Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein fahrbares materialabtragendes Bodenflächenbearbeitungsgerät gemäss Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.The present invention relates to a mobile material-removing Soil cultivation device according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

Zudem betrug die Abtragstiefe in einem Durchgang kaum mehr als 1-3 mm.Soil cultivation devices have been used by the applicant for decades manufactured and distributed. It is about this always around devices where one or two rotor drums are rotating Movement. The rotor drums are as Cages designed, on the cage bars a variety of processing elements are lined up. These editing elements have a through hole, the diameter of which is quite a bit is larger than the diameter of the cage bars. Through the rotation the machining elements of the rotor cage hurled outside and hit the one to be worked like a hammer Floor area. Such devices have appeared in many Applications proven for years. In particular, hereby contaminated surface layers removed on concrete floors, however Even entire runways at airports are machined to improve grip to increase the landing strip. The structure of such processed surface gives an impact and scratch image. Especially when working on concrete surfaces Whole pebbles are always struck off. Furthermore led the twisting of the floor surface often also causes damage Pipes that were inserted in the concrete floor, such as in particular Floor heating and electrical lines. In addition, was the removal depth in one pass is hardly more than 1-3 mm.

Tillage equipment are as Further developments, for example from EP-A-0'098'798, EP-A-0'241'417 or US-A-3'063'690 are known. Is opposite from DE-A-20'12'673 a road milling machine known with is equipped with two driven rotor rollers, in which machining pins are let in. The corresponding editing image is a pure scratch picture. The latter device has especially for removing road markings and Asphalt bumps proven. One can on concrete surfaces do not use such a device.

Furthermore, devices with a similar structure from the patents US-A-2'041'140, US-A-1'947'136 and US-A-2'014'626 known, with two rotor rollers arranged side by side work and equipped with abrasives or brushes are. These are devices that are particularly suitable for pulling off of parquet floors have been developed.

Slot milling machines are also known which have a similar one Have structure. In this regard, in particular refer to US-A-2664281.

Also from SU-A-753'654 is a grinding machine have become known for the machining of the surfaces of Stone slabs is suitable. This device works across the entire Work surface covering two shafts on which several ceramic grinding disks offset from each other are lined up. Such a device makes a special one fine surface structure and minimal removal depth.

Ultimately, DE-A-2'151'190 is a surface processing device according to the preamble of claim 1 known. This device, designed for grooving concrete slabs, shows an axis, which is supported on both sides in the housing and on which seals a hollow shaft driven from the outside on both sides and provided with rolling bearings, runs.

The present invention has for its object a To create device of the type mentioned that a quieter Run as the devices with hammering results and enables an extremely large removal depth in one pass, one in the axial and radial directions absolutely correct storage and simple, pluggable interchangeability the rotor drum must be guaranteed.

Diese Aufgabe löst ein Gerät mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 1.This object is achieved by a device with the features of the patent claim 1.

The unusual of the solution according to the invention exists in that the editing elements, in this case Diamond cutting discs that were previously only used for cutting have now been used for surface processing Come into play.

Figur 2
einen mittigen Längsschnitt durch die Rotortrommel.
In the drawing, a preferred embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown and explained using the following description. It shows:
Figure 1
a view of the surface processing device from below with a partial section through the housing at the height of the central axis of the rotor shaft and
Figure 2
a central longitudinal section through the rotor drum.

The bottom view of the mobile tillage implement shows its most essential components. The actual Drive consisting of a motor and the transmission means, namely the V-belts are not essential to the invention here omitted. Also the drawbar with the reference number 0 is only recognizable in the beginning. The entire mobile device stands on its four wheels 1. The two in the direction of thrust front wheels 1 are on a rigid axle 2 between the two side walls of the housing 4 mounted. The two in Direction of thrust rear wheels 1 are on a rear, height-pivotable Axis 3 mounted. Between the two side walls of the housing 4 supports the rotor shaft 5. On the rotor shaft 5 in turn stores the one shown in detail in FIG Rotor drum. The drive side is in the side wall of the housing 4 drilled a hole in which a bearing housing 6th fits, which itself by means of screws on everyone Sidewall is screwed on. The rotor shaft 5 holds with a snug fit in the two ball bearings 8 and passes through the bearing housing 7, so that a pin remains on which a multiple V-belt pulley Finds space. By means of an axial bearing disc 9, which presses a lock nut 10, the rotor shaft 5 is axial secured.

This is stored on the opposite side of the housing other end of the rotor shaft 5 can be plugged into a ball bearing 13, which is secured in a second bearing housing 12 which is itself in a removable cover 11 is attached. In the pin 14 of the rotor shaft 5, the one in the ball bearing 13 comes to rest, an annular groove 15 is embedded in with an O-ring in it. If you want to replace the entire rotor, so you release the lid 11 in which the bearing housing 12 is attached, and pulls the bearing directly from the rotor pin 14 of the rotor shaft 5 down. Only when you have the counter ring 29, which is screwed onto the external thread 32 of the rotor shaft 5 the entire drum can be removed from the Pull off the rotor shaft.

The rotor drum consists essentially of a hollow shaft 20, on which a fixed flange 21 is welded on one side is. The fixed flange 21 has uniformly distributed on the circumference Threaded holes and through holes. In the threaded holes are holding rods 22 screwed in parallel to Extend hollow shaft over its entire length. On these support rods 22 are in an alternating order a large number of diamond cutting discs 23 and spacer rings 24 lined up. The maximum working width of the rotor is therefore slightly less than the length of the hollow shaft 20. Both the Diamond cutting discs 23 and the spacer rings 24 must have corresponding holes, of course which the holding rods 22 pass through. On the opposite side on the hollow shaft 20, a counter flange 25 is placed, the by means of nut 28 with the interposition of spring washers 27 Package of diamond cutting discs and spacer rings firmly pressed together. The counter flange 25 also has one Anti-rotation device 26 in the form of a pin, which is secured against rotation Storage of the counter flange 25 on the hollow shaft 20 guaranteed. As already mentioned, using a lock ring 21 the hollow shaft 20 secured axially on the rotor shaft 5. The hollow shaft 20 is also on the drive side, both with respect to axial as well as radial movements with respect to the Rotor shaft 5 secured. A stop flange 34 is used for this purpose, which is secured by means of a wedge 35. In the stop flange 34 drive pins 36 are held by means of a press fit, whose projecting free end in the fixed flange 21 on the Hollow shaft 20 can be plugged in. The use of diamond cutting discs requires both an axial as well Radial play-free storage of the entire drum. This is the only way be made sure that while working on the cutting discs do not act on forces that lead to their breakage would. Such play-free storage is not absolutely easy to achieve if on the other hand a simply pluggable Interchangeability of the rotor drum can be guaranteed should. The bearing of the rotor pin 14 presents a partial problem in the ball bearing 13. Here the game was through the installation an O-ring 16 caught. The frictional forces of the hollow shaft To reduce 20 on the rotor shaft 5 only correspond the end regions 30 of the rotor shaft 5 have a sliding fit, while the entire middle area between the two end areas 30 has a smaller diameter, and thus passes through the hollow shaft 20 without contact.

First measurements with the device according to the invention have shown that in a first pass there is already a depth of cut can be reached up to 15 mm. Leave accordingly grooves with such a surface treatment device milling. Especially for the creation of relatively wide grooves, for which there was hardly a usable device so far offered a solution here. Such wide grooves are, for example for laying control systems in fully automatic Hollow rack storage required.
