Claims (15)
- Verpackung, insbesondere für Nähmaschinennadeln oder dergleichen längliche Gegenstände,mit einem flachen Aufnahmeteil (2), das auf einer Seite Halterungsmittel (6, 7; 6a,7a) für die einzelnen Gegenstände trägt,mit einem flachen Deckelteil (3), das mit dem Aufnahmeteil (2) durch ein Scharnier (4) verbunden ist und das um die Achse (17) des Scharniers (4) unter Ausbildung eines Behälters für von den Halterungsmitteln gehaltene Gegenstände auf das Aufnahmeteil (2) klappbar ausgebildet ist,mit Befestigungsmitteln (21, 22) zur Verankerung des umgeklappten Deckelteils (3) auf dem Aufnahmeteil (2) undmit auf der dem Scharnier (4) gegenüberliegenden Seite angeordneten Verschlußmitteln (13; 13a), die mit dem Deckel- oder dem Aufnahmeteil (3; 2) gelenkig verbunden und zwischen einer eine in den Behälter führenden Entnahmeöffnung freigebenden, geöffneten Stellung und einer die Entnahmeöffnung verschließenden Schließstellung verschwenkbar sind.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterungsmittel Stege (6) oder Vorsprünge (6a) aufweisen, durch die längliche Aufnahmerinnen (7, 7a) oder -taschen für Gegenstände begrenzt sind.
- Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Deckel- und/oder das Aufnahmeteil (3; 2) quer zu der Scharnierachse (17) verlaufende, angeformte Leisten (9) trägt bzw. tragen, durch die bei umgeklapptem Deckelteil (3) der Behälter, zumindest bereichsweise, seitlich verschlossen ist.
- Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Deckelteil (3) und das Aufnahmeteil (2) als Befestigungsmittel miteinander zusammenwirkende Rastmittel (21, 22) aufweisen, durch die das auf das Aufnahmeteil (2) aufgeklappte Deckelteil (3) mit diesem verrastbar ist.
- Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Deckel- und/oder das Aufnahmeteil (3, 2) Haltemittel (29, 30; 31, 32) trägt bzw. tragen und daß bei flachliegend aufeinander gestapelten Verpackungen die Haltemittel benachbarter Verpackungen formschlüssig ineinandergreifend angeordnet sind.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltemittel auf dem Deckel- und/oder dem Aufnahmeteil (3; 2) angeordnete, vorragende Halteelemente (31) und diesen zugeordnete, an dem jeweils anderen Teil ausgebildete entsprechende Vertiefungen (32) aufweisen.
- Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußmittel einzelne Verschlußteile (13; 13a) aufweisen, die eine die Entnahmeöffnung über lediglich einen Teil ihrer Breite freigebende Breite aufweisen und die unabhängig voneinander betätigbar sind.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußteile als Laschen (13, 13a) ausgebildet sind, die einenends gelenkig mit dem Deckel- und/oder dem Aufnahmeteil (3; 2) verbunden und anderenends an dem jeweils anderen Teil (2; 3) verrastbar ausgebildet sind.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laschen (13; 13a) im Querschnitt im wesentlichen L-förmig ausgebildet und mit dem Deckel- und/oder Aufnahmeteil (3, 2) über ein Filmscharnier (15) verbunden sind.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laschen (13, 13a) mit einer Rastkante (20) an dem ihnen gegenüberliegenden Aufnahme- bzw. Deckelteil (2, 3) verrastbar ausgebildet sind.
- Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmeteil (2) im Bereiche seiner die Entnahmeöffnung begrenzenden Stirnseite innen eine angeformte, schräge Rampe (23) aufweist.
- Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihr Aufnahmeteil (2) und das auf diese aufgeklappte Deckelteil (3) mit einer gemeinsamen Folie umhüllt sind.
- Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Aufnahme- und Deckelteil (2, 3) wenigstens ein sich zumindest über einen Teil der Halterungsmittel (6; 6a) erstreckendes, die Längsbeweglichkeit eingelegter Gegenstände begrenzendes Anschlagemittel (24, 24a) angeordnet ist.
- Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einem Kunststoff besteht.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kunststoff einen flüchtigen Korrosionsinhibitor (VCI) enthält.
