Der Farbfluß in jeder Druckeinheit weist stets die gleiche Richtung auf, so daß in allen Druckeinheiten ein gleiches Farbverhalten erzielt wird. Auf Grund der geringeren Abstände der Druckeinheiten voneinander wird bei Anfahr- und Abbremsvorgängen, z. B. beim Druckplattenwechsel, der Makulaturanteil verringert. Schließlich sind die Druckwerke auch als Zusatzdruckwerk, bzw. als Druckwerk für einen fliegenden Druckplattenwechsel (Imprinter) verwendbar.

B. berührungslos über eine Papierleitwalze 61 einem Heißlufttrockner 62 zugeführt, der sich in waagerechter Richtung in einer zweiten Ebene 63 der Träger 71, 72 befindet, wobei sich die zweite waagerechte Ebene 63 über der ersten waagerechten Ebene 59 befindet. Der Heißlufttrockner 62 erstreckt sich über dem Rollenwechsler 56 sowie dem Einzugswerk 57 und teilweise auch über den Mehrfachdruckwerken 6, zumindest jedoch über dem Rollenwechsler 56. In Laufrichtung der Papierbahn 58 gesehen, schließt sich an den Heißlufttrockner 62 eine in der zweiten Ebene 63 befindliche bekannte Kühlwalzeneinheit 64 an, unter welcher ein Wendestangenüberbau 66 angeordnet ist, den die Papierbahn 58 durchläuft, ehe sie über eine bekannte Einlauftrichtereinheit 67 einen in der ersten Ebene 59 auf der einzugswerkabgewandten Seite des Rollenwechslers 56 befindlichen, bekannten Falzapparat 68 mit Produktauslage zugeführt wird. Somit wird bei gleicher Bauhöhe der Mehrfarbenrollenrotationsdruckmaschine für Akzidenzdruck eine kürzere Baulänge erzielt, wobei sowohl ein 4/4-Druck ermöglicht wird und auch im "Imprinter"-Betrieb gefahren werden kann. Die Gummituch- und Formzylinder sind für Wartungsarbeiten gut zugängig sowie für einen manuellen Wechsel von Gummituchaufzügen oder Druckplatten. Mit Hilfe von bekannten Druckplattenwechselvorrichtungen kann auch ein selbsttätiges Wechseln der Druckplatten erfolgen. Es ist auch möglich, mittels einer Belichtungs- und Löscheinheit eine Druckform zu ändern, ohne daß dabei die Druckform aus der Maschine herausgenommen werden muß. Darüberhinaus können auch in ihrem Durchmesser veränderte Formzylinder oder Gummituchzylinder eingesetzt werden (Fig. 3), wobei die Lagereinheiten für die Achszapfen der Zylinder austauschbar ausgebildet sein müssen. Bei Verwendung einer bekannten Vorrichtung; z. B. DE 35 00 319 A1, können die Zylinder auch einseitig eingespannt werden, so daß noch in der Druckmaschine befindliche Zylinder mit endlosen Aufzügen (Gummituch- oder Druckaufzug) versehen werden können.A paper web 58 running from a roll changer 56 via a feed mechanism 57 is fed to the multiple printing units 6 arranged one above the other. Thus, with the same overall height of the multi-color web-fed rotary printing press for commercial printing, a shorter overall length is achieved, whereby both 4/4 printing is possible and can also be operated in the "imprinter" mode. The blanket and form cylinders are easily accessible for maintenance work as well as for a manual change of blanket lifts or printing plates. With the help of known printing plate changing devices, the printing plates can also be changed automatically. It is also possible to change a printing form by means of an exposure and erasing unit without doing so the printing form must be removed from the machine. In addition, it is also possible to use forged cylinders or blanket cylinders with different diameters (FIG. 3), the bearing units for the journals of the cylinders having to be designed to be exchangeable. When using a known device; e.g. B. DE 35 00 319 A1, the cylinders can also be clamped on one side, so that cylinders still in the printing press can be provided with endless windings (blanket or pressure windings).

Claims (9)

  1. Multicolour web-fed jobbing rotary press with a plurality of perfecting units (blanket to blanket) which are supplied with a paper web from a reel changer, the paper web being supplied after printing - seen in the web-running direction - to a drying oven and then to a folder, characterised in that a printing group (6) with a plurality of bridge units (2, 11; 3, 12; 4, 13; 5, 14) arranged one above the other on a first plane (59) and each consisting of two forme cylinders (17) and also two blanket cylinders (16) is provided, the bridge units (2, 11; 3, 12; 4, 13; 5, 14) of which can be separated into two parts (1; 9), into a left-hand frame part (1) for receiving left-hand printing units (2 to 5) and also into a right-hand frame part (9) for receiving right-hand printing units (11 to 14), both frame parts (1; 9) being able to be brought to a horizontal distance (a) from one another, in that the reel changer (56) is arranged upstream of the printing group (6), in that at least the drying oven (62) is arranged in a second plane (62) [sic] situated above the first plane (59).
  2. Multicolour web-fed jobbing rotary press with a plurality of perfecting units (blanket to blanket) which are supplied with a paper web from a reel changer, the paper web being supplied after printing - seen in the web-running direction - to a drying oven and then to a folder, characterised in that a printing group (6) with a plurality of bridge units (2, 11; 3, 12; 4, 13; 5, 14) arranged one above the other on a first plane (59) and each consisting of two forme cylinders (17) and also two blanket cylinders (16) is provided, the bridge units (2, 11; 3, 12; 4, 13; 5, 14) of which can be separated into three parts (1; 9; 10) [sic], into a left-hand frame part (7) for receiving left-hand inking units (19) having forme cylinders (17.2 to 17.5) associated therewith, into a right-hand frame part (8) for receiving right-hand inking units (19) having forme cylinders (17.11 to 17.14) associated therewith, and also into a central part (73), connected to a lower support (72) in such a way as to be fixed to the said support, for receiving a corresponding number (16.2 to 16.5; 16.11 to 16.14) of blanket-cylinder pairs (16.2 - 16.11; 16.3 - 16.12; 16.6 [sic] - 16.13; 16.5 - 16.14) capable of being placed against and moved away from one another, the left-hand and also the right-hand frame part (7; 8) being able to be brought to a horizontal distance (a; b) from the central part (73), in that the reel changer (56) is arranged upstream of the printing group (6), in that at least the drying oven (62) is arranged in a second plane (62) [sic] situated above the first plane (59).
  3. Press according to Claim 1, characterised in that one frame part (1) is arranged in such a way as to be fixed to the support (72).
  4. Press according to Claim 1 and 3, characterised in that both frame parts (1; 9) are arranged in such a way that they can be locked in the operating state.
  5. Press according to Claim 2, characterised in that the left-hand and right-hand frame part (9; 10) [sic] are arranged in such a way that they can be locked to the central part (73) in the operating state.
  6. Press according to Claim 1 to 5, characterised in that the hot-air drier (62) and a cooling-roller unit are arranged in the second horizontal plane (63).
  7. Press according to Claim 1 to 6, characterised in that the drying oven (62) is arranged above the reel changer (56).
  8. Press according to Claim 1 to 6, characterised in that the drying oven (62) is arranged above the reel changer (56) and also the draw-in unit (57).
  9. Press according to Claim 1 to 6, characterised in that the drying oven (62) is arranged above the reel changer (56), the draw-in unit (57) and also at least partly above the printing group (6).
