introduction des moyens d'appui dans la pièce et de retrait hors de la pièce s'effectue parallèlement à l'axe de la pièce.
- Machine suivant la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée par le fait que le galet d'appui (11), les poulies de déviation (13) et les organes de déviation (10) sont montés sur un même support (7).
- Machine suivant la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait que ledit support (7) est mobile parallèlement à l'axe (3) de la pièce à usiner (1, 20) de manière à pouvoir être engagé avec les éléments (10, 11, 13) qu'il porte dans la pièce à usiner.
- Machine suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend, au-dessus de chacune des tiges de déviation (10), une tige de déviation supplémentaire pour renvoyer horizontalemnt la bande abrasive (18) au-dessus de la pièce (1, 20) à usiner vers une bobine (15) à axe vertical (17).
