Description
Claims (23)
- Angetriebenes Laufwerk, insbesondere Drehgestell, für Schienenfahrzeuge mit Einzelradlaufwerken (70), die jeweils eine Radeinheit (90) aus einem Rad (94), Achsstummeln (96) und Achslager aufnehmen, einer Spurwechseleinrichtung zum Ändern der Spurweite des Laufwerks und einer Antriebseinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Radeinheit (90) in dem zugehörigen Einzelradlaufwerk (70) axial verschiebbar ist, daß zumindest ein Rad über einen seiner Achsstummel (96) direkt von der als Radnabenantrieb ausgebildeten Antriebseinrichtung angetrieben wird, und daß der Achsstummel (96) am Radnabenantrieb relativ zu diesem axial verschiebbar ist, wobei die axiale Verschiebung des Achsstummels (96) der Radeinheit (90) beim Spurwechsel durch den Radnabenantrieb aufgenommen wird.
- Angetriebenes Laufwerk, insbesondere Drehgestell, für Schienenfahrzeuge mit Einzelradlaufwerken (70), die jeweils eine Radeinheit (90) aus einem Rad (94), Achsstummeln (96) und Achslagern aufnehmen, einer Spurwechseleinrichtung zum Ändern der Spurweite des Laufwerks und einer Antriebseinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Radeinheit (90) in dem zugehörigen Einzelradlaufwerk (70) axial verschiebbar ist, daß zumindest ein Rad über einen seiner Achsstummel (96) von der Antriebseinrichtung (30) über ein Radgetriebe (100) angetrieben wird, und daß der Achsstummel (96) am Radgetriebe relativ zu diesem axial verschiebbar ist, wobei die axiale Verschiebung des Achsstummels (92) der Radeinheit (90) beim Spurwechsel durch das Radgetriebe (100) aufgenommen wird.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Radgetriebe über eine Gelenkwelle (72) mit geringem Längsverschiebwiderstand von der Antriebseinrichtung (30) getrieben wird.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung (32) getrennt vom Laufwerk an einem Wagenkasten (10) oder dergleichen lagerbar ist.
- Laufwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung eine einzelne Antriebsmaschine (32, 34) aufweist, die mehrere Radeinheiten (90) treibt.
- Laufwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung eine Antriebsmaschine (32) für jeweils ein Radpaar aufweist, das auf einer gemeinsamen geometrischen Achse angeordnet ist.
- Laufwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung für jede getriebene Radeinheit (90) eine eigene Antriebsmaschine (30) aufweist.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsmaschine (34) die Radeinheiten (90) über ein zentrales Verteilergetriebe (36) treibt, daß über Gelenkwellen (72) die einzelnen Radgetriebe antreibt.
- Laufwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Radgetriebe (100) an dem Einzelradlaufwerk (70) befestigt ist.
- Laufwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Radgetriebe fliegend auf dem Radachsstummel (96) gelagert ist.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Radgetriebe in Hohlwellenbauart ausgebildet ist und den Achsstummel (96) der entsprechenden Radeinheit aufnimmt.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Radgetriebe als Hohlwellen-Radsatzgetriebe (110, 120) ausgebildet ist, wobei das Radsatzgetriebe jeweils zwei auf einer geometrischen Achse liegenden Radeinheiten antreibt.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Radsatzgetriebe (110) über Federelemente (114) schwebend auf dem Radachsstummel (96) gelagert, ist und daß vorzugsweise die Federelemente (114) als erschütterungsdämpfende Elastomerlager ausgebildet sind.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Radsatzgetriebe (120) als Hülsen (124) ausgebildete Kupplungen aufweist, die über Bogenverzahnungen (125) mit dem Radachsstummel (96) in Eingriff stehen und über Federmittel (126) axial gegen Anlagekalotten an den Radeinheiten gedrückt werden.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Radgetriebe ein Hohlwellenachsgetriebe (130) und zwei mit den Radeinheiten (90) verbundene Gelenkwellen (134, 136) mit geringem Längsverschiebungswiderstand aufweist, wobei die Verschiebung der Radeinheiten (90) beim Spurwechsel in den Gelenkwellen aufgenommen wird.
- Laufwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzelradlaufwerke als Radlenker ausgebildet sind.
- Laufwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzelradlaufwerke über Lenker mit einem Drehgestellrahmen (50) verbunden sind.
- Laufwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzelradlaufwerke radial einstellbar sind.
- Laufwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebseinrichtung zumindest eine Bremsvorrichtung (60) mit einem Reibelement (64) zugeordnet ist, wobei das Reibelement direkt oder über Übertragungsmittel (66) mit der Antriebseinrichtung verbunden ist.
- Laufwerk nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich in Axialrichtung der Radeinheiten gegenüberliegende Einzelradlaufwerke (70) durch eine Achsbrücke (70') miteinander verbunden sind.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Radgetriebe (120) ein Hohlwellenachsgetriebe ist, das auf dem Drehgestellrahmen (50) gelagert ist.
- Laufwerk nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Radgetriebe (120) ein auf der Achsbrücke starr oder elastisch gelagertes Hohlwellenachsgetriebe ist.
- Laufwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 22, gekennzeichnet durch Kupplungen mit formschlüssig oder reibschlüssig schaltbar wirkenden Schiebestücken.
