Control mechanism according to Claim 1, characterized by an oscillating shaft (6) arranged concentrically relative to the pivot shaft and rotatable about the pivot shaft, the control lever (5, 5') and the cam lever (7) being fixed to the oscillating shaft (6) in each case in the region of their ends located near the pivot shaft.
  3. Control mechanism according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the rotatable reed-cam means (10) are rotatable by means of a main weaving-machine shaft.
  4. Control mechanism according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the control lever (5, 5') is provided with a shaft (4, 4'), and in that the gripper-head opening means (3, 3') comprise at least one roller (3, 3'), which is mounted rotatably on the shaft (4, 4') and which, to open the at least one gripper head (1, 1'), presses onto a thread-clamping lever (2, 2') of the at least one gripper head (1, 1').
  5. Control mechanism according to Claim 4, characterized in that the at least one roller (3, 3') is mounted on the shaft (4, 4') vertically adjustably on a bearing (30, 30').
  6. Control mechanism according to Claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the shaft (4, 4') is mounted adjustably in length on the control lever (5, 5').
  7. Control mechanism according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the reed-cam means (10) comprise a reed-cam disc (10) which has a cam face on at least one end face of the latter.
  8. Control mechanism according to Claim 7, characterized in that the at least one cam face (10a, 10b) is designed as an essentially radially extending annular cam face concentric relative to a rotary shaft (14) of the reed-cam disc (10), for deflecting a cam follower of the cam lever (7) in the direction parallel to the rotary shaft during the rotation of the reed-cam disc (10), the said cam follower bearing on the said annular cam face.
  9. Control mechanism according to Claim 8, characterized in that the cam disc is designed with two essentially identically extending annular cam faces (10a 10b) which can be sensed simultaneously by two cam followers (8, 9) of the cam lever (7).
  10. Control mechanism according to Claim 9, characterized in that the two annular cam faces (10a, 10b) are formed in each case on opposite end faces of the reed-cam disc (10).
  11. Control mechanism according to one of Claims 9 or 10, characterized in that the cam lever (7) is provided with two cam rollers (8, 9) as cam followers, each of the rollers (8, 9) bearing in each case on one of the annular cam faces (10a, 10b).
  12. Control mechanism according to one of Claims 7 to 11, characterized in that the reed-cam disc (10) runs in an oil bath within a closed housing (11).
  13. Control mechanism according to one of Claims 8 to 12, characterized in that the reed-cam disc (10) is rotatable under the control of a cardan shaft (16), the cardan shaft (16) being driven by the main weaving-machine shaft and being connected to the rotary shaft (14) by means of a cardan joint (15).
  14. Control mechanism according to Claim 13, characterized in that the cardan shaft (16) is mounted displaceably and adjustably in length on a further cardan shaft (20), the further cardan shaft (20) being driven by the main weaving-machine shaft.
  15. Control mechanism according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is carried by a carrier (12) which is adjustable to the weaving width on a transverse beam (13) of the weaving machine.
  16. Control mechanism according to one of Claims 1 to 15, characterized in that the weaving machine comprises a double gripper weaving machine with two grippers located vertically one above the other, and in that the pivot shaft, about which the control lever (5, 5') and the cam lever (7) are jointly pivotable, extends essentially vertically.
  17. Control mechanism according to Claim 16, characterized in that gripper-head opening means (3, 3') assigned to each gripper head (1, 1') are arranged on the control lever (5, 5'), and in that each of the gripper-head opening means (3, 3') is separately vertically adjustable.
  18. Weaving machine having at least one gripper and a control mechanism according to one of Claims 1 to 17, for the controlled opening of the gripper head (1, 1') of the at least one gripper.
