- la figure 2 représente, pour un régime moteur donné, une courbe exprimant la durée d'injection en fonction de la pression absolue dans la tubulure d'admission, et
- la figure 3 est un chronogramme représentant, en superposition et en correspondance, de haut en bas, une évolution du signal de richesse R, du coefficient de richesse KO2 et du coefficient K CAN.
Claims (13)
- Procédé de correction de la durée d'injection, en fonction du débit de purge d'un circuit de purge (16, 17, 19) à canister (16), pour un moteur (1) à injection, dans lequel le canister (16), collectant des vapeurs de combustible provenant d'un réservoir (11), est relié à une tubulure d'admission (4) du moteur (1), munie d'un obturateur ou papillon (5) de commande du débit d'air, par une vanne (20) de purge du canister (16) à commande électrique, dont le débit est piloté par un calculateur (21) relié à des capteurs (26, 28) de paramètres de fonctionnement du moteur (1), dont il reçoit au moins des signaux (30) de rotation du moteur et des signaux (27, 30, 31) permettant de connaítre la pression (P tub) dans la tubulure d'admission (4), ainsi qu'à une sonde d'oxygène (32) dans les gaz d'échappement du moteur, ledit calculateur (21) calculant une durée d'injection représentative des besoins du moteur (T inj M), obtenue à partir d'une durée d'injection de base (T inj B) exprimée à l'aide d'au moins une cartographie en fonction au moins du régime moteur (N), et corrigée, d'une part, en prenant en compte un coefficient de richesse (KO2) auquel on applique des transitions de valeur (35, 37, 39, 41, 43) en fonction du signal de richesse (R) de la sonde d'oxygène (32) dans les zones de fonctionnement du moteur (1) en boucle fermée, et fixé égal à une valeur nominale dans les zones de fonctionnement du moteur (1) en boucle ouverte, pour assurer le centrage du fonctionnement du moteur (1) sur une richesse égale à 1, et, d'autre part, par une autoadaptation cyclique pour assurer que le coefficient de richesse (KO2) reste voisin de sa valeur nominale, par correction de toute dérive du coefficient de richesse (KO2), le procédé de correction comprenant le calcul d'une durée d'injection (T inj A) appliquée à chaque injecteur (2) du moteur en retranchant de la durée d'injection représentative des besoins du moteur (T inj M) une durée (TI CAN) correspondant à la contribution du circuit de purge (16, 17, 19) exprimée par la quantité de combustible équivalente à l'apport des vapeurs du circuit de purge entre deux injections consécutives, et à calculer ladite quantité de combustible en faisant le produit de la quantité de mélange air-vapeur de combustible (Q a-v) commandée par la vanne (20) de purge entre lesdites injections par un coefficient (K CAN) d'estimation de la teneur en combustible du circuit de purge (16, 17, 19), le procédé comprenant une étape consistant à définir ledit coefficient (K CAN) tel qu'il soit applicable dans toutes les conditions de fonctionnement du moteur, et élaboré en continu lorsque la purge est autorisée, à partir de la dérive du coefficient de richesse (KO2), de sorte que K CAN est augmenté ou respectivement diminué si KO2 est inférieur ou respectivement supérieur à sa valeur nominale, et à corriger le coefficient K CAN soit par une adaptation lente, pour permettre son adaptation fine et continue, par application à la valeur courante de K CAN d'une correction proportionnelle à un écart du coefficient de richesse KO2 par rapport à sa valeur nominale, soit par une adaptation rapide, après interruption de l'adaptation lente, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste, en adaptation lente de K CAN, à utiliser, comme écart de correction proportionnel, l'écart entre la valeur nominale et une valeur moyenne de KO2, le calcul de cette correction étant relancé après un nombre prédéterminé m de transitions (35, 37, 39, 41, 43) de KO2, et, en adaptation rapide de K CAN, à appliquer à sa valeur courante une correction proportionnelle à l'écart entre la valeur nominale et la valeur courante du coefficient de richesse KO2, lorsque ce dernier évolue sans transition pendant un temps supérieur à un seuil prédéterminé (Δ1T ou Δ'1T), puis à relancer le calcul de la correction rapide de K CAN tous les n points morts hauts (P.M.H.), n étant un nombre prédéterminé, tant qu'une transition (43) de KO2 n'est pas obtenue.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à n'autoriser l'adaptation lente de K CAN que si la valeur moyenne de KO2 est en dehors d'une bande morte d'enrichissement et d'une bande morte d'appauvrissement, situées de part et d'autre de la valeur nominale de KO2.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à adopter une bande morte d'enrichissement dont la largeur est supérieure à celle de la bande morte d'appauvrissement.