Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a door leaf for a thermally insulated Compartment, in particular a refrigerator compartment of a refrigerator, which as a double-walled, filled with insulating material Panel element is formed from a one-sided open, made of metal flat box, which with a cover plate also made of metal is closed is, the edges of the flat box and the Cover plate mutually operable connecting elements exhibit.
A door leaf of the aforementioned type is after the Document EP-A-0 162 344 known. The door leaf for one Refrigerator compartment of a refrigerator is supposed to, just like the walls of the Refrigerator compartment, so insulated that heat conduction through the closed refrigerator compartment door into the refrigerator compartment avoided becomes. The necessary insulation leads to a complex Construction, especially considering that a door leaf is also subjected to a much higher mechanical load than Refrigerator compartment walls because a door leaf also with fittings for that Open and close is equipped. On the fittings the door leaf has to intercept acting forces, which only with appropriate mechanical strength is possible by appropriate construction measures are guaranteed. Of the due to this, not inconsiderable construction and assembly work significantly increases manufacturing costs.
The invention has for its object a door leaf for to form a thermally insulated compartment so that it is easier and can therefore be manufactured more cost-effectively.
This object is achieved in that at least one of the thermal elements between the connecting elements Separation between flat box and cover plate serving Insulating element is arranged, being through the insulating element also the function of mutual holding and fixing the Fasteners of flat box and cover plate fulfilled is.
The flat box is simple with the cover plate can be joined together by connecting elements present at the edges be brought into operative connection with one another. This can, for example, in the case of connecting elements designed as latching elements by pressing on the cover plate Fasteners against the fasteners done on the edge of the flat box until the fasteners enter into a mutual engagement. At such a configuration of the connecting elements special measures such as screws, rivets, Gluing, welding and the like can be dispensed with, although also for the purpose of connection in principle within the scope of the invention are usable, but in turn require higher assembly costs.
The necessary mechanical strength of the box frame and the attached cover plate is formed by Filled with insulation material. An insulation material with appropriate mechanical strength, for For example, insulating mats that are sufficiently hard can do this Stiffen and solidify the door leaf and at the same time thermally insulate. An advantageous simple introduction of insulating material is through a foaming with hardening Insulating material, for example polyurethane foam, possible.
In the door leaf according to the invention, the cover plate is the The inside of the refrigerator compartment is turned. The metal cover plate takes when the refrigerator compartment is closed, the one in the refrigerator compartment Cooling temperature. The flat box forms the outside of the door leaf and thus shows the temperature in the vicinity of the Refrigerators on. This creates a cold bridge between flat box and cover plate is avoided Insulating element according to the invention between the connecting elements arranged by cover plate and flat box. The Isolating element separates the connecting elements from flat boxes and cover plate from each other and isolates the two parts thermally against each other, the function of mutual Bracket and fixation of the connecting elements of the cover plate and flat box also met by the insulating element becomes.
This double function of the insulating element allows the insulating element to be on the inside of the Frame wall of the flat box arranged profile bar Is plastic. The plastic material insulates in the sense of thermal separation and the profile strip can with appropriate Profile projections of the connection between the Connection elements of cover plate and flat box are used. For this purpose, it is advantageously provided that the profile bar one against the inside of the frame wall Has a groin section, as well as one against the edge the web protruding from the cover plate. With the last section the profile bar is supported on the frame wall of the flat box from. The one protruding against the edge of the cover plate Web can with a connecting element sitting on the edge of the cover plate be brought into operative connection.
In an expedient embodiment, the web at least has a protruding one running parallel to the last section Rib up. The rib serves on the one hand for stiffening of the jetty. On the other hand, the rib has the advantage that one screwed in from the outside through the frame wall of the flat box After penetrating the last section, screw into the Web can be screwed in, which makes a screw connection essential becomes firmer and more durable. So that the profile bar is fixed during the assembly of a door leaf provided that the the open opening edge of the flat box free edge of its frame wall facing inwards Bend has that an adjacent longitudinal edge the one arranged on the inside of the frame wall Profile bar overlaps. In addition, the easy to install Bending the advantage that the opening edge of the Flat box is stiffened.
This also makes assembly easier achieved that the edges of the cover plate facing the frame wall with a spring-elastic directed towards the inside of the flat box deflectable turn are provided with the facing longitudinal edge of the web of the profile strip in resilient Plant can be brought. The turn has a particular advantage one of the catches with the longitudinal edge of the web of Profile ledge serving longitudinal heel. Through these measures is the cover plate with the flat box by simply pushing it in can be locked by deflecting the turn by the Longitudinal heel in the turn over the long edge of the web Profile bar snaps.
A longitudinal shoulder serving for locking can be inserted into the Simply bring in the bend by having an im Cross section "S" - or "Z" -shaped course of the turn is formed.
A spring-elastic deflection of the bend when the the cover plate in the flat box is facilitated in that the turn at a certain angle to the cover plate level runs. The angle of the bend is preferably approximately 45 ° Degree.
In the free space, which depends on the bending of the free edge the frame wall of the flat box, the one behind it Section of the profile bar, the facing surface of the Web of the profile bar and the bend of the cover plate is limited, an elastic door sealing lip can be used with advantage deploy. The free space is due to the angled Undercut the bend, and the bend protrudes into the free space inside. This allows for fasteners for a door sealing lip can be essentially omitted. If necessary, it is sufficient that the door seal lip is sufficient Glue in foam rubber or the like.
After assembling the door leaf from the flat box, cover plate and profile strips, the parts are foamed with curing insulating material fixed and connected together. Polyurethane foam is special for foaming advantageous. This makes the door leaf extremely strong and stiff that it can withstand mechanical loads. Cover plate and flat boxes are connected by the foam undercuts formed by bending and profile strip so firmly connected and anchored that a mutual solution also through tensile forces, for example when opening and closing the refrigerator compartment to the flat box attached fittings and handles can be exercised can not lead to flat box and cover plate separate from each other.
