Die Erfindung kann insbesondere bei Zigaretten-Packungen des Typs Klappschachtel und des Typs Weichbecher zum Einsatz kommen. Die Innenumhüllung ist dabei im Bereich ausgewählter Flächen mit einer Bedruckung versehen. Je nach Packungstyp einerseits und Faltprinzip der Innenumhüllung andererseits sind randseitige Flächen der Zuschnitte bedruckt. Die Druckflächen sind dabei so ausgewählt, daß sie mit einem ausreichenden Überstand durch Wandungen der Schachtel oder des Bechers überdeckt sind. Bei Klappschachteln (Hinge-Lid-Packungen) deren Innenumhüllung üblicherweise im Bereich der Vorderwand eine durch eine Perforationslinie oder dergleichen begrenzte Abziehlasche aufweist (Flap), erstreckt sich die bedruckte Fläche bis mindestens zur Perforationslinie, am besten geringfügig darüber hinaus. Erfindungsgemäß sind je nach Faltprinzip der Innenumhüllung einseitige oder beidseitige Randstreifen mit Druckfeldern versehen, wobei die Druckfelder mit einer dieselben vollständig ausfüllenden bzw. bedeckenden Bedruckung versehen sind. Alternativ können innerhalb der Materialbahnen in Abstand voneinander angebrachte Druckfelder gebildet sein. Die neue Gestaltung für Zigaretten-Packungen bzw. für eine Innenumhüllung einer Zigarettengruppe ist mit besonderem Vorteil für Klappschachteln (Fig. 1 und Fig. 4) und für Weicherbecher-Packungen (Fig. 7) anwendbar.The new design for cigarette packs or for an inner wrapping of a cigarette group can be used with particular advantage for hinged boxes (FIGS. 1 and 4) and for soft cup packs (FIG. 7).
Klappschachteln bestehen üblicherweise aus dünnem Karton. Ein Schachtelteil 10 dient zur Aufnahme des Packungsinhalts, nämlich einer Zigarettengruppe (nicht gezeigt), die allseitig von einer gefalteten Innenumhüllung 11 aus Papier oder papierähnlichem Werkstoff umgeben ist. An einer Rückwand des Schachtelteils 10 ist ein Deckel 12 angelenkt, nämlich über eine als Scharnier wirkende Faltlinie schwenkbar verbunden. Innerhalb des Schachtelteils 10 sitzt ein Kragen 13, der hier aus einem gesonderten Zuschnitt besteht, ebenfalls aus Karton. Der Kragen 13 erstreckt sich im Bereich einer Schachtelvorderwand 14 mit einer Kragenvorderwand 15. Kragenseitenlappen 16 erstrecken sich im Bereich von Schachtelseitenwänden 17. Der Kragen 13 ragt mit einem Teilbereich oben aus dem Schachtelteil 10 heraus. Aufgrund der zur Rückwand schräg ansteigenden Seitenkanten 20 kann das Druckfeld 35 entsprechend kleiner sein als im Bereich der Vorderwand 23. Allerdings kann alternativ auch hier das Druckfeld 34 unterhalb der Kragenkante 18 enden. Der so ausgebildete Zuschnitt gemäß Fig. 3 wird bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel von einer Materialbahn abgetrennt, bei der die Zuschnitte mit ihrer Längserstreckung in Längsrichtung der Materialbahn liegen. Die Materialbahn ist mit Druckflächen versehen, die in Längsrichtung der Bahn mit Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind. Claims (10)

- Cigarette pack according to Claim 4, characterized in that side tabs (26) adjoining the rear wall (24) of the inner wrapping (11) are provided with a print which completely covers them and is of the same height as that of the rear wall (24).
- Cigarette pack according to Claim 1, characterized in that, in the case of an inner wrapping (11) with a folded bottom wall, an upper region of the inner wrapping (11), the said upper region facing a folded end wall (27), is printed continuously in a strip-shaped manner, in such a way as to obtain a printed zone (43) which extends all-round, which, at least in the region of the front wall (23), is guided to directly below a perforation line (42) extending transversely relative to the front wall (23) and which is provided with a print which completely covers it.

- Material web made from paper or similar material for the production of blanks printed on their outside on one side for inner wrappings (11) of cigarette packs, the blanks being severable from the material web by means of transversely directed severing cuts, characterized in that, for the production of inner wrappings (11) with a closed wall (22) and an arrangement of the blanks (11) with their longitudinal extent transversely relative to the material web, strip-shaped printed zones, preferably of differing width, are arranged at a distance from one another in the longitudinal direction of the material web, the printed zones being provided with a print which completely fills them up, preferably along mutually opposite edge regions of the material web.