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste, en adaptation rapide de K CAN, à appliquer ladite correction proportionnelle lorsque le coefficient de richesse KO2 évolue sans transition en s'écartant de sa valeur nominale pendant un temps supérieur audit seuil prédéterminé (Δ1T), par exemple d'environ 3 secondes.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste, en adaptation rapide de K CAN, à appliquer ladite correction proportionnelle à condition qu'à la fin dudit seuil prédéterminé (Δ'1T), KO2 soit divergent par rapport à sa valeur nominale, sinon on n'effectue pas d'adaptation rapide de K CAN et on relance la temporisation pendant ledit seuil prédéterminé (Δ'1T).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à mémoriser la valeur du coefficient K CAN à l'arrêt du moteur (1) (coupure du contact), et à adopter comme valeur du coefficient K CAN suite à un redémarrrage du moteur (1), ladite valeur mémorisée et corrigée par un coefficient dépendant de l'évolution de l'état thermique du véhicule pendant l'arrêt.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le coefficient de correction dépendant de l'évolution de l'état thermique du véhicule est fonction de la température du liquide de refroidissement (29) du moteur (1).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à interrompre l'élaboration en continu de K CAN dans les zones de fonctionnement du moteur (1) en boucle ouverte.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à assurer la soustraction de la durée (TI CAN), correspondant à ladite quantité de mélange air-vapeur de combustible commandée par la vanne de purge, en deux fois, lors de deux phases d'injection consécutives, de sorte qu'au cours de la première injection, on commande une première soustraction partielle, définie par un pourcentage de ladite durée (TI CAN), et qu'au cours de la seconde injection, on commande une seconde soustraction partielle, définie par le complément de la durée (TI CAN).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à déterminer la quantité de mélange air-vapeur de combustible (Q a-v) commandée par la vanne de purge (20) à partir de la différence de pression (P atm - P tub) à laquelle elle est soumise et de la durée d'ouverture (t R.C.O.) de la vanne de purge (20) depuis l'injection précédente, par référence à la caractéristique de débit de la vanne (20) mémorisée dans le calculateur (21).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à exprimer la durée d'injection de base (T inj B), pour un régime moteur donné (N), comme une fonction sensiblement linéaire croissante de la pression dans la tubulure (P tub), avec un décalage (D) à l'origine et un gain (G) qui sont tirés de cartographies en fonction au moins du régime moteur (N), et à assurer son autoadaptation cyclique par autoadaptation du décalage (D) et du gain (G).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à exprimer les quantités de combustible directement en masse et à convertir en durée d'injection en fin de chaíne de calcul au travers d'une caractéristique connue quantité-durée d'ouverture d'injecteur (2).
- Dispositif de correction de la durée d'injection en fonction du débit de purge d'un circuit de purge (16, 17, 19, 20) à canister (16), pour moteur à injection (1), comprenant un calculateur (21), relié à des capteurs (26, 28) de paramètres de fonctionnement du moteur (1), ainsi qu'à une sonde d'oxygène dans les gaz d'échappement du moteur (1), et pilotant une vanne (20) à commande électrique reliant le canister (16) à une tubulure d'admission (4) munie d'un obturateur (5) de commande du débit d'air, ledit calculateur (21) calculant notamment une durée d'injection (T inj M) représentative des besoins du moteur (1) à partir d'une durée d'injection de base (T inj B) exprimée à l'aide d'au moins une cartographie en mémoire dans le calculateur (21), et corrigée à l'aide d'un coefficient de richesse (KO2) déterminé par le calculateur (21). en fonction du signal de richesse (R) de la sonde d'oxygène en fonctionnement en boucle fermée et égal à une valeur nominale en fonctionnement en boucle ouverte, pour assurer le centrage du fonctionnement du moteur (1) sur une richesse égale à 1, le calculateur (21) effectuant une autoadaptation cyclique de la durée d'injection de base (T inj B) pour assurer que KO2 reste voisin de sa valeur nominale, par correction de toute dérive de KO2, et appliquant à au moins un injecteur (2) du moteur (1) une durée d'injection appliquée (T inj A), le calculateur (21) comprenant au moins un microprocesseur, caractérisé en ce que ce dernier est programmé et/ou réalisé de manière à commander le déroulement du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12.
