Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Tiefziehwerkzeug mit einer Trägerformhälfte sowie mit einer in diese eingelegten dünnwandigen Formschale, die austauschbar ist, wobei die Trägerformhälfte unter Berücksichtigung der Formschalendicke eine den durch Tiefziehen herzustellenden Blechteilen entsprechende Negativform aufweist. Insbesondere für das Tiefziehen von Aluminium-Blechteilen kommen Tiefzieh-Werkzeuge zum Einsatz, deren Werkzeug-Oberfläche beschichtet ist, beispielsweise durch PVD. Die Beschichtung wird dabei dahingehend optimiert, daß über eine lange Werkzeug-Standzeit eine hohe Oberflächenqualität der tiefzuziehenden Blechteile erzielt wird. Insbesondere beim Tiefziehen von Aluminium werden nämlich durch die sog. Reibaufschweißung die Kantenbereiche in der Negativform des Tiefziehwerkzeuges besonders hoch beansprucht. Da jedoch auch die Beschichtung einem stetigen Verschleiß unterliegt, ist nach einer gewissen Einsatzdauer eines derartigen Tiefzieh-Werkzeuges eine Neubeschichtung erforderlich, was insbesondere bei Großwerkzeugen äußerst aufwendig ist. Eine Abhilfemaßnahme bestünde darin, anstelle der Beschichtung in die sog. Trägerformhälfte des Tiefziehwerkzeuges eine austauschbare Formschale einzulegen. Diese Formschale könnte relativ dünnwandig sein und vollflächig auf der in der Trägerformhälfte unter Berücksichtigung der Formschalendicke vorgesehenen Negativform, die im wesentlichen den durch Tiefziehen herzustellenden Blechteilen entspricht, aufliegen.
