Claims (7)
- Organe de contact électrique femelle du type réalisé à partir d'un flan métallique convenablement plié et découpé pour présenter, à une extrémité, des moyens pour la fixation d'un conducteur électrique et, à l'autre extrémité, un canal (6) à section rectangulaire présentant une paroi de plancher (6a), une paroi de plafond (6c), deux parois latérales (6b) et des barrettes élastiques (8) pliées pour constituer une pince destinée à enserrer une languette mâle (10) engagée entre les barrettes élastiques (8), l'action élastique des barrettes (8) étant renforcée par des contre-barrettes (18) d'un élément rapporté coopérant avec lesdites barrettes élastiques (8), caractérisé en ce que les barrettes élastiques (8) sont découpées dans les deux parois latérales (6b) et pliées vers l'intérieur du canal en direction de l'extrémité de celui-ci opposée à celle pourvue des moyens de fixation du conducteur électrique, l'élément rapporté étant constitué par deux plaquettes (16) fixées contre les parois latérales (6b) et dans lesquelles sont découpées les contre-barrettes (18).
- Organe de contact électrique femelle, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque paroi latérale (6h) comporte une patte (12) découpée et pliée pour s'étendre en direction de l'extrémité libre de la barrette élastique découpée dans la paroi correspondante.
- Organe de contact électrique femelle, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque plaquette (16) présente une butée (19) pliée pour s'étendre vers le canal (6) et destinée à limiter le débattement des barrettes élastiques (8).
- Organe de contact électrique femelle, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque paroi latérale (6b) est conformée pour présenter des rivets (14) destinés à s'engager dans des trous (15) des plaquettes (16).
- Organe de contact électrique femelle, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque plaquette (16) comporte, à son extrémité tournée vers les moyens de fixation du conducteur électrique, une patte de retenue (20).
- Organe de contact électrique femelle, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de plafond (6h) du canal (6d) est formée par un prolongement de l'une des parois latérales (6f)et s'étend jusqu'au voisinage du bord libre de l'autre paroi latérale (6g) en ménageant une fente (25), ladite paroi de plafond (6h) comportant des ouvertures (26), tandis que la plaquette (16d) destinée à être fixée sur ladite autre paroi latérale (6g), présente un rebord destiné à s'insérer dans la fente et terminé par des ergots (28) destinés à s'engager dans lesdites ouvertures (26).
- Organe de contact électrique femelle, selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les plaquettes (16d, 16e) comportent, à leur extrémité libre destinée à être tournée du côté de l'ouverture d'introduction (11d) du canal (6d), des languettes (30) destinées à être pliées vers l'intérieur dudit canal (6d).
