Insbesondere ist die Verdrehung des Kerns im Gehäuse infolge einer außerhalb des Stiftbereichs gelegenen axial wirkenden Zuhaltung möglich. Die das Sperrteil aufweisenden Bauteile können als kompakte Baueinheit ausgebildet sein, die verdrehfest im Gehäuse angeordnet wird und mit dem Kern bzw. dessen radialen Kernringvorsprung zusammenwirkt. Dieses Zusammenwirken kann in bei üblichen Schlitzzuhaltungen bekannter Weise durchgeführt werden. Hierzu ist der Schließzylinder so ausgebildet, daß das Sperrteil von dem Schlüssel mit einem Kernringstift in seine Drehfreigabestellung verstellbar ist. Es ist dann nicht erforderlich, den der Betätigung des Sperrteils dienenden Schlüssel direkt auf das Sperrteil einwirken zu lassen, was wegen der meist spezifischen Ausbildung der Schlüsselspitze zu erhöhtem konstruktiven Mehraufwand führen könnte. Der in den Figuren dargestellte Schließzylinder 10 hat
ein Gehäuse 11 mit einer Gehäusebohrung, in der ein Kern 12
drehbar angeordnet ist. Das Gehäuse 11 ist für einen Doppelzylinder
bestimmt und demgemäß mit einer mittig zwischen den
beiden Gehäusehälften angeordneten Nut für einen nicht dargestellten
Schließbart versehen. Der Kern 12 ist mit einem
Schlüssel drehverstellbar, der in einen Schlüsselkanal 13
einschiebbar ist. Vertikal zum Schlüsselkanal 13 sind in dessen
Ebene Kernstifte in entsprechenden Bohrungen des Kerns 12
und Gehäusestifte in entsprechenden Bohrungen des Gehäuses 11
angeordnet. Die Stifte sind von an gehäusefesten Widerlagerstiften
abgestützten Federn federbelastet und bilden Stiftzuhaltungen,
die ein Verdrehen des Kerns 12 wirksam verhindern,
wenn sie nicht von dem mit Einschnitten versehenen Schlüssel
entgegen ihrer Federbelastung mit einem Einschnitt in die
einzige vorbestimmte Stellung verschoben sind, in der die
Trennebene der Stifte mit dem Außenumfang des Kerns 12 zusammenfällt.

der in einem gehäusefesten Verschlußring 35 schlüsselverschieblich
angeordnet ist. Der Verschlußring 35 ist in einer
Gehäusebohrung 36 angeordnet, deren Außendurchmesser der
Ringnut 19 für den radialen Kernringvorsprung 20 entspricht.
Es sind jedoch Befestigungsstifte 44 vorgesehen, die das Gehäuse
11 mit dem Verschlußring 35 fest verbinden. Der Verschlußring
35 hat eine Bohrung 34, die mit dem für die
Schlüsselschulter des Schlüssels 16 bestimmten Bereich des
Schlüsselkanals 13 fluchtet und der Aufnahme der Feder 25
dient, die sich einerseits an einem Widerlagerstift und andererseits
an dem Sperrteil 17' abstützt. Sofern der Kernringvorsprung
20 in der in Fig.1 dargestellten Verdrehstellung
ist, greift das Sperrteil 17' in eine Ausnehmung 20' des
Kernringvorsprungs 20 ein und verhindert damit ein Verdrehen
dieses Kernringvorsprungs 20. Das Sperrteil 17' verschiebt
einen Kernringstift in die aus der Fig.1 ersichtliche Stellung.
Wird ein passender Schlüssel eingeschoben, so ist dieser
im Bereich seiner Schulter so ausgebildet, nämlich mit
einer Ausnehmung versehen, daß er das Sperrteil 17' mit Hilfe
des Kernringstifts 33 so verschiebt, daß beider Trennebene
mit der Ebene zwischen dem Kernringvorsprung 20 und des Verschlußrings
25 gleich liegt. Der Kern 12 kann infolgedessen
