Description
Claims (4)
- Verfahren zur Absicherung von nicht bzw. mäßig standfesten kohäsionslosen bis leicht kohäsiven geologischen Formationen, insbesondere bei der Herstellung von Tunneln, bei dem zunächst mit einem hohlen Bohrgestänge Bohrungen in die Formation eingebracht und in diese Spieße oder Anker mit Spiel eingesetzt werden, und anschließend eine erhärtbare Masse in die Bohrungen unter gleichzeitigem Entfernen des Bohrgestänges injiziert wird, wobei die Spieße oder Anker in den Bohrungen verbleiben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine erhärtende Masse mit einer Viskosität von 1 500 bis 5 000cP injiziert wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach dem Anspruch 1 mit einem Bohrgestänge (9), das in axialer Richtung einen Kanal aufweist und das an seinem vorderen Ende einen Bohrkopf mit einem axialen Durchbruch (3), der zumindest über einen Teil seiner Länge von der freien Stirnseite des Bohrkopfes (1) her einen unrundem Querschnitt aufweist, wobei zwischen der Innenwand des Bohrgestänges (9) und dem Anker (19) oder Spieß und der Innenwand des Durchbruchs (3) des Bohrkopfes (1), zumindest in Bereichen des Umfanges der Querschnitte ein Spalt verbleibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem axialen Durchbruch (3) des Bohrkopfes (1) ein in Bohrrichtung axial ausstoßbarer, mit einer Schneide (5) versehener Bohrstoppel (4) gehalten ist, der im wesentlichen in dem an der Stirnseite des Bohrkopfes (1) beginnenden Bereich des Durchbruchs (3) gehalten ist und ebenfalls einen unrunden Querschnitt aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bohrstoppel (4) mit mindestens einer Feder (7) durch Reibungsschluß im Bohrkopf (1) gehalten ist, wobei die Feder(n) (7) an der Innenwand des Durchbruchs (3) des Bohrkopfes (1) anliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (7) im wesentlichen V-förmig gebogen ist und eine Querbohrung (6) des Bohrstoppels (4) durchsetzt und mit den freien Enden ihrer beiden Schenkel an der Innenwand des Durchbruchs (3) des Bohrkopfes (1) anliegt.
