- la figure 1 est une vue latérale globale du dispositif de fermeture d'une chaussure, selon un mode de réalisation non limitatif, représenté dans une position de serrage minimum,

Claims (8)
- Dispositif de fermeture d'une chaussure, notamment d'une chaussure de ski, destiné à maintenir rapproché deux pans (2, 2A, 2B, 3) de la chaussure et comprenant d'une part, un levier de manoeuvre (4) porté par une platine (6) reliée solidairement à l'un (3) des pans à rapprocher de l'autre (2, 2A, 2B), et d'autre part, sur l'autre pan (2, 2A, 2B) une crémaillère (8, 8A) comportant des moyens de réglage complémentaires de sa position par rapport au levier (4) permettant d'augmenter sa capacité de serrage, crémaillère (8, 8A) dans l'une des dents (8a, 8b, 8c) de laquelle est susceptible de s'engager un organe d'accrochage (9), lui-même relié au levier de manoeuvre (4) par un tirant inextensible (7), caractérisé en ce que les moyens de réglage de la crémaillère (8, 8A) sont constitués par une zone de réglage (20, 24, 33) comportant une lumière oblongue en forme de boutonnière (10) réalisée sur le pan (2, 2A, 2B) de la chaussure au droit d'une face inférieure de la crémaillère (8, 8A) et délimitée par deux zones d'extrémité circulaires (11, 12) dont le diamètre (D1, D2) est égal à celui (D3) d'un pion de verrouillage (13, 13A) solidaire de la face inférieure de la crémaillère (8, 8A) et traversant ladite boutonnière (10) pour y être retenu axialement, lesdites zones circulaires (11, 12) étant reliées entre elles par une partie droite (14) à bords parallèles (15, 16), écartés l'un de l'autre selon une valeur (B) égale à celle (B') d'une partie méplate (17) du pion (13, 13A) de la crémaillère (8, 8A) qui est orientée dans un sens perpendiculaire (Y-Y') à l'axe longitudinal (X-X') de déplacement de cette dernière (8, 8A), de manière à ce que celle-ci puisse être déplacée selon (F), en vue de son réglage, d'une extrémité (11) à l'autre (12) de la boutonnière (10), après une rotation (R) à 90° par rapport à son axe longitudinal (X-X') pour permettre le libre coulissement de la zone méplate (17) du pion (13, 13A) dans la partie droite (14) de la boutonnière (10) et le verrouillage de ce dernier (13, 13A) d'où celui de la crémaillère (8, 8A) dans l'une ou l'autre des zones circulaires d'extrémité (11, 12), par une rotation de 90° en sens inverse, ramenant la crémaillère (8, 8A) dans une position longitudinale fonctionnelle.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la retenue axiale du pion de verrouillage (13, 13A) et de la crémaillère (8, 8A) sur le pan (2, 2A, 2B) de la chaussure dans la zone de réglage (20, 24, 33) s'effectue par l'intermédiaire d'une zone circulaire élargie (38, 41) dudit pion (13, 13A) prenant appui sous la boutonnière de réglage (10), et dont les dimensions (D3) sont au moins supérieures à celles (D1, D2) des zones circulaires d'extrémité (11, 12) de cette dernière (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le pion (13A) est obtenu solidairement de la crémaillère (8A), et en ce que la zone élargie de retenue axiale du pion (13A) d'où de la crémaillère (8A) est constituée par une rondelle circulaire (41) rapportée sur la base libre (42) du pion (13A), après insertion dans la boutonnière (10), par l'intermédiaire d'une vis (43) se vissant dans un trou fileté axial (44) de celui-ci.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le pion (13) à méplats (17) est obtenu distinctement de la crémaillère (8), et forme à sa base une collerette (38) constituant la zone d'appui élargie, la liaison d'un tel pion (13) sur la crémaillère (8), de manière coulissante, s'effectuant par l'intermédiaire d'un axe perpendiculaire (39) issu de la face inférieure de la crémaillère (8) qui traverse un alésage axial (40) du pion (13) pour en être rendu solidaire.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la zone de réglage sur laquelle est réalisée la boutonnière (10) est constituée par une plaque support rigide (20) relativement plane sur laquelle est préalablement fixée la crémaillère (8) de manière coulissante, et qui est rapportée sur le pan (2) de la chaussure par l'intermédiaire de deux rivets de fixation (21, 22) à ses extrémités, ledit pan (2) de la chaussure étant lui-même muni d'une ouverture (23) le traversant sur toute son épaisseur et apte à permettre le libre débattement du pion (13) de la crémaillère (8) lors d'un réglage ultérieur.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la zone de réglage sur laquelle est réalisée la boutonnière (10) est constituée par une plaque support rigide (24) en forme d'oméga dont une partie centrale de profil en U renversé est destinée à se loger dans une ouverture transversale (25) du pan (2A) de la chaussure, une partie relativement plane supérieure (26) constituant la branche horizontale du U comporte la boutonnière (10) dans laquelle est préalablement fixée de manière coulissante la crémaillère (8, 8A), et effleure la surface extérieure du pan (2A) de la chaussure, alors que les branches latérales (27, 28) de l'oméga s'étendant dans des directions opposées, se logent dans des évidements (29, 30) réalisés sur la surface interne du pan (2A) de la chaussure et reçoivent deux rivets de fixation (31, 32) le traversant de part en part.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la zone de réglage sur laquelle est réalisée la boutonnière (10) est constituée par une plaque support rigide (33) relativement plane sur laquelle est préalablement fixée la crémaillère (8, 8A) de manière coulissante, et qui est rapportée dans un logement (34) de forme et d'épaisseur correspondantes réalisé sur la surface extérieure du pan (2B) de la chaussure pour y être fixé par l'intermédiaire de deux rivets (35, 36) à ses extrémités, ledit pan (2B) comportant au droit de la boutonnière (10) un logement borgne (37) de dimensions aptes à permettre le libre débattement du pion (13) porté par la crémaillère (8, 8A) lors d'un réglage ultérieur de celle-ci.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la zone de réglage sur laquelle est réalisée la boutonnière (10) est constituée par un surmoulage d'une matière plastique relativement rigide effectuée sur le pan (2) concerné de la chaussure.
